The front desk team is incredibly professional and genuinely helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them. Breakfasts are a real highlight, with a great selection and a restaurant team that speaks fluent English and Chinese, which makes the experience even smoother for international guests. And the cherry on top? Each room comes with a private balcony offering a stunning view of the nearby canal, such a peaceful spot to start or end the day. I would absolutely recommend this property for families, groups of friends, or business travelers. It’s a gem!

The hotel was very disappointing. Our room was met with dirty robes and towels, terribly dirty plumbing, broken shower heads, and a shower door that wouldn't close. The shower drained almost completely, so we had to wash ourselves ankle-deep in water. The bathroom exhaust fan didn't work, and the humidity was terrible. However, I'd like to commend the hotel staff. They really try their best. We asked for replacement towels and a fix for the drain. They immediately got to work and fixed everything. After that, the draining improved, but a terrible smell came from the sewer. The breakfasts are good, there's a coffee machine, the staff helps with drinks, and if something isn't available, they'll make it for you personally upon request. The location is fantastic, with all the sights within a 5-10-minute walk. However, the hotel is located close to a noisy road, so it's not always pleasant to be in the room with the window open.

The location is just okay. It's about 2-3km by taxi to the main attractions, but the main road outside the hotel is very congested, making it time-consuming to get a ride. The hotel facilities are good, and the decor is very new. In the morning, you can see the distant snow-capped mountains from your room. I really love the bed here; it's soft, cozy, and the largest among the three hotels I stayed at during this trip. The front desk service varies quite a bit. When I checked in, there were two male staff members who were rather indifferent. At the time, there was a Chinese tour group in the lobby, and it seemed someone was injured and needed assistance from the front desk, but they were quite unhelpful. However, the young lady I encountered when checking out was fantastic – very friendly and professional. Her name is Sevinch, and I hope everyone staying here gets to meet this kind front desk staff member.

Overall, the hotel is very nice and maintains a high standard, BUT PLEASE NOTE: We booked a Junior Suite, which was supposed to have two separate beds according to the description on trip.com, and upon arrival, we were assigned a room with one double bed (which was inconvenient, as this was a business trip, not a private getaway with my wife). If you're looking for separate beds, be careful, because even if you book one and it's shown on your confirmation, you might not get them (the hotel receptionist explained that all the rooms were booked and they didn't have any other options for us).

We stayed at this hotel for a few days as a couple and had a pleasant experience. The hotel is new, modern, and comfortable. Although it’s located a bit outside the city center (around 15 minutes by taxi, costing about 30,000 UZS), the area around it is quite charming – a newly developed park zone with music fountains, restaurants, photo spots, a water park, and canals. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was varied and enjoyable. Overall, a nice and comfortable place to stay.

First, room cleanliness: Generally okay, but the details were lacking. There was dust (visible dust flew up when opening and closing the cabinet doors), four or five short hairs on the bed, and two hairs and dust on the nightstand 😥 I considered changing rooms but was too tired to bother. Facilities: Both shower heads were difficult to use, and the drainage was also an issue. After I reported it to the front desk on the first morning, they said they would fix it, but it was still the same when I showered on the second night 😓 Breakfast: Mediocre. The selection was so limited that I thought some areas hadn't even opened yet 😢

Overall this hotel is very good👍👍one disadvantage is,for travelers without Vandex Go apps getting taxis back to the hotel is a pain🥵🥵To get help go to the store to ask the people to get a taxi , the usually are willing to help. Get a direction card from the hotel as the has Uzbek language & QR quote.

Nice hotel with good Ambiance and facilities. Special thanks to Sharofat at the reception who helped us booking a city tour and was very helpful even during her leave. It had 24x7 bar and restaurant with good food. Would strongly recommend this hotel to all kind of tourists.

The hotel was clean, quiet, and conveniently located with excellent service. The staff were very welcoming. I mentioned to the front desk that I needed to check in early and wouldn't be staying overnight, and they agreed. I'm very grateful to the front desk staff. The hotel's decor is beautiful.

We absolutely loved this hotel. It's location is great and the staff are amazing especially the front desk. There is no lift but the reception staff helped us with the bags. We paid for a more premium room but it was on level 3 so we asked to be changed to room on a lower level and it was great. The Georgian restaurant inside the hotel is amazing. The food is great and the staff were amazing. Will definitely stay there again.
