So many rides and areas were under renovation and closed, so that was disappointing — but it made the day much more manageable and we were able to experience the park stress-free. It wasn’t crowded for a summer weekday but the park was closed at 6:30pm so perhaps attracted fewer people.

Great in everything I did most of all but I was in kind of rush as the time for waiting was quite huge. A bit sad as I was expecting to pay for priority pases to get into the attractions of sea world but none of the most popular where there. I did have just one day to go there so I did as much as I could but I don’t regret it at all

Tokyo Disneyland is such a happy place to be. The staff are helpful and you'd really feel safe. I left my bag near the castle and when I got back, it was still there. The only downside is, comparing this to HK Disneyland, HK is bigger and has more Disney characters in the parade. Overall, it was a great experience.
Villains Halloween "Into the Frenzy" Parade Route
The "Villains Halloween 'Into the Frenzy'" parade starts near the entrance of Tokyo Disneyland, proceeds along the park's main route, loops around the plaza in front of the castle, and finally heads toward Fantasyland.
Because the parade route passes in front of Cinderella Castle, it's a popular spot to capture Disney villains and the castle in the same frame, so plan to stake out your viewing spot early.
For the full parade experience, grab a spot around the plaza in front of the castle or along either side of the parade route; if you'd rather avoid the biggest crowds, head to areas near the later part of the route—wait times are usually shorter.
Castle Plaza: The most recommended viewing area, where you can snap parade floats, characters, and Cinderella Castle in the same frame.
Near the parade starting point: You'll see the characters sooner, and it’s easier to head to other attractions once the parade wraps up.
Later sections of the parade route: Wait times are usually shorter, perfect for travelers who don't want to wait long.

Before attending the 2026 Tokyo Disney Halloween event, we recommend preparing the following items in advance.
Whether you're enjoying limited-time attractions during the day, catching the Halloween shows, or participating in the costume festivities, these tips will help ensure your entire Disney trip goes smoothly.
Japan SIM Card: We recommend preparing an Japan eSIM or Wi-Fi router in advance so you can easily use the Tokyo Disney Resort App to check maps, attraction wait times, show schedules, and your digital tickets.
Halloween Costumes: If you're planning to dress up for your park visit, prepare your Disney character costume or some fun Halloween accessories in advance—they'll look amazing in photos against the park's limited-time decorations.
Portable Charger: You'll be spending a long day at Tokyo Disney, and using the official app to check attractions, book dining, and snap photos will drain your battery. We highly recommend bringing a portable charger just in case!
Comfortable shoes: The park is quite large, and popular Halloween events often involve a lot of walking and waiting, so we recommend wearing comfortable shoes.
Light jacket: The temperature difference between day and night in Tokyo is quite noticeable from September to October. Especially when you're enjoying the Halloween night sky or waiting for a show in the evening, it's a good idea to have a light jacket handy.
Rain Gear: Tokyo can have occasional rain in the autumn, so we recommend packing lightweight rain gear to keep your park adventures on track!
Snacks and Water: The park gets crowded during Halloween, and you might face lines at dining spots, so it's a good idea to pack a few snacks and some water to keep your energy up.
Disney App: Be sure to download the official Tokyo Disney Resort App before you head out! You can use it to check real-time wait times, view park maps, purchase Disney Premier Access, and use the mobile ordering feature.
Tickets and Lightning Lane: Popular dates during the Halloween season fill up quickly, so we recommend purchasing your tickets in advance. If you want to cut down on wait times for popular attractions, consider purchasing Disney Genie+ (or Lightning Lane Multi Pass).
Itinerary Planning: We recommend planning ahead for the Halloween-exclusive shows, parades, and attractions you want to see, and setting aside time for limited-edition food and drinks, shopping for merchandise, and photo opportunities.
