The hotel is located near the Bibihanum Mosque. The location to the attractions is moderate, the facilities are relatively new, the room is soundproof, clean and tidy, the breakfast is rich and varied, the yellow ATM at the door can be exchanged for Sum in US dollars, the exchange rate is similar to the airport, very good, the overall price is relatively high. The disadvantage is that the bath water is hot and cold, the water temperature is unstable, and it has been watered once. ps. The restaurant opposite the hotel is delicious and not expensive. Few tourists go. They are all locals. Recommend!

We recently stayed at this hotel and I can't help but share my impressions! From the moment we arrived we were greeted with warmth and smiles. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and professional. Not only did they check us in quickly, but they were also happy to answer all our questions, especially Dildora, who helped us choose excursions and places for dinner. Their attention to detail and willingness to help made our stay even more comfortable. The rooms at the hotel are spacious and cozy, and the views from the balcony are simply mesmerizing. We enjoyed every moment spent here. Thanks to all the staff, especially the reception team, for their impeccable service and care. You made our holiday truly special! We had a really pleasant stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Samarkand Sogd. The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable — exactly what you’d expect from the Hilton brand. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The location is slightly away from the old town, but it’s in a calm and newer area near the Silk Road tourist zone, and getting around by taxi is easy and affordable. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money in Samarkand — a perfect choice if you prefer modern comfort and cleanliness over staying in the busy historic center. I’d definitely stay here again.

Everything was great! Right next to Registan. The place is beautiful. Nice, clean rooms with everything you need. Delicious breakfast at the time you specify. The host is very friendly, attentive to all your needs, and very helpful. I would recommend it without hesitation; I was going for 2 nights and we stayed 3…

The breakfasts and service in the restaurant were disappointing. There was absolutely no service!! Dirty dishes piled high on the tables, and you had to clear them away yourself. For such a good hotel, this is a very significant flaw.

A true Hilton experience. The rooms are clean, convenient, and comfortable. The staff is polite. The elevators work perfectly. The breakfasts are a bit meager, which is unusual for this hotel chain. For fruits, they only had apples, bananas, sliced oranges, and kiwi. Despite it being berry season, there were no berries at breakfast. Downstairs, there's a spa center with a pool and sauna. Bathrobes and towels are readily available at the spa. In the morning, they found us at breakfast and wished my husband a happy birthday, even treating him to a delicious cheesecake. The only upside for me, and a downside for my husband, is that the hotel doesn't serve any alcohol at all. But there's an alcohol store not far away, so the celebration was still a success.

The hotel is located within a park, quite a distance from the train station, about a 30-minute taxi ride away. The surroundings are spacious and quiet. Breakfast starts at 7 AM and offers a wide variety of delicious options. During my stay, I even encountered a tour group of Chinese visitors. The room had central heating, which made it so warm that I had to open the window at night to ventilate. Upon check-in, there was a mix-up; after we swiped our key card and entered the room, we found a young Russian girl already occupying it – she must have gotten quite a fright! We quickly exited and went back to the front desk to sort it out. They promptly moved us to the adjacent room and sent up a fruit platter as an apology. For solo female travelers, it's always important to keep your door locked at all times! 😂

I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. All my expectations were fully met. The staff were polite and attentive; you feel their welcoming attitude towards guests from the very first moment. The room was clean and cozy, with everything you need. I especially want to highlight the very convenient location of the hotel, making it easy to get to the city's main attractions. A big plus is the sauna and swimming pool. After walking around the city, it was especially nice to relax in the hotel's spa area in the evening. This added even more comfort to my vacation. Overall, it's a very pleasant and charming hotel. I only have good impressions. I highly recommend it.
