This hotel, part of the Royal Park group, just opened this year. The lobby and rooms clearly show a well-thought-out concept, and the atmosphere, designed with Tokyo Disney Resort visitors in mind, is fantastic. I generally enjoyed my stay as expected, but I'd like to share a few points for future improvement.
(1) Shuttle bus to the park and Maihama Station:
The bus was far more crowded than I anticipated. With limited capacity and infrequent service (only 2-3 buses per hour), missing one means waiting about 30 minutes for the next. This would be miserable on a rainy day after leaving the park. I understand it would increase costs, but since the hotel is so close to both the park and Maihama Station, abolishing the timetable and having a continuous loop, similar to airport terminal shuttles, would significantly improve the experience.
(2) Breakfast restaurant COMPASS on the 2nd floor:
I was really looking forward to this, as it received high praise online and from YouTubers, but my overall impression was just 'okay'. Again, I know it would cost more, but in addition to the delicious hamburgers, the kitchen really needs a classic egg station. The coffee quality was a bit disappointing, tasting somewhat instant. I'm not asking for Southeast Asian standards, but the variety of fruits was far too limited. On the soft skills side, I noticed a stark difference in hospitality between the experienced Japanese staff and the foreign staff, who seemed to have limited work experience. The latter showed no smiles, were unfriendly, and didn't seem to actively support guests, appearing to be solely focused on their main task of clearing finished dishes. Please train them in the basics of customer service to develop them into top-tier hotel professionals. Working with such a lack of enthusiasm, even worse than a student part-timer, negatively impacts the entire restaurant's atmosphere. Of course, there are many wonderful staff, especially among the female employees, and I hope the newer staff can learn from these excellent role models.
Despite my harsh feedback, the breads, dim sum, and miniature chirashi bowls were all very delicious.
The location is great as it is next to train station and the shopping outlet. The parking experience is terrible. The receptionist has trouble in English explaining the parking cost 4000yen a night. She also didn't tell me the car must also checkout at 11:00am the next day. I got charged again when I pick up my car at 12pm. The room was okay. However, there are insects/bugs in bed. I got bites a couple of times during my sleep. There is also a very annoying robot in the Reception lobby that get in the way when we are busy moving our luggage. There is no concierge or bell boy to help with luggage. Overall staff are friendly, but the overall system of staff management and training and the over service to provide may need some rethinking.
Great location for early flight , this hotel is Near to Narita AirPort , cant provide parking space with payment . Easy for tourist who Rent cal at Japan and have a early flight back to next Destination . Hotel also have onsen with charges . Is a Great place to stay .
This was my first hotel in Tokyo, about an hour from Narita Airport by bus, which cost around 60 RMB. We got off right at the hotel entrance. The male staff at the front desk had a very stiff service attitude. For breakfast, there weren't many options, but it was clean, which was a plus. Across from the hotel is an outlet mall, which is worth a visit. About 2 kilometers away, there's an Aeon supermarket, and a bit further is an Aeon shopping mall, which is incredibly huge! However, I don't think it's very suitable for tourists. There's a subway station about 500 meters away. Overall, the transportation is quite good.
We had an excellent stay at this airport hotel. Its location is incredibly convenient, just minutes from the airport, making it perfect for travelers with early flights or late arrivals. The complimentary shuttle service was a huge bonus, not only to and from the airport but also to nearby attractions, making it easy to explore the area without worrying about transportation.
The breakfast exceeded our expectations, with a wide variety of delicious choices and fresh ingredients. It was one of the best hotel breakfasts we've had during our trip. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was smooth and comfortable.
We absolutely loved the convenience, great service, and excellent amenities. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay near the airport.

We stayed here the night before our Disney trip. The location was absolutely unbeatable! We arrived at the hotel within seconds of exiting the station. Getting up early for park opening was a breeze with such close proximity.
I was also impressed by the amenities – 'Are all these really free?' I wondered. The items for foot fatigue relief were a true lifesaver! I was most concerned about the train noise, but it wasn't an issue at all. I completely forgot we were under an elevated track; I barely even heard people talking. It might even be quieter than other hotels.
The room itself is compact, so if you have two large suitcases, you might find it a bit tight to open them up. I'd recommend bringing duffel bags instead. However, the spacious bathroom and large refrigerator were definite pluses! Having a humidifier was also a great bonus. I would love to stay here again!
I stayed at Hotel Francs during JpGU 2026, and it was a very convenient experience. The location near Makuhari Messe was perfect for attending the conference, and it was easy to access the venue every day. The staff were very kind and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. I also enjoyed the nice view from the room, which made the stay even more relaxing. I would recommend this hotel to visitors attending events or conferences in Makuhari.
Decided to attend Tokyo Comic Con last minute and booked this hotel. Hotel prices always skyrocket when there's an event in Makuhari, so there's not much you can do about that. The hotel itself is quite old, the lobby is grand, but the front desk area is small and the service attitude wasn't great. The room size was moderate and it even had a balcony, which is quite rare. Unfortunately, it faced the parking lot, so there was no view. The facilities were a bit dated, and the bedding was very uncomfortable. The floor had new laminate, which was nice, but the downside was the noise. The hotel breakfast area was pleasant and the variety was quite good, but the taste was just average.
Everything was good but the fact that the restaurant on site was closing when they wanted. Refused to serve us dinner because they had some resort people having dinner. Closed one hour early another night. Otherwise the hotel and location it is very good. If you don’t have coins can’t use laundry. And they don’t speak much English so they don’t help. But overall good hotel. Many restaurants around. Rooms small. It clean. Will stay again

GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located near the airport and offers a shuttle service to and from Narita Airport. We booked a triple room, which was relatively spacious. There's a Matsumoto Kiyoshi drug store and a convenience store located below the hotel.
AAnonymous UserHotel is not much far from the Narita airport (NRT) and train station. Even not accessible to NRT and train station by walk, the hotel provides free shuttle bus between the hotel <-> NRT and hotel <-> train station and Aeon Mall at specific time.
Breakfast buffet is excluded but it's worth to try at least once. If not, there is a convenient store ”Family Mart” at the hotel which makes things easier. Breakfast is mainly Japanese food but also international food, its restaurant is big and has garden view.
Our luggage can be stored at the hotel when we check-out for a night and get back to the hotel the night after.
Room is quite spacious compared to the price and other Japanese hotels in the city. The room (Standard Triple Room) can fit and still has some space even there are 3 beds inside the room.
Hotel has 3 parking spots with various fare around the hotel and the hotel will subsidize some of it.
KKenThoThe hotel is very near to Narita AirPort and the hotel provides free shuttle to the airport. Free parking if you are driving. There’s a public hot spring next to the hotel where hotel guests can enjoy complimentary entrance but only from 1300 to 2100. Room is super spacious but facilities felt old. Good enough for a short stay especially if you need to catch early flight from Narita.
There’s also a small 7-11 convenient store at the hotel lobby.
GGuest UserI was traveling solo and chose this hotel because it offered airport shuttle service, but it definitely exceeded my expectations. As a Chinese traveler, I found the room facilities to be very comprehensive, and the price was incredibly reasonable. The shuttle buses to the airport, JR station, and Aeon Mall were all excellent. The drivers were very friendly; if you asked them anything while they were parked, they would answer patiently. If you're only staying one night, you could go to the JR station on the first day, as there are many fun and delicious places there. On the second morning, you could go to Aeon Mall, then return to pick up your luggage and head to your new hotel. You'd arrive around 3 PM, just in time to check in, haha. This bus seems to be a loop, which is very convenient. If I come to Japan again, I would definitely choose this place.

GGuest UserWe enjoyed our stay very much here. The room is spacious and there is a Lawson right inside the hotel. There is not much within the surrounding but the hotel is accessible by bus no. 3 / 23 at Shin-Urayasu Station. The hotel offers coach bus to and from The Disneyland & DisneySea, which is convenient. The bus ride is around 25 minutes. The staff are all very friendly and professional. We would consider staying here next time!
NNRosley~Cleanliness is impeccable. Great for a night/layover
Twice i used this hotel if I'm doing any domestic flights in between Japan. As it's has free airport shuttle for hotel guests.
It does have scheduled timing to AEON shopping mall of your flight arrives in the morning it's good to catch the bus. Else just make do with the convenience store at the hotel lobby. (Got my sandwich/sushi/drinks from the store, closes at 2am of not mistaken)
Huge hotel, large capacity but a very well maintained one through years.
Amazing, if you ever fly into Narita airport i highly recommend to try & immerse yourself into this old classic building.
Worth the value for a night or two for a gd comfy rest.
** I bought the japan 🍈 from Kamata Tokyo and had carried it all the way via train into Narita..I wish to eat it before i leave for my flight following afternoon.. had asked reception staff to borrow a table knife so i could cut the melon unfortunately for safety reason they doesn't permit of such, hence i cut it into half with a wooden chopsticks and scoop the flesh off 🥄**
Ooshiiii 😋
Happy a precious, pretty looking melon didn't go to waste :D
QQYShengHad 3 nights stay here with my wife and 3 year old son. The hotel has a beautiful view of the ocean and the waves are so mesmerising and therapeutic.
We went during spring time - Sakura season and the temperature was about 9-17 degrees. But the room air conditioning is pretty good. It regulated the heat we required.
The staff here are very hospitable, helpful and kind. Makes the whole stay even more memorable. On the second day, We opt for no cleaning of the room as we worry the room will be rearranged to the original state and we will have to rearrange the room to our usage pattern. And the staff were kind enough to send us a bag of new towels, toiletries and yukata etc.
on the third day we requested for housekeeping, the room was cleaned up without messing our arrangements of the room. Good detail of the housekeeping team.
I love the public and private bath. Especially the outdoor public bath. It’s an absolute must go with the ocean view.
The only point for improvement I have for this hotel is the dinner buffet. The quality and spread has room for improvement. We had also tried the Mirai restaurant for a more intimate dinner setting. Mirai was good.
Good for the new guest to know that this hotel had also hosted the emperor of Japan. And their onsen were listed as the winner for kamogawa area in the National onsen ranking.
