Stayed for one night, but changed room three times. Room 1. Smell really bad, like sewage. Reception said maybe just not cleaned properly. Room 2. Tv and telephone not functioning. But I think whole hotel’s telephone not working, no one ever pick up phone. Room 3. The shower blind is not functioning as it supposed not, cant adjust at all. Reception is always one man show regardless how many people queuing. They provide welcome drink but you wont see anyone at the pool bar to make the welcome drink. However the breakfast was really good 👍 So many stations. Thosai, roti canai, noodles station, bread, fruit, juicer, and alot more! Might come back for the breakfast, but definitely not for the stay 👎🏻👎🏻

The hotel is family friendly. Most importantly the hotel crew and security makes me and my wife feels safe & comfortable. I like that the hotel is near to all the favorite spots (cafes, restaurants, malls) I have planned in my itinerary. The team of hotel receptionists are polite, professional and approachable.

We had a room facing mid valley Southkey which is very near proximity to the shopping mall. Overall the service staff were hospitable and friendly. The only down side was that the aircon is not cold despite setting at 16C for the whole night. We choose to make do with it since we are staying for a night.

Third time staying at opero. Hiccups in the assigned room initially but customer service was good. Thabks for the hospitality and we love the welcome drink and flo pool..Will visit again if going to shop at midvalley southkey.
