The hotel is very close to Nanchang East Station and provides free pick-up and drop-off. You only need to make an appointment in advance with the front desk. The front desk Xiao Wu is also very polite and enthusiastic. The facilities, services and hygiene are all good. It is worth coming again.

New hotel near the airport! As someone catching an early flight, I chose a hotel close to the airport. When I arrived, I found that the hotel was incredibly new, impeccably clean and tidy both inside and out. The bedding and bathroom facilities in the room were refreshingly comfortable, making for a very relaxing stay. Plus, there were plenty of takeout options nearby, which was super convenient when I didn't feel like going out to eat. The room even had small snacks, which was a thoughtful touch. The service, however, deserves the most praise! The staff were enthusiastic throughout my stay, and the butler was incredibly attentive, proactively helping me book airport transfers. Especially Driver Fang, who took me to the airport – he was absolutely wonderful! My flight was early in the morning, and not only was he punctual, but he was also very polite during the ride, helping me with my luggage without any fuss. This stay was a perfect experience; I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

This hotel is a hidden gem, offering a tranquil stay right in the heart of the bustling city. Its location is fantastic, very close to Tengwang Pavilion and Wanshou Palace, and surrounded by an abundance of great food options. The rooms are spotless and well-maintained. The front desk staff and restaurant servers are all incredibly welcoming and friendly. Whether you're here for a business trip or a vacation, you can't go wrong staying here.

Nanchang is a great city to meet up if you have friends from other locations in China. I was able to meet with friends between Shanghai and ShenZhen. There are different train stations. Everyone can arrive at, and this location is in the center of a few attractions. You can view the fountain from the rooftop and have dinner, or you can take a walk down to the museum, Navy ship, or fountain.  the breakfast is delicious and convenient. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We booked a two rooms for the purpose of family, and the housekeeping staff did a great job of maintaining the room for a couple of days. Thank you for the free gift and the welcome fruit was really appreciated.

The location is excellent, with views of the Greeland Twin Towers, and directly downstairs is MixC World, making shopping and strolling very convenient. I even got to try some non-spicy Jiangxi cuisine. The hotel is very close to Tengwang Pavilion, August 1st Nanchang Uprising Memorial Museum, and Jiangxi Provincial Museum, and taxis are easily accessible. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the soundproofing is excellent, making it very comfortable for staying with seniors and children.

The hotel is near the subway line 4 entrance, very convenient. The twin room of 1.35 meters is very friendly to families with two children. The cleaning lady on the 15th floor is very considerate and her character can be seen in the small details. It is posted to express gratitude, but it is not recommended because it will increase the workload of the cleaning lady.

Staying at the Sheraton Nanchang during a typhoon was an experience that exceeded my expectations! The double-paned windows provided amazing soundproofing; despite the storm raging outside, the room was quiet and dry, with excellent dehumidification preventing any stuffiness. The river view room offered spectacular scenery, and watching the stormy Gan River from the comfort of my room was a unique experience. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, with a pool, gym, and buffet breakfast all available, meaning I could comfortably stay in all day during the typhoon without needing to venture out. The service was attentive and thoughtful, with staff proactively helping with transportation.

Hotel was located quite far from the downtown. There was no deposit needed after booking & prepaying online. We got two rooms & both were very neat. It’s a new hotel actually and i was informed they begun service in August 2023 so everything in the room looked clean & new. Great service from the reception but the only downside was that they kept calling every moment to remind us to checkout before 12pm. It was very disturbing cuz i knew that information already. I spoke to the reception that I’ll be checking out at 6pm and i was given half night bill. By 5pm, they sent someone to my door to receive payment as if i was going to runaway!! This wasn’t pretty at all. Anyway, Facilities… they had a pressing iron & an ironing board for pressing clothes. I totally loved that. Food… i didn’t try their food so no review on that.

The stay experience was very satisfactory, especially to praise the front desk Chen Wan, treat people gently and courteous, the check-in process is fast and efficient, the whole process is intimate and meticulous, any consultation is patiently responded, the service is very comfortable. The hotel has complete supporting facilities and a fully equipped gym. You can exercise and relax after traveling. The quiet and elegant leisure tea room is suitable for sitting and chatting and soothing. The hotel is close to the river and has a great location. It is very pleasant to stroll along the riverside in your leisure time and enjoy the river view with the evening breeze. The public area is clean and tidy, well-maintained, and the overall environment is quiet and comfortable. It is suitable for traveling alone or staying together. All aspects exceed expectations. I will choose this hotel next time.

Located in the old city, Nanchang is currently building roads. There are two one-way roads near the hotel. You can book a car online to get around. It is inconvenient to go back to the hotel. You need to go around in a big circle. If you encounter traffic jams and traffic control, it is quite inconvenient. There is a KTV on both sides, which is full of rhythm and music at night. There are two washing machines and two dryers on the 9th floor for easy use. Health and service are good. Traffic jam makes it inconvenient to return.
