This hotel is perfect for both leisure and business travelers. It offers a rich variety of cuisine, including Chinese, Indian, and British options. The Arabian dishes are particularly good at satisfying a craving for Chinese food amidst the local flavors. The location is excellent, comparable to staying in Lujiazui, Shanghai. The entire staff is incredibly warm and attentive, providing exceptional service. Special mention goes to Jinto and a few others from the breakfast team who were efficient and perceptive. Staying at this hotel is truly a pleasure. The hotel also features an outdoor swimming pool with direct views of the Burj Khalifa. The high-floor rooms offer breathtaking panoramic views of the entire city of Dubai, extending to the sea, and you can even spot the Burj Al Arab. I highly recommend this hotel if you're visiting Dubai.

The room has a balcony and the service is very good. There are not many varieties of breakfast, more suitable for Europe and America. There are almost no Chinese people in the whole hotel, only foreigners. It is very close to the castle market, and you can eat and go shopping on foot.

I stayed this hotel for 3 nights with my family, the service here is excellent. I rent a car for this trip and they offered valet parking service. The hotel is closed to the monorail station but I haven't take the rail transportation this time, its overall in a good location with easy access to many tourists points in Dubai. The room is big and buffet breakfast is excellent too.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The moment I walked through the doors, I could feel the warm and attentive service atmosphere. The front desk staff were all smiles, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, with a soft and comfortable bed that just made you want to sink in and get a good night's sleep. The room facilities were also comprehensive, with the TV, air conditioning, and other amenities working perfectly, and there was plenty of hot water.

We had a wonderful stay at Atlantis The Royal. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, luxurious and exceptionally well maintained. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the facilities were outstanding. What impressed us most was the excellent level of service throughout our stay. The staff were professional, welcoming and attentive, and everything was handled with great care. The breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality options. We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely love to return. Atlantis The Royal is not just a hotel, but a complete experience and a very memorable stay in Dubai. Highly recommended! 🤍

Great location with great view. Direct access to Dubai Mall is definitely a plus. However, the cleanliness of the hotel need to be improved. The bathroom has got a lot of water stains.

Staying for 16 days with the family. First week was great bar the meals at dinner. Beach at Hilton was great, the rooms great, location good. We went half board so we had to eat in a pub type restaurant called speakeasy where people were smoking drinking and playing pool. We attended twice and then stopped. Muslim family and not happy to dine where people watching the football smoking an drinking whilst trying to eat. First time eating the food was bland and we ordered a chicken burger, it was raw so they made another burger but obviously not enjoyable. Second time the staff put our whole order on someone elses table then after a few minutes took it off their table an put it on ours. (God knows if it was touched or coughed on) We decided we were not going there again. Spoke to reception who said we can order room service to our room rather than eat at speakeasy. This was great for a few days but the menu never changed and got boring and eating where we slept was becoming un enjoyable. We then told housekeeping there was an odd smell in the bathroom so he cleaned the bathroom. Smell was still there all whilst having to eat our food in the room. We then complained and they came to fix the smell as it was getting worse. He came and sprayed something in the floor vent. At 2am a few days later we heard a bang and water grushing, it came from a boiler room so we called reception and they sent someone out, he turned the water off but hadnt said so, so in the morning both rooms had no water so we could not take showers and we missed breakfast as they came to fix the issue whilst we waited (no offer of room change either). Tried to go to the hilton beach as had for past 9 days and they said its now chargable, nobody informed us of this change and they said they only just found out but then this should have been stated on arrival that its not normality and can change any day instead just go and take a towel and go to the public beach on the sand as theres no beds! Pool bar not open so you have to order from the lifeguard who calls room service and waiting to get a drink of water in the heat, which is not sign posted so you would not know. You just think the pool bar is closed as its shutter down. So thankful for Shaban an his team who truly looked after us with food and we attended his restaurant on the 2 days it was allowed to open, apart from that the food was not good. Highly recommend Shaban so professional caring sympathetic and respectful to our needs. He needs a promotion and pay rise as he goes above and beyond for the care of visitors! On day of leaving we went to get a quick lunch at jones grocery and the lady said i have to check if you missed any meals to see if your eligible to eat! We said we have missed a few so its fine, had us waiting a while which became ridiculous and embarrassing so we just left. Met with guest relations and didnt get any sympathy or an apology for the inconveniences caused which led me to make this complaint. I totally understand the situation in Dubai with closures and staffing as i am a frequent visitor but i do not feel we were completely not respected not taken care of correctly and my children did not have a good time at the hotel. Unfortunately i feel as though i would not stay here again.

Overall, it's pretty decent. Most of the guests are Chinese and Indian. The only downside is the location, which is a bit out of the way. Without a rental car, getting anywhere would be very inconvenient. Plus, apart from a Carrefour supermarket directly opposite, there aren't many dining or shopping options nearby.

This is a fantastic hotel with unique decor and smart home features. The curtains are self-adjustable, and the mirror TV is a cool touch. The hotel lobby is stunning, and there's a small convenience store to grab anything you need. It's super close to Dubai Mall, just under a 10-minute taxi ride. I'd definitely stay here again on my next trip to Dubai. It gets a lot of tourists, so luggage handling can be a bit slow. Not many Chinese guests, mostly Europeans and Americans. The paid restaurant at the hotel is delicious, and I found the cleanliness to be excellent.

Unfortunately I found the hotel to be quite dirty and worn out - from grout in the bathroom, to stains on the redhead and scratches on the walls / tables… expected better than this. They were also late to check me in, with the room not ready at 3pm
