AANUSSARAWoww!! This hotel is a 11/10. We spent so much time looking for a stay in Benidorm. The location is 2 mins walk to old town and quiet area. The room was spacious. The check-in staff was super friendly and nice. We felt really welcome there. The pool is big but it was cold as it was 15 degree so we did not get to use it. The rooftop bar was amazing with sunset view.
The breakfast got load of choices. A lot juice and fruit. Meat and cheeses. There was English Breakfast too. Many sweets if you are a sweet tooth.
I am 100% recommended this hotel

CCathal GallagherNeed to up early and out to have your room cleaned as it finished at 12, was there 3 nights and room never got cleaned. Had a cockroach crawl sprint across the floor one evening. Also breakfast finished 10:30 or so and the place closed by 10:45. Is a pity as the staff were generally nice but should be better to clean rooms.
That aside location is good, rooms.modern and decent pool.

El buffet bueno y las bebidas a buen precio.
Lo malo es que la habitación que estábamos era muy ruidosa, sin insonorizar se escuchaba la música del hotel que duraba hasta las 00,30 o 1,00 de la noche.
La piscina pequeña para la gente que hay, pero para refrescarse vale.
No tiene actividades por el día , la reserva de hamacas si bien está escrita en cartel que no se puede . Pero como en todos los hoteles no hacen caso , se fuma alrededor de la piscina y nadie lo corrige será porque estará permitido.
Es hotel enfocado para los clientes de habla inglesa, los espectáculos son en inglés y si bien me gusta la música en inglés. Los artistas cuando le hablan al público lo hacen en inglés , ni siquiera un buenas noches para los que somos hispanos parlantes.
Hasta tv como la 1 ,3 ,4 ,5 ,6 y demas al pasar una película la ponen en inglés .
Si quieres ver la película en español no se puede , pero si poner subtítulos en español.
Es un hotel que si buscas fiesta es ideal, si es para descansar y acostarte a las 12 mejor no vayas ahi .

The receptionist was amazing I can't thank him enough his name was Jefe and what a super star he helped me soo much I need to go back and give him a gift, he should get a raise with everything he does. What an amazing man thank you so much.

SSharon Murphy 123456Loved this hotel it was so clean, staff were very friendly and exceptional service. I would definetly reccomend it. The restaurant was immaculate, food delicious and staff very friendly. There were lots of entertainment, restaurants and markets nearby.

JJudith PapafotiouThe room and bathroom were not maintained, the doors and window frames were damp and swollen with water, the sink support was rusty, the room was very basic and old, there was little light except from the window, the curtain was dirty and torn, and it was noticeable that there was a lack of maintenance and lighting. The buffet service was very good, with elaborate and homemade food, free on everything except for drinks, which you pay for when you enter, and the waiters were very attentive when it came to clearing away dishes and cleaning. The gym is just what you see in the photo, super small and all with closed glass, a treadmill, a bike, an elliptical and weights of a maximum of 10 kg.

GGuest UserThe hotel’s location is great, and the room is quite comfortable. However, upon checking in, I was assigned a room with a malfunctioning air conditioning unit. I promptly requested maintenance, but they didn’t send a technician. After multiple calls to the receptionist, they finally agreed to change my room, but their attitude was quite unpleasant.
On the positive side, the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options.

GGuest UserHotel was very good in general - clean, spacious rooms, staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast generally very good with large variety, however for us and many others like us, who don't eat pork for example, our options were limited and hotel could perhaps consider adding alternatives to accommodate those which have a different dietary requirement.

SSusy CollWe had a great weekend at this hotel and of course Benidorm. Although we already knew him, he never ceases to amaze us. The hotel is very good, although we would have liked to have stayed on a higher floor with a better view. Let's see if we make it next time because I want to come back. The breakfast buffet looked very rich and varied. In short, everything is as expected and more.

NNahomy LagosFirst of all, the staff is very friendly, they are at your disposal and they are really fast. It has good facilities although the way they are distributed is a bit strange. Now, for the quality-price ratio and being a 4-star hotel, it leaves a lot to be desired, the rooms are not cleaned well, and it is not that we left the room dirty, but at first glance you can see that they have not cleaned it, especially the bathroom. Guests ran and screamed through the hallways, making it difficult to take a nap or go to sleep directly. The location is good, close to the east. If it had been impeccable it would be about 4 stars but for me it's not worth it.
