Welcoming and informative reception staff. Lovely clean, spacious room with fantastic sea view. Even though we don't eat meat, the food choice and quality were exceptional for both breakfast and dinner. The drinks were reasonably priced and all staff were friendly and made us feel very welcome. The location is perfect and midway between the old and new town. We would definitely stay here again.

superb hotel recently refurbished a great find in the start of the old town on Benidorm would definitely return great views of the sandy beach night life great restaurants & bars very close low rise building with a lift went again in 2024 still a super hotel with super views & great food

Lovely hotel, fantastic rooms, beds really comfortable. Maid service very good. Rooms kept clean. Breakfast and dinner also good. Ideal position between old and new town. Nothing too much trouble for staff. Reception very helpful, booked me a buggy to get about

On arrival we asked if we could upgrade to a sea view room the staff could not be more helpful they offered us a room 603 which we did and I must say we weren't disappointed the view was amazing the rooms are very clean shower was big and water was always hot are room was cleaned every day only fault the evening meal was a bit repetitive but ok and the sweet were to die for I would like to say a big thanks for making are stay a pleasure we will be back next year many thanks to you all

On arrival greeted by very friendly reception staff which set the tone of the holiday. The room we had was a sea view (Recommended if you can afford it) nice and clean, comfortable beds, slept really well, roomy toilet/shower space. The location is the reason we booked and it did not fail our expectations, turn right for the old town left for the more busy/noisy *****. Did not bother with pool area spent most of the time on the beach approximately 20 metres from hotel entrance. Breakfast was an entertaining experience literally, plenty of choice well stocked, plenty of seating options. We enjoyed this hotel so much booked again for July 2025. Recommended.

First of all I would like to say that the Reception people are lovely. Room I had was innside which looked onto the neighbouring place bins. Room had a piece of glass that I stepped on and cut foot, carpet doesn't get vacuumed properly found a hair ball and behind door don't even get hoovered. Breakfast is plentiful but if your a couple don't sit on a table of more than 2 as get told off even though it wasn't busy. The sunbeds around pool are filled up with towels even though no one is sitting on them and there's not a lot of sunbeds so found that was a no no and sat on beach. No tea facilities in room but do provide a kettle if you ask at reception. Overall I have been to better 4 Star and would give it more of a 3 Star for the rooms.

I just stayed here end of February for 5 nights on my own , what a beautiful hotel it is. I was staying in the studio on 7th floor and the terrace is just fantastic. Lovely food and great staff …. 10/10 from me…. The location is smack bang in the middle of Levante beach overlooking the lovely ocean ….. great place

Excellent hotel. Very modern. Great location lovely staff. The beds are singles pushed together but so comfortable and large. There is a duvet if you are cold but this time of year air conditioning only gives warm air. Although the weather wasn’t excellent every day during our stay we needed air conditioning. We left the patio doors open and fell asleep to the sound of the waves as we booked a sea view room. The bathroom was super large and products available to bath were very nice. We stated b&b. The breakfast was buffet style. Very varied, hot and tasty. The restaurant had tables which looked into the sea. Stunning.

An exceptional stay!!… beautiful hotel on the beach!!.. but the stay was made even better by the wonderful staff.. especially Bea on Reception who went above and beyond with any request we made and the restaurant staff who were outstanding!!
