The front desk staff are lovely, very polite and gentle, and patiently answer any questions. The rooms are clean, odor-free, and well-equipped, making for a very comfortable stay. The exclusive airport shuttle service is super convenient and perfectly solves any travel headaches. Breakfast hours are flexible and ample. Overall, the experience is fantastic, and I always feel confident staying here.
