The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and city center, and offers comprehensive facilities, though the pool is rather small.

We stayed for one night and had an overall pleasant experience. The room was clean and spacious enough for two people. The bathroom was especially nice, with a large and comfortable shower area. There were a few small details missing that you might expect from a five-star hotel, such as a toothbrush, slippers, and a water kettle in the room. However, this was not a major issue for a short stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was very good with a nice variety of options. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

5* Hotel in zentraler Lage der Dinkelsbühler Altstadt. Hervorragende Integration eines komfortablen Hotels mit allen Annehmlichkeiten in ein historisches Gebäude. Sehr netter, zuvorkommender, unaufdringlicher Service. Zimmer geschmackvoll u. großzügig eingerichtet. Sehr abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbüffet mit teils heimischen, auch hausgemachten Spezialitäten. Besonders gut gelungen empfanden wir den im ausgebaute ehemaligen Dachstuhl eingerichteten SPA - Bereich und das wohltemperierte, überdachte Aussenbecken mit blick auf die Dächer der Altstadt - ein absolutes Highlight!

Two rooms, same price, request to be next to each other, different bed sizes, don't know why. Hotel service exceeded expectations, free late check-out for one hour was given very readily. Breakfast was not bad, there is parking lot, 20 euros a day, you can go in and out, from check-in, you can park until 10 o'clock the next night, it is still very convenient, especially in the city center of Nuremberg, you can check out and continue to go shopping, don't worry about the parking fee. It is very close to the must-see attractions, and you can visit the city center except Nuremberg Castle in two or three hours.

The environment is very good. You can see various attractions in Berchtesgaden from a distance. The mountain behind is the Eagle's Nest. The breakfast is also very rich, with buffet and a la carte, and the view is excellent. Even the hotel has started to use recycled slippers, saying that it is environmentally friendly and cost-saving, but overall it is good. Driving in the middle of the mountain is more flexible. If you don't drive, many taxis know this hotel. You can also ask the front desk to help call a taxi when you check out.

The environment is great, located in a small town with all low-rise buildings. Our room was on the first floor and had a balcony-like sitting area where we could see Zugspitze. We even captured photos of the 'golden mountain' at sunrise. The room decor was cozy, but I felt it lacked some conveniences. We booked a triple room, but the vanity area was the same size as a standard double, which made getting ready for three people quite time-consuming. The breakfast area was spacious with a rich variety of options. Aside from being a bit pricey, it was a good stay overall.
