It was truly unexpected that the room was so clean and spacious for such a price. It even had a desk and chair, a dining table, and a small sofa. It was much better value than the more expensive hotels I've stayed in while traveling in other cities. I only had one night in Nanchang for some business, so I wanted a hotel close to my location and chose the Hanting chain. It was surprisingly good. The receptionists were also very polite, responsible, and welcoming. I will definitely stay here again.

BenlaiwuyouService: From the moment you arrive, it's a constant ”welcome home” experience, not just in the lobby but also in the restaurant, hallways, and even at the entrance. They offer a small gift upon check-in and a souvenir upon check-out. A dedicated butler adds you on WeChat to answer any questions you might have at any time. The sense of occasion is truly impressive. The laundry service is also excellent; you can have housekeeping pick up your clothes whenever you like. We'd always drop off our clothes after returning to the hotel and showering, and they'd be back at our door by morning. So thoughtful! Lilies are placed throughout the lobby, restaurant, and hallways, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. The staff are almost always ready to assist with any request.
Transportation: The hotel is about 1-1.5 km from places like Wanshou Palace and Jewelry Street, costing around 8-12 yuan by taxi. Some other spots might be a bit further, but generally within 3 km. We took taxis for all our outings over three days, and the total fare was only about 100 yuan.
Environment: As I prefer quiet, I didn't choose a hotel right next to the attractions for this trip. Although our room was near the elevator, inside the room, apart from a little noise when guests were getting on or off the elevator, there was basically no disturbance for the rest of the time. Overall, I found it to be excellent.
Dining: The 6th-floor restaurant offers a variety of complimentary snacks, fruits, health teas, and coffee drinks almost all day. They also have a paid à la carte service for lunch and dinner. The buffet breakfast hours are long enough, from 7 AM to 10 AM. There's also free late-night supper from 10 PM to 11:30 PM. There are also some restaurants right outside the hotel. We tried one called ”Three Dishes and One Soup,” which was pretty good, costing about 50-60 yuan per person. My child and I ordered three dishes for 120 yuan, but it was actually enough for about three people.
Other Value-Added Services: You can take complimentary bottled water from the elevator area as many times as you like. There's also a 24-hour free gym on the 6th floor, which I didn't use, but I saw other guests working out there several times. On the 7th floor, there's a local Nanchang foot massage place called ”Light Craftsman Foot Bath,” which operates separately from the hotel. I checked the prices online, and it was around 100+ yuan, but I didn't go as I was with my child.
PS: After checking out and arriving at the high-speed train station, I realized I'd left a stylus pen in the room. The hotel staff helped me find it and express-shipped it to me. Very grateful.
Overall, it was a very satisfying stay.

Guest UserI recently stayed at this hotel in Nanchang, and the location is fantastic – right across from the subway station. The room was well-cleaned and even came with disposable toilet seat covers and disinfectant wipes, which was a nice touch. The in-room smart assistant was also super convenient to use. While the breakfast selection wasn't huge or particularly lavish, the Nanchang-style mixed noodles were absolutely delicious and just as good as what you'd find outside. I also appreciated that you need to use your room card to access the elevators, which made me feel very secure. Definitely recommend it; I'd choose to stay here again on my next trip to Nanchang!

Guest UserI had an overnight layover in Nanchang after taking the high-speed train, and I spontaneously booked the Holiday Inn Express Nanchang West Station, which turned out to be a surprisingly good experience. It's quite close to the West Station, and walking there with my luggage wasn't too tiring. The front desk lady was quick and polite during check-in. The room didn't have that stuffy smell, the bed was comfortable, and it wasn't noisy at night. The hot water in the bathroom came on quickly, making showers very convenient. I had a simple breakfast in the morning, and the mixed noodles were quite good. Overall, it's a very hassle-free hotel, perfect for catching a high-speed train, and the price is reasonable. If I transfer in Nanchang again, I'll likely book this place.

This absolutely deserves five stars!!! It's close to the airport and offers shuttle service, which is great. Plus, if the driver has time, they'll even take you to the subway station – they drove me there and back! Super nice. And if you come back late and haven't eaten, the hotel offers free late-night snacks until midnight! My booking didn't include breakfast, but since I had an early flight, the front desk still gave me bread, milk, and eggs 🥹. There are also cats by the entrance, and they're super friendly, rubbing against everyone 😍. In short, if you have an early flight, stay here! Highly recommend!

Qingzhe?
I found this hotel temporarily with my colleagues on a business trip. I didn't notice the invoice problem when I booked it, but the front desk manager Shi was very professional and patient to help us solve it when I checked out. The hotel itself is also very good, the decoration and facilities are generally new, and the price-performance ratio is very good.

Anonymous UserEven during the holiday season, I got upgraded to a room with a fantastic night view. Overall, it was a great experience. They even thoughtfully prepared a small gift, which was a lovely gesture.
**Environment:** The hotel is close to a shopping area, and both Tengwang Pavilion and Dashiyuan are within a 15-minute walk. Although the hotel is by the road, it's quite quiet once the windows are closed.
**Service:** The service was patient and considerate. The personal butler even sent a series of travel guides.
**Cleanliness:** Clean, comfortable, and tidy. The room was small but well-appointed.
**Overall:** I'd definitely choose this hotel again! 🥰

Guest UserBooked through Ctrip, and it was truly excellent. Both the cleanliness and facilities were spotless, and the room had its own unique charm. It's very close to Wanshou Palace, so there's a fantastic array of snacks and local delicacies readily available. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Since it was raining the whole time, watching Tengwang Pavilion from my room with a view had a special charm, it was incredibly relaxing and stress-free. Definitely worth a stay.

Guest UserHome Inn is still trustworthy. I read many travel guides about booking hotels in Sanya, and it seemed like there were so many pitfalls, it was exhausting. After much deliberation, I finally booked Home Inn Neo. It proved to be reliable. Although the environment and facilities might not be as luxurious as some more expensive hotels, the basic amenities and services were excellent. They thought of everything I needed, and for the price, I was very satisfied with the conditions.
The neighborhood also has a lively atmosphere; there are elementary and middle schools within a 10-minute walk, and lots of authentic local restaurants.
