LLKKhorThe check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay.
What made our visit especially memorable was the thoughtful birthday surprise for my daughter. The hotel kindly prepared a complimentary cake and a handwritten birthday card, which made her feel very special and added a personal touch to our stay.
We also appreciated the complimentary children’s activities, such as cookie-making sessions, which kept the kids entertained and created wonderful family memories.
Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you to the team for their hospitality and for going the extra mile to make our daughter’s birthday celebration so special. We would be happy to return in the future.

JJimmy The EagleCheck in and out was easy. As it is adjoined with Paradigm Mall, it is convenient for basic necessities and food.
However vending machine in the premise only accept cash.
Grab is also easy to find the premise.
Overall very good experience.

JJuines HongCheck-in and check-out were a breeze. The room facilities are excellent; they've thought of everything you could possibly need. It truly felt like home. My only minor gripe is the lack of a designated drying area for clothes. After doing laundry, I had to find various spots (preferably under the fan) to hang things. But with the fan on full blast overnight, they dried just fine, which was good. The game room was very comfortable and a hit with the kids, though parental supervision is needed as there are some hard objects. The bed was incredibly comfy, and they provided two pillows – you could choose between soft and firm. Plus, there were plenty of smaller cushions if you couldn't decide. The room faced northeast, so it was bright and invigorating.

There was blood stain on bedsheet, and aircon one moment warm, one moment super cold … not sure what to think of it 🥲
The bed, not so comfortable to sleep on and very low level, for elderly not really good for them
Room size is small and a little squeeze for 2 persons. The bathroom lights are too dim
Breakfast wise, not so fantastic. Would recommend eat out since near by have many eatery options

The room was relatively spacious for Malaysia, and the cleanliness was good, with a very comfortable bed. It was convenient to find places to eat downstairs and nearby, and taking a taxi to the mall wasn't far either. The front desk processed check-in quickly, and their service attitude was friendly. Overall, it offers great value for money, perfect for a short stay or a weekend getaway in Johor Bahru.

GGuest UserHad a wonderful stay at R&F Princess Cove. The unit was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with a cozy atmosphere and tasteful interior design. I especially loved the warm lighting, spacious layout, and relaxing pool area with a great city view. The location was convenient, and the overall environment felt safe and peaceful. Perfect for a short getaway or staycation — would definitely come back again!

GGuest UserParking space is near to hotel and hotel do provide EV charger with fees. Breakfast is delicious with variant food served. Only one thing is about the receptionist forgot to key our car plate number for us to get free parking. We almost want to pay rm98 for the overnight parking fees.

However we started seeing cockroaches, not the huge ones but the small ones that have no boundaries where they went.
We killed about 8 of these things before I contacted the property contact person. She / He was superb with the responsiveness and sent someone over within the hour to check the place and spray insecticide.
We came as a family of four with 2 kids. So I was not keen on having pesticide sprayed in an enclosed area where we had to breathe it, but we didn’t have much of a choice.
We left for dinner and came back hoping that the issue was resolved but we found more of these roaches! As it was late. We agreed to spend a night and I asked about the possibility of a refund or even a transfer to another property. The response I got was that they have to discuss with management and as of now they had nothing available.
Needless to say the night was terrible as we found roaches at the sleeping areas too. So we were stressed and didn’t get much sleep. In the morning, there were another four of these roaches crawling. So we decided that it was enough. We booked for 3 nights but left after 1.
To be fair, the property responded promptly, however they eventually stopped responding when we asked for a refund. I also felt that refunds in such situations should be considered.
Otherwise, the property would have been a pleasant stay if you drove.

I will return to stay at Opero hotel again if I travel to JB.
