"The room was very clean and tidy! It's only a three-minute walk from Baniyas Square Station, and you can easily find it using navigation right after exiting the subway. I felt very safe there. The other guests seemed friendly, giving me a homely feeling. The bathroom was large, soundproofing was good, and the shower had strong water pressure. There's a disinfected washing machine, shampoo, shower gel, and laundry powder provided. The dorm had plenty of refrigerators, and the kitchenware was new. The entire space was well air-conditioned. The owner was very kind! They speak both Chinese and English, which was incredibly convenient when traveling abroad. They were also very thoughtful; they sprayed insecticide at night, so every corner was spotless! Dubai's metro is convenient, and staying here saved me a lot of money, without impacting my Dubai travel experience at all! I saw all the sights and scenery just the same. This was truly the biggest stroke of luck for my trip 🍀🍀🍀 There's a supermarket downstairs with fruits and bread, a restaurant across the street, and a Chinese supermarket right next door. It's a three-minute walk to the gym and a three-minute walk to the ferry terminal, where you can take a boat for 1 dirham to the old city on the other side. At night, you can enjoy the night view from the balcony. All in all, I think this is the best guesthouse in Dubai, bar none! If flight prices are right in the future, I'll definitely come to Dubai often and stay right here."
