Hotel Suite Villa Maria

Villa Maria suites are very spacious and comfortable, with generous size private outdoor area and balcony. The suites get cleaned every day. The pool area is lovely. Breakfast is excellent with multiple choices. The staff is very friendly. I also liked the location in La Caleta, short drive from multiple restaurants.

Family trip with husband, daughter and her boyfriend. Apart from the WiFi connection being poor, couldn’t fault it. Arranged car hire at reception and all very helpful. Breakfast was good too, there is a 15 walk into la caleta, the area has an array of good restaurants, la caleta is a different experience to las americas, but for me in s good way. My daughter did pine for the bars/ nightlife of the safari centre, so we did go into las americas a few times. But a great stay.

As always Villa Maria was excellent. Lovely staff at all times throughout our stay. They even acknowledged my son’s birthday with a cake delivered to the villa, which was a lovely surprise. It’s our second stay and will definitely be back. Thanks for a lovely relaxed break..

An excellent relaxing 7 day stay. Staff were wonderful … especially in Blue Oasis & the breakfast. Housekeeping were fantastic and so friendly and efficient. Lovely welcome from reception and answered any enquiries promptly. Only a short walk down hill to the town but get a cab back … it’s a long slog if you have heavy bags. We had the 3 bed villa and it had all we needed! Already looking forward to coming back! Gracias! ❤️

We had a fantastic holiday here as a family with two young children (1 and 3 years old). The hotel villas are very accommodating for a young family, with baby amenities such as stair gates, high chairs, small kitchen. The restaurants on site do good food options for adults and children. What really stands out is the service and amenities for the children. The three pools included a 40cm pool which was wonderfully warm and we spent a lot of time in. And the two larger pools were also warm and welcoming. Although we were after Easter holidays I hadn’t expected it to be so quiet and calm. We often had the pool to ourselves or one other family. It was so relaxing! There is also a playground, mini golf course and a children’s crèche on site. Our children were too young to be left at the crèche however we were allowed to let them play there under our supervision whenever we wanted to for free. This was a wonderful addition that we haven’t seen elsewhere and meant a break from the sun for our youngest one in a well equipped play room (play kitchen, toys, crafts). In terms of location, it is an easy 10 minute walk down to Caleta which has a lot of wonderful restaurant choices (La Vieja was our favourite) and a very do- able walk back up the hill after! We had a hire car and everything was a maximum of 15 minutes drive away (Aqua land, beaches, whale tours). The staff at the hotel are fantastic. They made a real effort to make us comfortable and felt very spoilt. They engaged with the children and were always helpful and on hand. Often holiday villas feel tired but the quality of the hotel and amenities was very high and all seemed recently done. The area and pools were immaculately clean each day. We couldn’t recommend enough and will be back again!

The best family hotel & resort ever - our 5th visit & already booked the 6th! Everything about VM is amazing from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. Exceptionally friendly staff, newly renovated villas & pools. Very comfy accommodation, range of pillows, ability to self cater if you want to. Fabulous breakfast, poolside restaurant good (need to book in advance) & Bea does an amazing job of entertaining children & the grown ups with water polo! Short walk away from more restaurants in La Caletta & Tenerife Top Training across the road for anyone wanting to do serious training or hires bike. Something for everyone. See you next year!

Wow what can I say?? Totally amazing holiday at Hotel Suite Villa Maria. It certainly my lives up to the 5 stars it has. The staff are very friendly. The Villa is cleaned daily and to a high standard. The pool is wonderful and never crowded. Plenty of beds and not too many towels left out without people on them! The breakfast is amazing!! So much choice. Definitely recommend including breakfast on your trip as it fills you up all day so saving on eating out at lunchtime. Shuttle bus down to Playa Duque twice daily. Lovely bus driver. Just looking now at rebooking for next year. Love this place

this my 3rd time returning to this beautiful hotel, which is really having a beautiful house wt the amenities of a 5 star hotel. we had villa 26 it was best one yet, huge spacious ,hot tub my kids loved it my son played football in the garden all night every night. cleaners have this cleaned by the time you have had your breakfast. sorry I never gave them a tip on last day I missed them. pool is a lovely place to spend some quality time with your family. its heated and spotlessly clean pool man works tirelessly I know this cause im up early to use the gym and he is there cleaning it all for the day, and still there when you leave. breakfast is spot on everything you could ask for and when you go early its empty and peaceful. pool bar is great 6 euro for a beer is bit expensive after you've had a load through the week they add up haha. food is lovely could do with bit more options maybe some Jamon typical tapas options would be nice. reception staffs communication is brilliant. my overall experience is this place is special la caletas village is stunning the restaurants are hit end dining which is what I go away for there not cheap but they are top end food and worth the money. until next time. thank you villa maria for another amazing experience.

Great service, friendly, and looked after my daughter’s dietary requirements with coeliac disease. Thanks to Symon, Juan and the whole team for all the attention. Restaurant and eating are also super clean. Chefs really happy to accommodate.
