The services at Jumeirah are attentive and considerate, the dishes are delicious and suit Chinese tastes. The three-day stay is full of wonderful memories. If I come to Dubai next time, I will choose Jumeirah.

JhoRRThe stay was good and the place is really great. Staffs are accomodating and approachable. My only issue is not enough info about the promo 36hrs stay. I expect to stay till 9PM the next day but they told us that our booking doesn't have promo of 36hrs stay, although it was in out email that we have a package of the promo. In the end the Rove told us that the promo is exclusive in their website only. The next time, they should inform the 3rd party booking app that is was exclusive booking only from their own website. But overall our stay is very good ❤️

Nice new freshly designed hotel, super convenient for meetings in Media City and commute around as there is a metro and it is at the start of Palm Jumeirah. Room was very large with kitchen and nice views over the water including a fireworks on Saturday… cool.

I had a wonderful stay at Atlantis The Royal. The hotel is stunning and feels very luxurious from the moment you arrive. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with an amazing view. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The facilities, pool, and restaurants were all top quality. It was truly a memorable and relaxing experience. I would definitely love to come back again

Environment: Right by the sea, the surrounding area is excellent.
Cleanliness: As it's a newly opened hotel, the cleanliness is still okay.
Facilities: The indoor environment is very nice, but the balcony is a bit plain. The rooftop pool is beautiful.

Guest UserA magnificent hotel with an ideal location, perfectly situated between the main road and the waterfront. It's a 3-minute walk to the beach, and they provide towels and umbrellas. The room is huge, the bathrobes are soft, the slippers are comfortable, and the bed and pillows are perfect. The service is excellent; they always resolve any issue, even bringing an needle with a thread kit. The soundproofing is also top-notch.
Tip: Ask for a lower floor to avoid waiting in line for the elevators during peak hours.

The parking is free for guests but very limited space and very tiny Not clean and there is bad smell
The hotel is nice but they need to care more about the cleanness
There is no room services
But housekeeping is helpful when you ask something.
I checked in at 10 pm so I asked for late check out and they still weak me up at 11 am, and even after confirming my request thy keep calling
