The location was great for sightseeing, making it convenient to pop back to the room even in the middle of exploring the city. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. They provided complimentary water in the fridge, and candies and tea on the table. There was also a washing machine, iron, and an indoor drying rack. However, during my second stay, the washing machine was out of order, so I had to use a laundromat two kilometers away. When I inquired about the laundromat, they quickly provided me with detailed information. Since it's not a hotel, any issues might require you to handwash or purchase items yourself. Nevertheless, considering the cost, facilities, and location, it's a really good apartment.

Every room has its own detail: big TV, strong internet, clean shower, and even a kitchen area where you can cook. It genuinely feels like home. The landlord is incredibly accommodating and speaks English well. He’s friendly, easy to talk to, and can recommend hot places to visit in Ulaanbaatar. His hospitality makes the stay even better. The hotel is very close to the big local market, making it convenient to explore, buy essentials, or enjoy local food. The area feels lively yet safe. This hotel is perfect for travelers who want comfort, culture, and convenience all in one place. It’s a home away from home — warm, welcoming, and truly Mongolian.

Great apartment! It's a very pleasant place to stay. Everything is clean and cozy, just like home. The location is convenient – you can walk around in the evenings and at night, as the apartment is in the center of Ulaanbaatar. The apartment looks exactly like the photos. The host is wonderful, hospitable, and always ready to help with any questions. If you want to have a good rest, recharge, and enjoy positive vibes – definitely come here.

We stayed here with our family and relatives, and it was a very comfortable and relaxing experience. The room was clean and cozy. There wasn’t Wi-Fi, but it honestly helped us disconnect and enjoy the peaceful surroundings even more. The food at the restaurant was delicious, especially the beef khuushuur. The mushroom boortsog served at breakfast was absolutely amazing. We were able to truly relax and enjoy the quiet, beautiful nature. My 3-year-old sibling and my 5-year-old sibling loved it so much that when we returned to the city, they kept saying they wanted to go back. Our whole family will definitely be visiting again.

Happy with our stay in this service apartment. Located close to city centre with many shops and restaurants close by. The owner provides laundry detergents, dishwashing liquid and clothes arier that makes you feel like staying in your own home. Will come back to stay if we go to Ulaanbaarta again.

The room was very clean and overall satisfactory, but the shower drain was clogged and drained very slowly. The TV didn't work. The biggest issue was that the bed mattress was as hard as the floor, making it uncomfortable. If only they could improve the mattress, I'd definitely want to stay here again. It was also nice that there's a free lounge on the first floor.

The Ultimate Host: The biggest highlight of our stay was the resort owner, who is incredibly friendly, accommodating, and speaks fluent English. Having a host you can communicate with easily in the wilderness is a game-changer. There is absolutely no need to join a rigid group tour; the owner quickly arranged a private driver for us (at our own expense) to visit nearby attractions like Turtle Rock and the Chinggis Khaan Statue Complex. It allowed us to customize our own itinerary and enjoy total freedom. The Vibe & Accommodation: The resort is beautifully designed with a sleek, modern wooden main building. We stayed in a Duplex Dome, which offered incredible space and a skylight for stargazing. The biggest luxury was the private, clean bathroom with excellent hot water and separate wet/dry areas—a rare find that completely redefines the typical Mongolian camping experience! The resort sits in a peaceful valley surrounded by majestic rock formations and roaming horses, giving it a dreamy, ”Little Switzerland” feel. Top-Notch Amenities (All Free!): Unlike other remote camps, this place keeps you entertained. Inside the main building, there is a designated Ping Pong room, a billiards table, and Karaoke rooms—all completely free to use! Outside, they have basketball court, volleyball court, a colorful children's playground, and BBQ pits. Incredible Food: The dining here blew us away. The included breakfast was fresh and relaxing. However, I highly recommend ordering their ala carte dinner. They serve a fantastic mix of Western and traditional Mongolian dishes. We ordered the grilled meat skewers with fries, a massive chicken Caesar salad, a comforting hot vegetable and meat stew, and traditional Mongolian Huushuur (deep-fried meat pastries) and Buuz (steamed dumplings). Everything was incredibly flavorful and hearty! Horseback Riding Nearby: There is a professional horse ranch run by a neighbor just 100 meters away. It costs 30,000 MNT per hour, which is very reasonable. Tip: If it's your first time riding, I highly recommend hiring a coach to guide you for safety. Verdict: 10/10. An unforgettable stay with amazing hospitality. I would come back in a heartbeat!

This was a layover on my way back to work in Germany. Due to the war, I had to choose a different transfer point. Overall, the room was quite spacious, but the experience was just average – neither particularly bad nor particularly good. The actual location was also very far from the airport. However, all in all, it was a unique experience, recommended for those who enjoy an adventure.

테를지를 즐길수 있는 최고의 숙소! 비데, 냉장고, 커피포트, 침대 옆 전기 콘센트, 욕실바닥과 게르 바닥 온열 모든 것이 훌륭했어요. 수건, 휴지 추가로 줬어요. 아침식사는 몽골식 스프와 미국식 두가지 다 맛있었어요. 특히, 몽골식 스프는 한국의 오#기 소고기 스프 맛이어서 쌀쌀한 날씨에 너무 좋았어요! 거북바위까지는 꽤 멀어(8km) 걸어갈 수 없어요. 참고하세요.

The hotel is in a good location, with KFC, Malatang, convenience stores, and bus stations nearby. The front desk service is very good, but the water pressure in the shower is too low, and sometimes there is no hot water at night.
