Room was clean but water pressure was very bad. Pressure fluctuated and couldn’t get any hot water while showering… Otherwise ok. But I may stay elsewhere next time

Super hospitality, great level of details touched... like the hot chocolate to relax in the evening.. had a good sleep. Bananas are usual, but the soaked almonds were extra special. Used the fitness centre.. decently equipped it is. The breakfast was outstanding.

I like this hotel. Conveniently located, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend.

Excellent location in middle of the city, the staff at check in and breakfast is very friendly . Rooms are neat and clean. Tv did not work for over 15 hours and they had to change some box. Booked for watching cricket match but didn't happen . Breakfast spread is good. Taste is also good. Easy to get transport , taxi from hotel to anywhere. Security is good and friendly. Check in and check out was smooth. Toilet is clean. The guests from other rooms were loitering and woke me at 8am due to loud noises. Couldn't stop them as they are guest but hotel should monitor security and tell them not to make so much noise.

Its good to stay hotel. Good rooms comfortable bed and bathroom. The room equipment like tv, kettle are not great but its doesn’t matter much to me for overnight stay. Breakfast was good.

Failed to act in good faith. We attempted to book a 4 night stay in February 2026. When the webpage refreshed, we found that we being booked for one night on October 20 2025. Immediately we contacted Trip.com to advise them of the error. Trip.com immediately contacted the hotel requested cancellation so that their client can rebook for the correct dates. The hotel manager refused to act in good faith and refused to allow the cancellation and rebooking. They claimed they were under no obligation to assist us as the room rate selected was nonrefundable. Do you think we will be booking a 4 night stay with this attitude toward their customers?

One of the best hotel for business travel. Though i forgot my watch in Hotel room which i failed to recover.

The hotel is clean and well taken care of, making it a comfortable place to stay. The staff is polite, helpful, and attentive to guests' needs. The food is good, adding to the overall enjoyable experience.

Hotel staff is good. Peaceful. Location is good. All places at 30-40 mins distance. Cabs are easily available. Got a good deal and glad i made a decision to stay here.

Hotel is well maintained to keep the Mysore Palace look… staff is friendly and attend to visitor needs on priority…. Taste of food is good… play of traditional music gives touch of culture… perfect premium place for stay for Indian families and foreign visitors
