Mövenpick Grand Al Bustan Dubai

I was very impressed and pleased with the high level of service and the warm welcome from all the staff. The impeccable cleanliness and attention to every detail to ensure guest comfort made me feel completely at ease throughout my stay, as if I were in my own home. Thank you again for your diligence and high professionalism. This will certainly be my first choice for future visits. I wish you and all the staff continued success and even greater excellence. With sincere greetings and appreciation,

It's a very pleasant hotel with excellent service and a fantastic pool. There are two great restaurants on the ground floor. The rooms are very spacious and clean, and the staff are very cordial.

During my stay, I really appreciated the clean swimming pool and the lack of humidity in the rooms. It's also conveniently close to the subway.

Good hotel, but their breakfast needs more variety and professionalism. Also, there's no variety in coffee. Room service is good, except for one time they were late.

Excellent hotel, excellent location, sophisticated service, new rooms, and complete hotel facilities.

Overall, my experience at the hotel was very satisfying. The room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the environment was comfortable and quiet. The staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was efficient. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

Big beautiful room. Nice lobby. That's about it. Check-in took 50 minutes. Only 2 counters were open, and there were only 4 people ahead of me. It was already late, after 9 PM. This is an airport hotel. People come here to sleep. The wait time for the precious room keys was simply unbelievable. It turned out that the glass panel in my shower cabin was coming loose, and all the water was flowing onto the floor towards the toilet. Waiting for a mop and a dry towel took another hour. In the end, they just brought a dry bath mat, which I guess I was supposed to put in the puddle. I couldn't wait for them anymore as I was exhausted. As a result, I only managed to get to sleep after 1 AM. It's a real shame about the money wasted and the lack of rest during a long transit.
