Had a really good stay at Mercure Haneda Tokyo Airport. The room was always kept clean and the housekeeping staff were very polite and friendly. Really appreciated the good service throughout my stay. The location was also quite convenient. It’s closer to Otorii Station East Exit, so getting to and from the hotel was pretty easy. It’s also a convenient choice if you’re flying from Haneda Airport, especially for an early flight. I had the dinner set at the hotel and really enjoyed it. The staff were very accommodating with my dietary request and made the effort to arrange something suitable for me. Really appreciate how helpful and understanding they were. One thing to note is that the hotel is close to the train tracks, so I could hear the trains from my room. It wasn't a big issue for me, but if you’re a light sleeper or prefer a very quiet room, it may be better to request a room on the opposite side of the tracks. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly staff, good housekeeping and a convenient location. I’d be happy to stay here again when I’m flying from Haneda.

Decent modern hotel near the airport. The shuttle bus is good but you should check the website for timings and stop location. Sometimes if you arrive at T2/T3 you could have to take the free airport shuttle bus first to T1 first before finding the hotel bus stop at T1. Some travellers seem to have problems with this (researching and navigating an airport). Hotel staff is friendly and professional. Breakfast is really excellent as the other reviews say, above the usual 4 star hotel fare (in Europe at least). Hotel is modern, but the room (two beds) seemed a bit on the small side and had a low ceiling. But it was clean and had a nice bathroom. This hotel is good if you need to sleep comfortably and have a good breakfast before catching the next flight (or train) in the morning. But for exploring the city you probably have better options and value propositions.

Extremely close to Haneda Airport, and the shuttle service is truly excellent. The hotel environment and service are both superb, and breakfast is plentiful. There are quite a few Europeans and Indians. Otorii Station is a 5-minute walk away.

It's right near the airport, but I missed the 10 PM shuttle and had to wait until 11 PM, which was quite tiring. The hotel is pretty small, but the room's soundproofing was good, and breakfast was satisfactory.
