Except for the small room size, everything else was great. Most of the staff were enthusiastic and polite, actively helping with luggage, and their uniforms were vibrant. The hotel is similar to those in Chongqing, with the lobby on the 6th floor and guest rooms on floors 3-5. The guest room area has access to an underground parking lot. Rooms have balconies facing the sea, the pool, and the yacht area. Each room is equipped with a dehumidifier, and there's a drying rack on the balcony. The hotel features a recreation center, a children's activity area, a paid mini-train (that runs along the coast), rubber boats, and a variety of sea activities that can be booked for a fee, such as sea fishing trips. Breakfast was also good, with a wide selection. Overall, I was satisfied and will definitely stay here again.

Mandarin Oriental Shenzhen truly lives up to its reputation as a service supreme hotel. Not only is it the highest Mandarin Oriental in Shenzhen, but the service throughout my stay was impeccable. I was thrilled to find out on this business trip that I was staying at the same hotel as my idol, Mr. Andy Lau! Enjoying breakfast on the soaring 78th floor felt like being in a fairyland. The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating, and the turndown service was as thoughtful as ever. Room service was very responsive. The welcome fruit was fresh and seasonal, and knowing my child enjoyed it, they sent another portion early the next morning. The family-friendly setup was warm and appropriate, and the kids' activities were a lot of fun. Finally, the checkout staff were very polite, escorted me all the way downstairs, and had a record of all my previous requests. I'm sorry I didn't catch their name, but I want to give them a big thumbs up here! It truly is my favorite hotel. While there are many luxury hotels, I particularly adore this one with its oriental charm. Mandarin Oriental will always be my first choice from now on! My only regret this time was that due to limited availability, I couldn't get an upgrade, and also, the welcome music was no longer ”Kangding Love Song.”

Having chatted with a manager during afternoon tea at the Mandarin Oriental Shenzhen, who thoroughly explained their operating philosophy to me, I chose the Mandarin Oriental for my Guangzhou trip this time to experience it firsthand. Although it's an older five-star hotel, the service here is truly impressive. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, the staff greeted us with professional attitudes and warm smiles, impeccably dressed, showcasing the brand's elegance in every detail. Room service was even more exquisite and attentive; the bedding was comfortable, amenities complete, and cleaning meticulous, with even the corners spotless. Whether it was guiding us through check-in or responding to daily requests, their high level of professionalism was evident. The overall experience was comfortable and reassuring; it's a hotel that truly excels in service, highly recommended. 1) Despite being in a bustling area, it's exceptionally quiet, perfect for introverts. 2) Getting around is incredibly convenient. This was the only time I've ever traveled entirely by subway without feeling any inconvenience. 3) Taikoo, where the hotel is located, along with nearby Central Plaza and Zhengjia Plaza, can satisfy all kinds of shopping needs. 4) The hotel's shower water pressure is excellent, and the bathtub is comfortable.

I highly recommend the JW Marriott Hotel Shenzhen Bao'an. This established five-star hotel in the Futian CBD boasts an excellent location, just a short walk from Chegongmiao Metro Station, making it incredibly convenient for reaching the Convention and Exhibition Center and Futian Port. The guest rooms are spacious, meticulously clean throughout, and feature separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom. The mattress is comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the staff were polite and professional, responding to requests promptly. The breakfast offers a wide variety of both Chinese and Western options, with consistent quality. The afternoon tea and happy hour at the executive lounge are high-quality, with a full selection of food and drinks. The hotel also has a 24-hour gym and an outdoor swimming pool, with facilities well-maintained. Although the hotel has been open for a while, it's very well-preserved, and the service consistently meets JW Marriott standards. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Shenzhen.

I originally booked a standard king room, but the hotel front desk gave me a free upgrade to a business king room, which really enhanced my stay. The room was clean and tidy, and the furniture and decor created a nice ambiance. The bedding was comfortable. The bathroom was large and bright, with a wet and dry separation, and the shower drained very well. Upon check-in, I also received a complimentary fruit platter, which was a thoughtful touch. The mini-bar items were also complimentary, showcasing excellent service. The gym on the seventh floor had a great atmosphere, with new and well-equipped machines. The pool was also clean and hygienic, making for a pleasant experience. Breakfast offered both Chinese and Western options, with a rich variety of dishes that were replenished promptly, and the food tasted good. Both check-in and check-out processes were quick. Overall, the experience was excellent, the price was reasonable, and it's definitely worth recommending.

This stay was exceptionally good! The location is excellent, making travel very convenient. The room was newly renovated, and the staff were all very welcoming, creating a great living experience. I especially want to thank Erick Lu, Mandy Li, and Cindy Long from the Executive Lounge for their attentive hospitality. The concierge also provided excellent assistance. The hotel is well-staffed, so even with a high volume of guests, they managed to serve everyone well, and service responses were very prompt. Overall, the service was meticulous and thoughtful, and the environment was comfortable and relaxing. I had a truly pleasant stay and sincerely appreciate everyone's dedication. I look forward to my next visit!

