We had a wonderful stay at InterContinental Zhuhai. The hotel environment is beautiful and relaxing. Although it rained during most of our stay, we still had a fantastic time and thoroughly enjoyed our vacation here. One of the highlights was the infinity pool. Swimming there was incredibly comfortable and the view was amazing, creating a truly enjoyable experience. The service throughout the hotel was excellent. We would especially like to thank Miya at the front desk. She was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. Her warm hospitality made our stay even more memorable. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit such a pleasant one. We would definitely love to stay here again in the future.

Amy, Skylar, and Wendy provided excellent service; my stay was perfect. The location is great, making it easy to get around and shop. The room was spacious with a good view, and the in-room facilities were complete. The bedding was comfortable, and everything was clean. Most importantly, the front desk service was attentive, thoughtful, and very responsive. Highly recommended!

We arrived at the hotel before 1300 and the room was not ready. The lady at the counter then offered us a free upgrade and free access to the executive lounge for happy hours. Amazing. The room is a standard hotel room with a king sized bed. The TV only has 10 local channels and none of them is English channel. The bathroom is a big plus and it comes with all basic items (comb, brush, shaver, etc). It has a shower area and a bathtub area. Quite spacious for this kind of standard hotel room. We were at 19/F and the view was also great! Highly recommended!

Choosing Wyndham Grand Zhaoqing Seven Star Crags for our class reunion in Zhaoqing was absolutely the right decision! The hotel is right next to Seven Star Crags, and you can step out and walk along the Star Lake greenway – the location is superb. The lobby is grand and elegant, and the courtyard with its small bridges and flowing water creates a wonderful ambiance. Our lovely concierge, Caroline, kindly upgraded us to a lake-view room with a private hot spring tub. The room was spacious and tidy, and the private hot tub on the balcony offered direct views of Star Lake – soaking in it while enjoying the lake scenery was incredibly therapeutic. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety, with freshly ground rice noodle rolls and Cantonese dim sum aplenty. The outdoor hot springs, heated pool, sauna, and kids' club meant there was something for everyone, ensuring both adults and children had a great time. The staff were attentive and polite throughout, and the room service was meticulous and spotlessly clean. It’s a perfect one-stop vacation experience, suitable for families and leisure travelers alike. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Zhaoqing!

My stay at Hilton Zhongshan Lihe was absolutely fantastic! The hotel is right in the city center, and the floor-to-ceiling windows in the high-rise rooms offer stunning city views. The heated pool was wonderfully cool and refreshing, and I even got to watch the sunset from the 60th floor in the evening. The room was clean and comfortable, with excellent air conditioning and soft bedding. The service was thoughtful and attentive, and the breakfast spread was plentiful. It's super convenient for getting around and shopping. Staying here in Zhongshan was incredibly comfortable. A big thanks to Xia Tian for recommending the great food spots, I'm very satisfied!

We had a wonderful stay at Fraser Suites Guangzhou and honestly could not have asked for a better experience. We stayed in the one-bedroom apartment, and it was extremely complete and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, including utensils and appliances, which made the stay very convenient. Having a washing machine was also a huge plus, and we really appreciated being able to make tea and feel at home during our trip. The breakfast was excellent every morning. One of our favorite parts was the fresh juice machine where we could squeeze our own juice. The selection was very good, and the chefs and restaurant staff were always attentive, professional, and kind. The concierge team was absolutely amazing. They helped us many times with directions, locations, transportation, and even our orders. Communication was very easy because their English was excellent, which made our stay even more comfortable. A special mention to the housekeeping team, who truly made the experience exceptional. On the second day, the housekeeper noticed that I was washing clothes and kindly brought a drying rack to the room so we could hang everything properly. She even arranged the clothes for drying herself. She also left thoughtful notes whenever she was unsure about personal items — for example, one day there was a teapot on the table, and instead of removing it, she left a note saying she did not clean it because she was not sure if we were still using it. These small details showed genuine care and attention. The location was also extremely convenient. The hotel is directly connected to the mall, which made shopping and moving around very easy. There were trendy bakeries and cafés literally next to the entrance, and we loved trying them during our stay. We could also simply cross the street to reach Taikoo Hui for luxury shopping, and Grandview Mall was only a short walk away. There were plenty of convenience stores nearby and even some halal food options around the area, which made everything very comfortable and accessible for us. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and felt very welcomed throughout the entire experience. I would highly recommend Fraser Suites Guangzhou and will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Guangzhou.

Highly recommended! The front desk staff, especially Ev, provided exceptionally thoughtful service. They were polite and gentle, and even proactively offered advice on local attractions. The room was spotlessly clean, and the soundproofing was good. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. My entire experience was excellent, and the attention to detail in their service was truly heartwarming.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Stay in Chaozhou We had a fantastic stay at Crowne Plaza Chaozhou Riverside and honestly wished we could have stayed longer. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Check-in was smooth, questions were answered quickly, and throughout our stay the service remained warm and attentive without ever feeling forced. It’s the kind of hospitality that makes a hotel memorable. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and after long days exploring Chaozhou, it was the perfect place to relax and recharge. We also appreciated the thoughtful details throughout the room, including complimentary soft drinks in the minibar, bottled water, bathrobes, quality tea and coffee facilities, and plenty of storage space. The river view was another highlight. Waking up and looking out over the Han River and the city skyline was a wonderful way to start the day. The room felt peaceful, quiet, and very comfortable. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent. Everything felt well maintained and cared for, from the guest room to the common areas. What impressed us most was how the staff consistently went above and beyond to make sure guests were comfortable. Great facilities are important, but outstanding service is what truly sets a hotel apart, and this team delivered exactly that. If you’re visiting Chaozhou and looking for a comfortable hotel with excellent service, beautiful river views, and a relaxing atmosphere, I would highly recommend Crowne Plaza Chaozhou Riverside. A wonderful stay and easily one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had in Guangdong.

This stay was absolutely perfect! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt the staff's warmth and professionalism. They proactively helped with luggage and guided me through check-in, making the whole process efficient and thoughtful. The room was exquisitely furnished and spotless, with soft and skin-friendly bedding, and high-quality toiletries – every detail showed great care. The breakfast selection was rich and varied every day, with both Chinese and Western dishes available, fresh ingredients, and excellent taste, all enjoyed in a very elegant dining environment. The hotel's facilities are top-notch; the gym has comprehensive equipment, and the pool water is crystal clear. Whether for a business trip or a leisure vacation, this hotel is an excellent choice.
