4-Star Hotels in Chiba Prefecture, Japan

I was only there for the night, but hotel was clean and seems to be a great location. Since I booked through trip.com hotel should always ask for a credit to be on file for ease of charges. There was a misunderstanding when I used the breakfast buffet thinking this would be billed to my room.

Upon checking in and turning on my phone's WiFi, I was surprised to find it automatically connected. It turns out the Royal Park Hotel has so many branches in Japan! I'd actually stayed at their Nara and Nagoya locations before, but this one is clearly brand new this year. The facilities are all sparkling new, but there was a slight 'new renovation' smell in the room, and the windows couldn't be opened, which was a real downside. It would have been much better if there was some ventilation. The hotel's transportation isn't the most convenient. While there are shuttle buses to Maihama Station, DisneySea, and Disneyland, they aren't very frequent. I ended up walking back from Disneyland twice. It's okay if you're only going to Disney, but if you plan to visit other places in between, you'll definitely need to reconsider. For a hotel of this size, the laundry room is quite small. Almost every evening, there was a queue for washing machines. The Japanese are incredibly polite; everyone waited quietly in line, and no one would try to jump ahead until you had finished taking out your clothes. It was a pleasant experience. However, the hotel staff's service was absolutely top-notch. From the front desk to the lobby, there were at least a dozen staff members, many of them charming and enthusiastic young women. There's a Lawson convenience store on the first floor with a good selection of items. Oddly, though, lately they've only been selling fried chicken cutlet rice, with no beef bowls available. If you're buying things after returning from Disney in the evening, you might have to queue. The hotel's parking lot is massive, suggesting that quite a few Japanese travelers stay here, especially on weekends. There were also many high school students on study trips, which felt quite joyful. I chatted with them briefly, and they seemed a bit oblivious to how good they had it. I didn't take photos of the beds, but from what others have posted, you can tell the hotel's layout is very well-designed. The four beds are positioned in each corner, unlike the Oriental Hotel I stayed at before where the four beds were crammed together, which felt very strange. This is probably the biggest plus point for this hotel!

It is given a free service shuttle bus from Narita train station to Hotel , AEON Mall and airport. Good service and on time . I Like the Onsen in the Hotel, need paid. . But the hotel is a bit Old. The hotel staff is an Indian girl ( in the photo) her service is very good and very patient , luckily she knows English 👏 The hotel does not provide drinking water.

It was a stress-free experience having booked at Narita Gateway Hotel. Its free shuttle bus ride going to Narita Station, Aeon Mall is commendable. It enabled us to save money on taxi fare and the saved money for transport was used to buy some souvenirs. Our stay at said hotel was made more pleasant by two staff at the hotel reception, one guy named Pun Sharti (to me, he was very approachable and attends to hotel guests with warmth and smile, too bad, we didn't see him when we checked out) and a female staff who likewise has a pleasant countenance but whose name we weren't able to get. Booking costs are cheaper than the others.

Let's start with the positives: The window view is beautiful; breakfast is plentiful; great value for money; and the shuttle service is quite good. Now for the negatives: The shuttle bus frequency is quite long; and they don't provide small, individual toiletries.

Had 3 nights stay here with my wife and 3 year old son. The hotel has a beautiful view of the ocean and the waves are so mesmerising and therapeutic. We went during spring time - Sakura season and the temperature was about 9-17 degrees. But the room air conditioning is pretty good. It regulated the heat we required. The staff here are very hospitable, helpful and kind. Makes the whole stay even more memorable. On the second day, We opt for no cleaning of the room as we worry the room will be rearranged to the original state and we will have to rearrange the room to our usage pattern. And the staff were kind enough to send us a bag of new towels, toiletries and yukata etc. on the third day we requested for housekeeping, the room was cleaned up without messing our arrangements of the room. Good detail of the housekeeping team. I love the public and private bath. Especially the outdoor public bath. It’s an absolute must go with the ocean view. The only point for improvement I have for this hotel is the dinner buffet. The quality and spread has room for improvement. We had also tried the Mirai restaurant for a more intimate dinner setting. Mirai was good. Good for the new guest to know that this hotel had also hosted the emperor of Japan. And their onsen were listed as the winner for kamogawa area in the National onsen ranking.

This is an established star-rated hotel. Although a bit old, it's still maintained at a very high standard. The breakfast is extensive and offers a great variety. The shuttle bus to the airport and JR station is very convenient. It's an excellent choice if you're flying out the next day. For airport T2 shuttle, you can find it at pillar 26.

Good location. Location: Superb, just minutes away from the airport. Convenience: There is a FamilyMart located inside the hotel, which is a life-saver! Transport: Excellent free shuttle bus service to and from the airport. Overall: Stress-free experience and great value for money.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay here. We spent two nights at this hotel while visiting Disneyland with our two children. We booked a quad room for two adults and two children, which was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel offers a dedicated shuttle service to Disneyland right from its entrance. Especially on hot days, I felt this was much better than staying at a Disneyland hotel, as it minimized walking and made our experience much more relaxing. Breakfast was also excellent, and our children absolutely loved it. The hotel is about 800 meters from the metro station. Right by the metro exit, there's a shopping complex with a food court that reminds me of a traditional Chinese snack street. It offers a wide variety of snacks that are inexpensive but very delicious.

The location as convenience and service as excellent even we are landing in the earlier morning ; they provide flexible check in and also staff as friendly and helpful. Restaurant for breakfast buffet as great as with different varieties of choice and hotel provide shuttle bus to inside city - Aeon mall one of the big shopping area within Narita . Also during the leaving staff as helpful for move on our luggages into bus and when we off the driver of the shuttle bus to airport also helpful to move down and put on the torey as well . Highly recommend this hotel and thank you for all !
