Mercure Welcome Melbourne

Collins House Apartments by CLLIX
"A very comfortable experience during the stay in Melbourne, location of the apartment is perfect, staff from front desk are very helpful and nice, windows are able to open but the room doesn’t have AC."
Holiday Inn Melbourne Bourke Street Mall by IHG
"Excellent location, right next to Bourke Street Mall and within walking distance of attractions like the Royal Arcade. As a new hotel opening in 2025, the facilities are new and clean, and the soundproofing is great. The staff are warm and welcoming."
Ibis Melbourne Central
"staffs at the concierge and counter are so helpful and friendly"
Ibis Melbourne Hotel and Apartments
"Perfect place for solo traveler!! Clean, good service, near to tram and a lot of foods near hotel!! Very recommended"
Stamford Plaza Melbourne
"Good location, good value, easy parking close by and break fast was good with good variety. Staff were friendly and easy check-in and check-out."
Pullman Melbourne City Centre
"One of the not-so-great hotels I have stayed in (And I travel a lot!) - Staff is the only good thing I found in this hotel- Always smiling & willing to help, right from staff in housekeeping to reception. - Located right in the heart of Melbourne city center, but surrounded by buildings on 3 sides. Just 2 top end rooms on every floor that get a street view. All others either have a wall facing them, or a tin roof of a lower building. Felt quite claustrophobic. - Minimal amenities: No laundry service in the hotel (Only dry cleaning), no water in the room (Get it from a tap in the floor - I got locked out twice because I forgot my key in the room), not even a wire to hang/dry something in the bathroom. Definitely not meant for someone who wants basic amenities - not for business travellers for sure."
Sofitel Melbourne on Collins
"Super great view with the bay and location is goood, we also love the car park"
Next Hotel Melbourne, Curio Collection by Hilton
"Room wasn’t clean on one day even thought I switched on the clean room light when I go out. Returned & still not cleaned. Staff wasn’t polite when check in & no flexibility to extend check out. Conceige at GF has no one to bend even they mentioned to bring our luggage’s there.. I have to bring my luggage’s back to L2 to ask reception to get staff to attend to."
Pullman Melbourne Albert Park
"It was a pleasant stay. We stayed as family with two kids. Clean and spacious. Breakfast was enjoyable. With car, was convenient to travel within city too. I recommend pullman hotel if you travel with family."
Mövenpick Hotel Melbourne on Spencer
"We had an amazing stay at movenpack. service was great, food was filled with surprises, room was good and spacious. Will definitely go back when we visit Melbourne again"
Citadines on Bourke Melbourne
"Location and reception very good but need to improve with cleanliness."
Crowne Plaza MELBOURNE by IHG
"Very good high std hitel, there was some roas repairs, so the walk into hotel was not very easy but just temporary. Good service and staff"
voco MELBOURNE CENTRAL by IHG
"Pros: - Friendly and helpful staff - Late checkout (upon request and availability) - Daily housekeeping - Comfortable bed - Nice city view (even when you are showering/doing business in the toilet lol) - Super good location: accessible to anywhere in the CBD area Cons: - Lift is NOT user-friendly. You have to select your floor outside the lift and then select it again inside while scanning your keycard. Otherwise, your selected floor disappears and you will have to exit at a random floor to repeat the whole process again. - Dusty and found some hair strands left behind upon check-in day - Unstable temperature: takes time for water heater to heat up - No mineral water bottles provided. As much as the hotel is championing for a greener stay and all, it comes at the expense of convenience because I constantly have to head down to the reception just to fill water. - Amenities such as toothbrush etc. are upon request Overall it’s great and value-for-money but it’s not the best stay I’ve had. There was also some miscommunication on the check-out time which initially gave me a scare. For solo travellers, this hotel is definitely still worth a consideration. I just hope the duty manager takes the above feedback seriously in order to upkeep the high standards of the hotel."
Paragon Apartments by CLLIX
"This apartment was one of the safest apartment in Melbourne CBD. It was confusing to go in for check in so please make sure you call the reception number when you arrived so they can let you in. Location is close to everywhere which helps me a lot to explore Melbourne CBD."
Pegasus Apart'Hotel
"Convenient location in CBD. Everything is good. Just the room was a bit cold even switched off AC"
Imagine Lighthouse
Stylish accommodation in Khon Kaen featuring modern Thai-inspired design, an outdoor pool, and a fitness center. Offers an on-site restaurant and convenient access to local markets and shopping areas.
Novotel Melbourne on Collins
"Great location, it’s right in the heart of the city and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The room was spacious, offering plenty of area to relax without feeling cramped."
Park Hyatt Melbourne
"Park Hyatt Melbourne did not disappoint! Although it was not in the central part of the city, it was quite nice and peaceful and a short walk to the main attractions. The buffet style breakfast offered at Hyatt was pretty good and the quality of food was excellent. The amenities were from Le Labo which was great and were available for purchase."
Sheraton Melbourne Hotel
"Very centrally located but don’t bother going for the city view, not worth it lol…… after spending a total of 5 nights over here they gave us a “better” view this time on the last night visit"
