Lia! by Minyoun Stars of Ulugbek

We recently stayed at this hotel and I can't help but share my impressions! From the moment we arrived we were greeted with warmth and smiles. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and professional. Not only did they check us in quickly, but they were also happy to answer all our questions, especially Dildora, who helped us choose excursions and places for dinner. Their attention to detail and willingness to help made our stay even more comfortable. The rooms at the hotel are spacious and cozy, and the views from the balcony are simply mesmerizing. We enjoyed every moment spent here. Thanks to all the staff, especially the reception team, for their impeccable service and care. You made our holiday truly special! We will definitely be back again!

NOT a good location if travel to Samarkand. It’s in the middle of nowhere. They have shuttle services(they advertise this)but they did not allow me to use it. They have free wellness treatments but they promote it like a medical service:(. Also slow check in process even if everything was prepaid. You can definitely can find nice places in the city. But it was clean and they have god breakfast

The front desk team is incredibly professional and genuinely helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them. Breakfasts are a real highlight, with a great selection and a restaurant team that speaks fluent English and Chinese, which makes the experience even smoother for international guests. And the cherry on top? Each room comes with a private balcony offering a stunning view of the nearby canal, such a peaceful spot to start or end the day. I would absolutely recommend this property for families, groups of friends, or business travelers. It’s a gem!

Very well designed new hotel. Step off your bed and a floor headlight lights up. Step on bathroom floor and it’s nicely heated. Value for money. House keeping skipped 1 day of my 5 day stay even though I turned on the please housekeep my room sign. My request to get my safe fixed (likely due to low battery) was not done. I had informed I had placed nothing in the safe and this could have been fixed when I was out at my conference. Not sure if the reception staff understood what I said in English. They were all polite respectful as I was respectful to the staff. This hotel is for attending conferences it’s far from the old town sealed off by what I presume is a parking gantry. . Not walkable to old town. No 7 elevens nearby.

Great experience will be booking

The hotel is almost new and very nice and spotless clean. The only problem is the location is far from the city center. Staff in the reception are helpful but the staff in the bar don’t care about serving guests. I had an incident in the first day I checked in and went to the bar and asked for a drink. After waiting for 10 minutes, I walked up to the counter where two employees were chatting and reminded them of my request. Another 10 minutes passed and I went again to the counter and told them to bring my drink. I was the only guest in the place and the employees weren’t busy except chatting. I was infuriated for their lack of respect and ignoring my presence. It’s only after twenty minutes I got my drink. I paid 10% service charge on top of my bill for very poor service.
