Ccircle920As the best hotel in Shenzhen, it truly lives up to expectations. Although it opened several years ago, it's incredibly well-maintained. The bedding and bath products are very thoughtfully chosen, and the welcome tea and snacks were a nice touch. The afternoon tea selection might not be huge, but it's very refined and tastes excellent. I particularly want to mention breakfast – the eggs Benedict were perfectly made, and the braised beef noodles were incredibly authentic. The fresh coconuts also met the high standards you'd expect from a luxury hotel. However, there was a small hiccup during check-in. When we arrived at our room, we found the door wide open and a man sitting on the sofa! Luckily, a staff member was passing by in the hallway. After hearing what happened, they escorted us to the lobby to clarify the situation. Leo, the lobby manager, sincerely apologized for the hotel's error, and the solution he offered was acceptable. For someone who has stayed in many ultra-luxury hotels worldwide, it's quite unacceptable for a Mandarin Oriental to make such a basic mistake. This was truly a first for me, and I hope the hotel takes this seriously!

My schedule was tight, and Grace efficiently handled my check-in, proactively informed me about the business facilities, and even helped me print some documents. Her service was professional and thoughtful. The room was quiet and suitable for work, and the cleanliness was well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel's location made getting around easy. It's an excellent choice for business travel. I'd like to specifically commend Grace!

AAnonymous UserI was extremely satisfied with my overall stay at this hotel, it definitely deserves a five-star rating. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient; it's very close to Pazhou, near Keyun Road metro station, just an 8-minute walk away, and there's a bus stop right downstairs. There are also plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, making it perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. In the evenings, you can even take a walk along the Pearl River to enjoy the river views. The room decor is tasteful and elegant, with a modern minimalist style that still feels cozy. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the cleaning was very thorough, ensuring a neat and clean environment. The breakfast spread was extensive, and the chef enthusiastically recommended dishes, which showed great care. The heated pool wasn't crowded, making for a very comfortable night swim. The hotel's location, room facilities, and hygiene standards all exceeded my expectations, offering excellent value for money. I will definitely choose to stay at the East Stanton Hotel again on my next visit to Guangzhou.

GGuest UserWe've stayed at hotels all the way from Sanya to Zhuhai, Macau, and Shenzhen, and this was our first time at a Ritz-Carlton property. Initially, I thought the service in Sanya was the best. Then we went to Macau, and it surpassed Sanya. But until we stayed at the Ritz-Carlton for our final stop, I can confidently say it was the best service we've experienced on this trip. From the moment we got out of the car until we checked in, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming. The hotel was undergoing renovations, so there was some noise, but we weren't in the room during the day as we were out exploring, so it didn't bother us. Finally, I have to give a full five-star review to Ms. Sun Jingyu from housekeeping. She noticed we had laundry and thoughtfully brought us hangers and even laundry detergent. My friend also left her makeup bag in the room, and 'Candy' from the hotel specifically called to let us know. Thank you to all these wonderful people who made our rainy trip so much warmer. Shenzhen is truly a beautiful city, and I'll definitely be back next time. Looking forward to my next visit!

During my stay, I called multiple times to inquire about dining reservations, parking, directions to attractions, and room facilities. Each time, I was greeted by a gentle and polite voice, and her responses were clear and concise. Winnie is very professional; she never brushed off complex requests. Instead, she meticulously coordinated with various departments to handle them quickly, and her response time was incredibly fast. Even with multiple repetitive inquiries, she remained exceptionally patient, and all communication was fluent and appropriate. She perfectly embodies the service standards of a Marriott five-star hotel. The hotel environment and room amenities were already excellent, but with Winnie's thoughtful and heartwarming service, my overall stay experience was significantly enhanced. This will be my top choice for business trips or holidays in Zhuhai. Thank you, Winnie, for your dedicated service!

The hotel's location is a huge plus, right next to all the Chimelong theme parks, very close to Ocean Kingdom and the Circus City. It's incredibly convenient for transportation, saving a lot of time on commuting, which is ideal for a short getaway. The hotel itself is massive, with beautiful garden landscaping, lush greenery, and vibrant flowers complemented by sea views, offering spectacular natural scenery. The overall decor is high-end and grand, with a distinct ocean theme that really sets the atmosphere. Both the lobby and guest rooms are exquisitely decorated and well-maintained, not outdated. The guest rooms are spacious and bright, with a practical layout and ample storage, so there's no crowding with luggage or while moving around. The indoor ventilation is excellent, making the air fresh and comfortable, leading to a very pleasant stay. The hotel features an Instagram-famous water park with various attractions, including a shallow area for kids and a lazy river, offering incredible fun that could easily fill half a day. The breakfast buffet has extended hours, and dishes are continuously replenished and never run out. There's a wide variety of Chinese and Western cuisine to suit all tastes. The staff provides attentive and thoughtful service, quickly responding to any requests with a gentle and patient attitude. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt calm, private, and relaxing. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and blends very naturally with the seaside surroundings, creating a quiet luxury atmosphere that immediately makes you slow down and enjoy the experience. The room was spacious, modern, spotless, and very comfortable. We especially loved our room location because it was incredibly easy to step outside anytime and enjoy the fresh ocean air, privacy, and relaxing ocean view. Sitting outside during the morning and evening became one of our favorite parts of the stay. The outdoor patio and soaking pool made the experience feel even more special and peaceful, especially at night when the atmosphere became even quieter. The room amenities were excellent, including complimentary minibar drinks, coffee machine, tea selection, bathrobes, ironing equipment, quality toiletries, and many thoughtful details that made the stay feel complete and comfortable. Everything felt carefully prepared and very well maintained. Breakfast was honestly amazing every morning and became one of the highlights of our stay. The fresh colorful fruits, delicious noodles, healthy dishes, fresh juice, and calm dining atmosphere made every morning enjoyable and relaxing instead of rushed. Even though complimentary fruits mentioned in the booking were not provided in the room, we honestly did not mind because the breakfast fruits were incredibly fresh and delicious every day. We also understand why check-in may sometimes take longer because once we entered the room, everything felt perfectly prepared, safe, clean, quiet, functional, and comfortable. We genuinely could not find anything negative during our stay. Thank you and appreciation to all the staff for their warm hospitality, professionalism, kindness, and effort in making our stay memorable, peaceful, and truly relaxing. Since I usually find it difficult to adapt to the food during my travels in China, the breakfast at this hotel was a very pleasant surprise and made my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. My friend and I were very impressed by the cleanliness, comfort, quality of service, and attention to detail. We truly felt that the staff made a genuine effort to provide guests with a memorable experience. KKZERO021This was my second stay, and this time the room type I was given was much better than the last. The room facilities are well-maintained, and the living room TV has even been updated. My only minor complaint is that I was on the 27th floor, which felt a bit low. A big thanks to the front desk lady for her excellent service; she helped me with a late check-out and even provided welcome fruits and drinks. It was a little disappointing that there was no soup available this time, I'm not sure if they've discontinued it. The executive lounge is great for a light meal to cover dinner, and the food quality there is quite good, as is the service from the lounge staff – highly recommend! Just a heads-up for future guests: there are separate elevators for high and low floors, so make sure to take the high-floor elevator to get to the lounge. I'd definitely consider staying here again if the opportunity arises.
