Traveling with my kids and parents, I booked three uniquely themed rooms. The beach king suite offers direct access to the beach, and the twin pool suite has a pool that connects directly to the main scenic pool, which was a hit with the kids. The tranquil twin room was very quiet and perfect for the elderly to rest. The service was excellent. The butler's welcome and farewell services were outstanding, making us feel right at home throughout our stay. The staff were very professional and attentive to all our needs. There was also a complimentary laundry service every day. Breakfast was exquisite and delicious, and could even be delivered to the room 👍. Dinner required advance reservations, and you could really tell the chef's skill was exceptional 👍.

The check-in process was very comfortable. We stayed in a house with a yard on the first floor. The room was clean and tidy, but I don't think it was necessary. It would be better to stay in the garden room in front of the swimming pool. The price is cheaper. There is afternoon tea, which is exquisite and fresh, and breakfast service, which is clean and hygienic. We were picked up at the pier and received a small collection of shells and conchs as a delicate gift. The most surprising thing was that I took life-like photos during the free photo shoot offered by the hotel. The photographer lady understood me so well. Love it, already set as wallpaper! The hotel has small electric donkeys for rent. Shiluokou Beach is right downstairs from the hotel. I regret not taking a good walk there. Cons: The lights in the hotel are too dim. Hot water takes a long time to drain. The hotel is not too close to the Sports Park, Nanwan Old Street and other centers

I was scared when I saw the room on the second floor. Unexpectedly, the landlady had already thought of it for us. Unexpectedly, we were moved to the next floor without even saying anything. We are very happy. I forgot to bring hand cream and the lady boss brought her own for me to use, which really touched me. This inn is considerate and considerate for its guests. The room is clean and smell-free, and the price is right. We made the right choice to come here.

When we first arrived on the island and weren't familiar with the roads, the owner was very kind and proactively showed us around, patiently sharing travel tips and planning our route perfectly. The guesthouse was also very clean and hygienic, and there was no noise during our rest time, which was fantastic for us as we are not good sleepers. They even treated us to lychees and jackfruit at dinner, which was very generous. Our two-day trip here was truly a wonderful travel experience. I was very satisfied with this stay at the Sheraton Guantouling. It's much quieter and less crowded than Silver Beach. Plus, it's located directly to the west, so the sunset views are absolutely stunning. Ella provided warm service throughout our stay, and she was very responsive to any requests or inquiries. Traveling with children, the family room was very convenient. The breakfast had a good variety of fresh options. There were also various kids' activities like sand art, drink making, and sandwich making. Highly recommended!

The room we booked was on the first floor. Because of the age, the hotel equipment was relatively old. There were so many things, but none of them looked fresh. When I was eating breakfast, I looked out the window and saw a big mop hanging there. I lost my appetite~ Service praise for the security guard on duty that day. I forgot something on the electric car🛵, and the electric car🛵 was charging. He took us to find the things very late in the night. It was heartwarming.
