Here, you can always experience the warmth and comfort of ”home away from home,” making it a hotel you'd definitely want to stay again and again.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate and the bed was very comfortable. The only downside was that the room we booked directly faces another building so not much privacy…we had the curtains closed most of the time. The breakfast was also just a limited selection. The price of the room is very affordable though, I’d definitely recommend this hotel to travellers on a budget.

My last visit to Nanchang was quite some time ago, and the city, which I was never very familiar with, now feels completely new to me. This time I'm here for a business trip, and trusting the InterContinental Group, I booked this hotel close to the West Station. It's less than a kilometer away, about a 10-15 minute walk. You can also book the hotel shuttle. Despite being close to the station, it's surprisingly quiet with no noise whatsoever.

I had a really pleasant stay at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Nanchang. What impressed me the most was how warmly they welcomed us, even though we arrived quite late at night after landing at the airport. Despite the language barrier, the staff made a great effort to communicate with us and helped arrange airport transfer, which was complimentary. Their patience and willingness to assist made us feel very comfortable. The hotel itself has excellent facilities. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, including a tea pot for making drinks. There’s also a laundry area with both a washer and dryer available for free, which was very convenient. One unique feature I really enjoyed was the service robot. It can deliver items from housekeeping and even food directly to your room. I know this is quite common in China, but I still loved the experience, especially when the robot delivered towels after we requested them! Another thoughtful gesture was that they packed breakfast for us, even though our room did not include it. Along with the free airport transfer, this really showed their excellent hospitality. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nanchang.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to the entrance of Wanshou Palace commercial district, and a subway station is just out the other side, making transportation incredibly convenient! Downstairs, there's a bakery, and within Wanshou Palace, you have a wide selection of coffee shops and dessert places to choose from! The hotel parking lot is huge, and parking is free. The room was very comfortable and spacious. We booked a balcony room, where we could enjoy coffee and watch the streetscape below 🏙️. The front desk staff were absolutely wonderful. They always greeted us with a smile, even sent a video guide because we were worried about finding the parking lot 🅿️, and recommended local specialty foods. Definitely highly recommended!

It was fine for a solo traveler or a couple, but families might feel a bit cramped. 2. Limited Dining Options: While the breakfast was great, the hotel’s on-site dining options beyond breakfast were somewhat limited. There is a small restaurant, but for more varied meal options, you’ll need to explore nearby restaurants or order delivery. 3. Its location is fantastic, very close to Tengwang Pavilion and Wanshou Palace, and surrounded by an abundance of great food options. The rooms are spotless and well-maintained. The front desk staff and restaurant servers are all incredibly welcoming and friendly. Whether you're here for a business trip or a vacation, you can't go wrong staying here.

This stay exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the location was convenient for getting around and dining. A special thanks to the front desk lady who, understanding our travel plans, kindly helped us extend our check-out time, saving us a lot of hassle.
