Swissôtel Al Murooj Dubai

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our visit, making us feel truly welcomed. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. Great service, excellent hospitality, and delicious food as well. Would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!😊

Room is good and comfortable and close to Dubai Mall. We checked in early but room is not ready but we can use the gym to take shower and relax which is a plus.

First of all our check in has been delayed 2 hours instead of 3 pm they checked us in 5 pm , saying paying not recived although i payed 2 week before the check in and saying getting room ready we got too much tension from the first hours , room service is terrible tv is not working during my whole stay they are saying use your mobile for mirror cast tv not working !!! We are calling they answer the phone after 5 mins we have to go down to the lobby to ask for anything , pool is very very crowded , they are making offers for outsiders to come for buffet and pool access for half price so the pool very crowded we the original stayers at the hotel couldn't enjoy the pool , very disappointing experience for a 5 star hotel in the heart of dubai .
