The location and surroundings are excellent. Across the river are the Melbourne Exhibition Centre and Melbourne's largest [missing word, likely a park or casino given the context]. Every night on the hour, there's a fire show by the river, which is fantastic. The hotel entrance is right by the tram stop.

I've stayed here several times, and this was the most disappointing room I've ever gotten 😔. I asked for a river view, but I got a bridge view instead. I also requested a high floor and ended up on the 4th floor, so my requests weren't met at all! However, a good point is that the tea cart in the lobby is quite unique!

I was very satisfied with this booking. I booked a special 3-day, 2-night king room, and the Chinese front desk assistant kindly upgraded me to a river view room for free. It's a 20-minute walk to the city, and there's a free tram stop right outside. Across the river is DFO South Wharf, with all sorts of sports brands. If you get tired of shopping, you can grab a bite to eat on the basement level. If I had to pick a flaw, it would be that the hotel entrance was a bit small, and it took me a while to find it. 😋

Absolutely loved this hotel! It's incredibly convenient, right next to public transport (train and bus). If you don't feel like taking a car, you can even walk to the city. Coming back from dinner in Chinatown feels like a nice stroll. Plus, it's a peaceful oasis in a lively area. I booked a twin-bed river view room, and the scenery outside the window was stunning. The service was excellent too. I'll definitely book this hotel again and recommend it to my friends.

💰Price: I booked quite early at 1k per night with breakfast for two, which I'd say is a reasonable price for the value. It's more of a business hotel, with fewer tourists and more business travelers. 🏡Room: The room itself was quite spacious, though the hallway was a bit cramped and narrow. However, I loved that it had a separate walk-in closet, a proper dining table, and a sofa. The room layout was really comfortable, and I could even host friends for a small gathering. 🗺️Location: It's perfectly located within the free tram zone, and you can walk across to the mall for food in 2-3 minutes, which is great for independent travelers. You can also pay a $1 deposit with a credit card here. 🍴Breakfast: If it's not included with your room, it's probably not worth paying extra for. But they do offer discounted steak for dinner, which is a good value option.

Not bad, good location. There's a park-like lawn right outside the door. It's also very convenient for dining, and since it's in the freezone, the tram is free. Pretty good!
