Guest UserThe bed was large and the room spacious, with bright bedroom lighting, unlike some hotels where you're stuck with just a desk lamp. The furniture and bathroom fixtures are a bit dated, and that fridge definitely shows its age. However, it's super convenient for catching the bus, and there's a well-stocked convenience store, Matsumoto Kiyoshi, and souvenir shops nearby. Perfect for those with early flights. The main draw is definitely the great value for money! And Tokyo in summer is so much more comfortable than Hangzhou...

LohMKNo need to reserve hotel shuttle is a relief, especially if arriving at airport and unable to clear Immigration on time as in our case. The timings of the shuttle is displayed at the board at Bus Stop 16 where most hotel shuttles pickup ate there.
The highlight for our stay is the Yurajuko hot spring resort or complex next to the hotel from which we were given complimentary Pass to the hot spring. All shoes, footwares must be put away in the lockers outside before going into the front desk to register entry. to collect a special wrist band for payment later at the front desk after eating in the restaurant or foodcourt inside (which turned out to be satisfying in terms of quality and price).
There might also be entertainment on the stage; eg a Hawaiian theme dance segments were performed during our time there.
The room was ok. Only one issue is we didn't know how to turn on the Aircon. Later, we found 2 switches at the bedside table for switching on and off the Aircon. But that night, we decided not to use the Aircon at all but simply open the window which is netted to prevent insects from entering. The cool air during the day and the cold air at night is fresh enough for sleeping comfortably. Since it's May and the weather was good that day!

Guest UserI was traveling solo and chose this hotel because it offered airport shuttle service, but it definitely exceeded my expectations. As a Chinese traveler, I found the room facilities to be very comprehensive, and the price was incredibly reasonable. The shuttle buses to the airport, JR station, and Aeon Mall were all excellent. The drivers were very friendly; if you asked them anything while they were parked, they would answer patiently. If you're only staying one night, you could go to the JR station on the first day, as there are many fun and delicious places there. On the second morning, you could go to Aeon Mall, then return to pick up your luggage and head to your new hotel. You'd arrive around 3 PM, just in time to check in, haha. This bus seems to be a loop, which is very convenient. If I come to Japan again, I would definitely choose this place.

GtZnWe stayed at Narita Art Hotel with our family on June 30 before our flight to Sri Lanka from Narita Airport. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for our family. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The hotel was peaceful, and we had a great night’s sleep before our journey. Its convenient location near Narita Airport made our travel stress-free. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay before or after a flight.

stanleycaiThe hotel shuttle is located at parking space #16 in the south wing of T1, on the inner loop. I've included the shuttle schedule for everyone. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the nearby Aeon mall. It's a large, older hotel, but well-maintained. It's less than a 15-minute drive from the airport, and all the services are excellent and very welcoming. We were able to store our four suitcases for two days for free, which was fantastic! There's a Sukiya just a 4-5 minute walk downstairs from the hotel, where you can eat very cheaply. I think it's open 24 hours. It's very quiet at night, and while the room isn't huge, it's quite comfortable.

Guest UserThis hotel is conveniently located near Disneyland, and the front desk provides shuttle information upon check-in. It takes about 25 minutes to get to Disneyland, making it pretty good value for money. The surrounding area has many other hotels and a large park with slides, perfect for kids to burn off energy. You can take a direct bus from Narita Airport to the hotel; just get off at the Hyatt, and it's right next door. The bus ride is about 1.5 hours, which is much more cost-effective than a taxi. There's also a bus stop nearby with direct routes to Tokyo Station, or you can take the shuttle to Disneyland and then connect to the subway. Definitely get a Suica card and exchange some coins at the front desk for convenience.
Breakfast: My kids loved it! There's a good variety, and they even give kids coins to get candy from a gumball machine. There are also restaurants nearby, but they're about a 10-minute walk away. Plus, there's a Lawson convenience store downstairs, which is super handy for buying things.
Room: The room is quite spacious, with two large beds that can comfortably sleep 3-4 people.

Dany_dxbSpacious rooms and a reliable, free airport shuttle. The shuttle is also a great budget option if you want to visit the city, as you can easily catch the train directly from the airport terminal. The view was also nice from my room. Recommended.

peemicaI went there to relax and unwind from work! The massage within the hotel was excellent, with skilled therapists. Even though I had a breakfast-included plan, the buffet had a wide variety of delicious options. My room was oceanfront, and the interior seemed to have been recently renovated, as the facilities felt modern and stylish, making it very comfortable. The futon and pillows were incredibly comfortable for sleeping. Being able to watch Netflix and YouTube also made my solo trip feel complete. Although I couldn't use the private open-air bath because it was full, the public large bath also had an open-air section, and it was great that there were different types of hot springs in different areas! Overall, I was extremely satisfied and would love to come back again. Next time, I'd like to try a dinner-included plan and also use the lounge.

AliceteThis hotel is new and conveniently located near the sea. The self-check-in process was very smooth, and I used the luggage delivery service upon check-out, which made traveling with kids much easier. There's also a self-service luggage storage room available.
It's very close to DisneySea, and you can even see the Tower of Terror. There are shuttle buses that take you to both Disney parks and Maihama Station (where you can catch the Disney Resort Line).
Each floor has self-service amenities like toiletries, an ice machine, a water dispenser, and ironing facilities, plus baby toilet seats.
There's a self-service laundry room, but it gets very crowded on weekend evenings, and the availability status on the in-room TV is often delayed and inaccurate.
The ground floor common area has a reading nook, perfect for working, and building blocks for kids to play with. There's also a Lawson convenience store on the first floor with a good selection of items, which is very handy.
