The hotel is relatively new, the room is big enough, the facilities are all intelligent, clean and tidy, the toiletries are very complete, and there are even facial cleansers and makeup removers. The location is very good, just next to Nanchang West Station, a few minutes' walk away, and it is also close to the subway station and the Sports Center Stadium. It is very convenient to go out to watch concerts. The breakfast variety is also relatively rich, and the clay pot soup is very good. The hotel service is also very good. As soon as you enter the door, you will be greeted warmly, and hot tea and wet wipes will be handed over. After checking in, you will be sent to the elevator entrance. Immediately, the robot will deliver a welcome fruit bowl, afternoon tea and a bowl of noodles late at night. The taste is good. Come back at night to fill your stomach and warm up your body. It is very considerate service. The only thing that I feel a little uncomfortable is that there is no device to hang clothes in the bathroom, which is inconvenient to dress after taking a shower!

The ladies at the front desk, Mi Le and Minou, provided very good service. They also served tea and warm water during check-out. Check-in was also very fast. The books in the bamboo house were neatly arranged and there was a sofa. The room was hygienic and clean, and the hot water came out quickly. The TV can project the screen, the Atour mattress is very comfortable, there is a laundry room and a gym, and late-night porridge is served in the evening, which is very considerate. If you need anything, call and ask and they will enthusiastically provide it. You can also go to the restaurant for breakfast, a combination of Western and Chinese food, very I like it, the fruit is very fresh and the stay experience is very good~

All the rooms have carpet, so imagine. My first room was nonsmoking by sign alone. The smell, ashtray and cigarette burns on the carpet said otherwise. The second room was similar. Both rooms AC return filters looked like velvet. I’m surprised any air enters. The third room was nicer than the first and the smell was only the carpet. The non smoking elevator lobbies have ashtrays too, with fresh ashes in the sand. Clearly, guests are getting mixed signals. Threaten the deposit if smoking in non smoking rooms or areas!! I am picky, and I took only one star off because everything else was very clean. The breakfast selection, venue, and views were awesome! Overall, it’s a good price for what you get.

Facilities: The facilities are relatively old, after all, they are a bit old, and there is no odor in the room. Environment: The location is good, it is convenient to go to Wanda in Causeway Bay, there is an electric donkey stop downstairs, and it is also nice to ride a donkey when the weather is good 😁

Complimentary Wi-Fi was fast and stable throughout my stay. 3. Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a good mix of Western and Chinese dishes. From fresh fruit and pastries to local delicacies like dumplings, there was something for every taste. The breakfast area was clean, and the staff was attentive to refilling items and clearing tables. 4. Service: The staff at Hampton by Hilton Nanchang were friendly and helpful. Though not everyone was fluent in English, they made a genuine effort to assist with all requests. I felt welcomed throughout my stay, and check-in/check-out was a breeze. 5. Taxis and public transportation were easy to access from the hotel, making it convenient to explore the city. The Drawbacks: 1. Room Size: While the rooms were clean and comfortable, they weren’t particularly spacious, especially if you’re staying for a longer period or with family. It was fine for a solo traveler or a couple, but families might feel a bit cramped. 2. Limited Dining Options: While the breakfast was great, the hotel’s on-site dining options beyond breakfast were somewhat limited. There is a small restaurant, but for more varied meal options, you’ll need to explore nearby restaurants or order delivery. 3. Noise: Depending on your room’s location, you might hear some street noise, especially during busy times. It wasn’t overwhelming but could be noticeable for light sleepers. Who It’s Best For:

Best hotel in Nanchang since 2017. No competition. Breakfast has improved since then, and I’ve stayed here for months at a time. Great maid service, especially Mrs. Ke Lizhen, she has been working hard everyday, always positive and cleans quickly/thoroughly! Beautiful hotel and rooms are very cheap for the spaciousness and quality. Always bring me fruit, snacks etc 10/10, will always be my goto hotel in Nanchang!

The room is nice and I am very satisfied with it. The breakfast is also very good. It is very convenient in the park. There are many interesting shops. The bedding is also very good and very comfortable. The beautiful lady at the front desk also helped to upgrade the room. Overall it is great

I am glad to have booked 3 rooms at this hotel as when the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were warmly greeted by the hotel staffs. The hotel staffs also helped us in booking didi rides numerous times as we are foreigners without WeChat pay or AliPay facilities in our mobile phone. The service attitude of all the staff are excellent and helpful. I would like to thank 丝丝，小王 and all the staff for giving us a wonderful experience in your hotel. I would highly recommend anyone to stay in any Mehood hotels! Lastly I would like to thank the front desk staff whom I did not get her name with the mobile number ending 7109, who helped to call for medical assistance in the middle of the night.

The room is great, spacious and comfortable! The front desk is very warm and considerate, and I am very satisfied with the upgraded room with balcony! The afternoon tea is quite rich and the late night bowl of noodles is also very considerate, and the breakfast is not bad! The price is also cost-effective! I hope it will be maintained! The service is warm and the upgraded river view room is quiet. The overall environment of the hotel is quiet and clean. The room layout is reasonable, but the light on the dressing table is a little dim. It is recommended to have additional lighting on the side. It is very close to the subway station and convenient for travel. The breakfast is OK. Because I can't eat spicy food, it is recommended that in addition to local specialties, more dishes can be integrated with the eating habits of various places.
