Cci.cI had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming, check-in was smooth, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and inviting. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-kept, with a very comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a long day. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a big plus. The amenities were also impressive. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of fresh and tasty options, and the location of the hotel made it convenient to explore the area. Everything felt well-organized and thoughtfully maintained. The only downside was that the heater took a long time to warm up the room. It eventually reached a comfortable temperature, but it required some patience, especially during colder nights. Overall, it was a great experience with just a small issue, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

OOtternaseConvenient location close to railway station, clean, proper breakfast, friendly staff. Otherwise rather simple, shared WC/shower, poor noise insulation. But expensive! Apparently there is a lack of competition of hotels in Gallivare and they use this situation to their advantage fully! In any other place in Sweden a place like this couldn't charge more than 2/3 of the price this place charges! For shared facilities this is definitely overpriced. But if you have to stay in Gallivare there is little to no alternative...

KKevin06twI came here from Taiwan to see the aurora. The environment here is very beautiful, and I participated in many games, including BBQ barbecue aurora, and I went to the dog sled next door to participate. I think it is very good here. I really recommend it to everyone!
