Very close to the airport, which is great for early morning flights. I've stayed here multiple times, it offers good value for money. They have a shuttle service that runs every half hour. I'll definitely stay here again next time I have an early flight.

Really nice price for being right next to the airport. We had a very early flight so stayed one night here. The pool was fun. The room was nice. There is a Familymart on site which helps. The shuttle bus is great and starts early at 6am (perfect for out 8am flight). Also we used the coin laundry to wash and dry clothes and that was also easy to use and a good price! The hotel is very near to Narita AirPort and the hotel provides free shuttle to the airport. Free parking if you are driving. There’s a public hot spring next to the hotel where hotel guests can enjoy complimentary entrance but only from 1300 to 2100. Room is super spacious but facilities felt old. Good enough for a short stay especially if you need to catch early flight from Narita. There’s also a small 7-11 convenient store at the hotel lobby.

The hotel is an older building but remains very clean and well-kept. I was lucky enough to get a room facing the trees, which was very relaxing. The front desk team is fantastic, fluent in English. A special thank you to Chen at the front desk for the warm welcome and amazing help!Guests get free access to a 24-hour gym, and they also have a highly convenient self-service coin laundry, though the laundry room itself was a bit dirty/messy The free shuttle bus to the airport, train station, and town is a massive convenience. The only downside is the bed, which is quite old and could use an update. Highly recommend for the value!

We stayed at Narita Art Hotel with our family on June 30 before our flight to Sri Lanka from Narita Airport. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for our family. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The hotel was peaceful, and we had a great night’s sleep before our journey. Its convenient location near Narita Airport made our travel stress-free. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay before or after a flight.

We had an excellent stay at this airport hotel. Its location is incredibly convenient, just minutes from the airport, making it perfect for travelers with early flights or late arrivals. The complimentary shuttle service was a huge bonus, not only to and from the airport but also to nearby attractions, making it easy to explore the area without worrying about transportation. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, with a wide variety of delicious choices and fresh ingredients. It was one of the best hotel breakfasts we've had during our trip. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was smooth and comfortable. We absolutely loved the convenience, great service, and excellent amenities. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay near the airport.

Great hotel which provided a spacious and clean room, plus had a good breakfast buffet spread. The lobby was really cute too, with a designated play area for kids. Only caveat is the shuttle bus for Disneyland - the return shuttle is situated in a carpark which was really difficult to find after leaving Disneyland. It was not in the main bus terminal where the major hotels’ shuttle buses were parked at. Maybe the staff did mention it during the ride to Disneyland but in Japanese? We took a really long time before we could find it.

Spacious rooms and a reliable, free airport shuttle. The shuttle is also a great budget option if you want to visit the city, as you can easily catch the train directly from the airport terminal. The view was also nice from my room. Recommended.

I believe this is a historic hotel, but the interior was new, clean, and well-maintained. The private in-room hot spring bath was absolutely fantastic; I just couldn't resist using it multiple times. The beautiful coastal view from the bathroom was also a major plus. The staff were all very polite and friendly. I'd love to visit again someday.

I had a great overall experience staying at the Park Royal Hotel Maihama Resort Tokyo Bay for my Disney trip. (I initially considered the Hilton, but decided against it when rooms became available later, as three nights would have cost over 500 more in taxes, so I settled on this one.) The hotel is relatively new, so the facilities are clean and modern, and the pricing is reasonable. The triple room I booked was comfortable, and one of the beds was convenient for organizing my belongings. The lobby features a charming wooden decor, creating an elegant and pleasant atmosphere. The hotel provides an exclusive shuttle bus service to and from Maihama Station and both Disney parks, making it easy to get to and from the theme parks. However, it's worth noting that this hotel is not an official Disney partner hotel, so the shuttle convenience isn't on par with the Hilton. The shuttle drop-off point isn't in the core park area, and if the shuttle is full and you can't board, you'll have to take a taxi back. The triple room was spacious and included a microwave, which was very useful for heating food. The front desk staff were friendly and the luggage storage process was smooth. The only drawback is that the hotel doesn't offer bellhop service to deliver luggage to your room after check-in, a convenience many other hotels provide. There's a large Lawson convenience store on the first floor of the hotel, which is super convenient for grabbing snacks and daily necessities at night. The shuttle bus has operational gaps, so sometimes I had to take a taxi to and from Maihama Station. The shuttle route goes to Disney Land first, then Disney Sea. On several occasions when returning from the parks, I couldn't easily find the pickup point and had to take a taxi back. If I stay here again, I'll need to meticulously check the shuttle schedule and stop locations in advance to plan my transportation. As an added bonus, I requested a room near the elevator, on a high floor, with a view of DisneySea, and the hotel was able to accommodate my request perfectly.