This Marriott offers excellent value for money. The bathroom is spacious with good facilities, including a full set of Kohler fixtures and a stone bench for a great shower/bath experience. Besides the desk, there's also a sofa table in the room, which is perfect for families, allowing two people to have their own workspace. Check-in at the front desk was smooth, and they reserved adjacent rooms on the same floor for us. The large parking lot is close to the hotel's main entrance, offers free parking, and easy access. The swimming pool is open from early morning until 9 PM, with a depth ranging from 1 to 1.5 meters and a length of 20-25 meters. Outside, there's a jacuzzi, and inside the changing rooms, there's a hot tub. With five elevators, waiting times are minimal. It's just a few minutes' drive from the Zhuhai Grand Theater (Sun & Moon Shell), and nearby there's the Balcony shopping complex and Jingshan Cable Car. The beach is within walking distance. I'll definitely stay here again.

We brought our child to Chimelong and chose the Hengqin Bay Hotel. After our stay, we felt it was very suitable for families with children. When traveling with kids, you usually have a lot of luggage, so it was incredibly practical to be able to drop off our bags directly upon arrival without having to wait until after check-in to head to the park. The staff proactively informed us about the opening hours of the water park and the shuttle pier, saving us from wasted trips. The room was clean, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water came out quickly. After a full day of playing, soaking in the bathtub was relaxing for both kids and adults. Children's toiletries were provided in the room, showing great attention to detail. The hotel isn't just for sleeping; it has plenty of activities for children right inside. You don't have to queue up at the theme park; you can watch dolphins right at the hotel. There's an outdoor platform and an indoor underwater glass viewing area, allowing close-up views of dolphins swimming back and forth – our child was completely engrossed. The flamingos in the gardens were right by the walkway. After dinner, we took a leisurely stroll, enjoying the animals as we walked, which was very relaxing. The water park was our child's favorite part. The indoor heated area meant we didn't have to worry about rain or cold, and the outdoor lazy river and splash pools offered a lot of fun. There were enough lockers and showers in the water play area, and safety officers were constantly on duty by the water, which gave parents a bit more peace of mind.

Had a wonderful two-night, three-day stay at the hotel. First, I was lucky enough to get a room upgrade, and our butler, Sini, was very thoughtful, providing ample warm reminders and responding super quickly. Other staff members we encountered also responded and resolved issues very promptly. The overall feeling the hotel gave was attentive and professional. The hotel isn't new, but it's well-maintained and nicely laid out. I heard it was fully booked one of the nights, but aside from the buffet breakfast being a bit crowded, it never felt overly busy. The hotel has a great resort vibe. It's a shame that with kids, there were many beautiful spots where we couldn't take good photos. Buffet Breakfast: Rich and fresh. Freshly squeezed juices, Cantonese-style freshly made rice noodle rolls, Cantonese congee, chicken feet, Southeast Asian curry rice noodles, etc. You can even mix your own fresh fruit juices. Buffet Dinner: Included in the Trip.com package. The drinks selection was extensive, with several beers, white and red wines, and even the option to mix your own cocktails. There were several types of shrimp and crab, not just one, plus grilled mini lobsters, oysters, scallops, abalone, and lamb racks. Everything I wanted was there, very satisfying. A commendable point is how quickly food was replenished; we rarely had to wait. The beach is clean and exclusive to the hotel, so it's not crowded. Besides the main pool, there's also a swim-up lane connected to the rooms, which was a joy for kids who love water. Over the three days, we switched between the beach and pool constantly, and my child didn't want to leave. If we come for a family holiday again, we'll definitely return here.

Hands down the best hotel I’ve booked on my entire business trip so far. If you’re travelling for work and flying in or out of Guangzhou Baiyun, this place is unbeatable — it’s minutes from the airport (near the T3 terminal) and just a short walk from Renhe Station on Metro Line 3 (Exit C1), so getting anywhere in the city is effortless. The location keeps getting better. It’s walking distance to Huatong Plaza and the Huatongli commercial street, with plenty of food options right there including KFC, McDonald’s and Starbucks — so you’re never stuck for a meal or a coffee after a long day. The room itself was beautifully decorated and genuinely comfortable. Best of all, it had English TV channels — this was the only hotel on my whole trip where I could actually sit down and watch something I understood, which meant a lot after busy days of meetings and sourcing. But what really sealed the deal was the service. They held my luggage, helped me manage my orders, and the airport pick-up and drop-off made the whole stay stress-free. On top of that you get a pool, sauna and breakfast included. Honestly, my only regret is that I didn’t book this hotel for the entire trip. I’ll be back next time I’m in Guangzhou — highly recommended for business travellers.
