The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the city's central square. The room was also very spacious and clean.
However, the staff barely spoke any English, so we had to communicate using a translator.
When we arrived at the hotel, we couldn't find the reception (it turns out this building is a regular residential apartment, and the actual hotel is in another building, where the reception is also located). There was contact information on the wall, so I called the number, but communication was difficult due to the language barrier, and they didn't seem to have any record of my reservation. After repeatedly spelling out my name and using simple words for quite some time, I was finally connected to someone who seemed to be a manager, and only then could I check in.
Free parking is available, but it's about a block away from the building, so it's advisable to check the location beforehand. Unaware of this, I briefly parked at the building entrance to check in. Because the road in front of the building is one-way, it took me over 10 minutes to navigate the complex one-way streets of the city before I could finally get to the parking lot.
Despite several inconveniences, the very affordable room rate is a definite plus.
