This hotel truly exceeded my expectations, it's like the 'Pang Dong Lai' (a well-regarded supermarket chain in China known for its excellent service) of hotels! The service is especially outstanding. The complimentary breakfast and afternoon tea offer a wide variety of delicious options, and they even use real flowers. The roughly 300 RMB room rate is absolutely worth it! My impression of Nanchang has improved by a hundredfold. If I had to offer one suggestion: I think a full-length mirror would be a great addition to the king-sized rooms. Currently, the only mirror is the one above the sink, which is quite far away and inconvenient for women doing their makeup – it's hard to tell if you've applied too much powder. A full-length mirror would be perfect for a final check before heading out.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right near the subway station and Nanchang Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around or catching a train. The room facilities are all brand new, and they even offer free late-night noodles that are really delicious. The only minor drawback is that the mattress is a bit soft, which took some getting used to since I prefer a firm bed. But I still slept quite well! Overall, the good outweighs the bad, and I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit.

I had a really pleasant stay at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Nanchang. What impressed me the most was how warmly they welcomed us, even though we arrived quite late at night after landing at the airport. Despite the language barrier, the staff made a great effort to communicate with us and helped arrange airport transfer, which was complimentary. Their patience and willingness to assist made us feel very comfortable. The hotel itself has excellent facilities. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, including a tea pot for making drinks. There’s also a laundry area with both a washer and dryer available for free, which was very convenient. One unique feature I really enjoyed was the service robot. It can deliver items from housekeeping and even food directly to your room. I know this is quite common in China, but I still loved the experience, especially when the robot delivered towels after we requested them! Another thoughtful gesture was that they packed breakfast for us, even though our room did not include it. Along with the free airport transfer, this really showed their excellent hospitality. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nanchang.

This is an excellent hotel! It's right next to Wanshou Palace, a 12-minute walk to Tengwang Pavilion, and a 9-minute walk to the August 1st Nanchang Uprising Memorial Hall, so the location is super convenient. The hotel has soundproof windows, making it very quiet. I particularly want to praise the breakfast; there's a great variety, including stewed soup with Jiangxi characteristics, which I heard is slow-cooked from 3 AM. If family members can't make it to breakfast, you can even pack it up and take it back to the room, which I found to be a really thoughtful touch. I'll definitely recommend this place to friends and will choose to stay here again if I have the chance.

I found this hotel temporarily with my colleagues on a business trip. I didn't notice the invoice problem when I booked it, but the front desk manager Shi was very professional and patient to help us solve it when I checked out. The hotel itself is also very good, the decoration and facilities are generally new, and the price-performance ratio is very good.

Home Inn is still trustworthy. I read many travel guides about booking hotels in Sanya, and it seemed like there were so many pitfalls, it was exhausting. After much deliberation, I finally booked Home Inn Neo. It proved to be reliable. Although the environment and facilities might not be as luxurious as some more expensive hotels, the basic amenities and services were excellent. They thought of everything I needed, and for the price, I was very satisfied with the conditions. The neighborhood also has a lively atmosphere; there are elementary and middle schools within a 10-minute walk, and lots of authentic local restaurants.
