3-Star Hotels in Southern, Zambia

This hotel is located in the center of Livingstone, across the road is a large supermarket Sprit, and there are some restaurants and shops around, which is very convenient. The hotel room is small, but very clean, the wifi signal is well covered, the garden lawn inside is very well maintained, I like it very much. It was 8 o'clock in the evening when we arrived at the hotel. The hotel staff was very kind and upgraded our room. Thank you very much! This is a good hotel worth recommending.

The staff was very enthusiastic and helped me buy a calling card and told me where the station was. The room is big and the food provided is also very good. I only booked for one night and stayed one more night

The location is fantastic, and the views over the river make it a great place to dine or have a drink. This is not a luxury resort but some of the prices suggest it is. On the other hand, the staff in the restaurant and Ricki at reception were world class, attentive and professional.

Overall, for a hostel this was a good experience! I was not worried about safety because there was a safe in our room that was big enough to hold valuables like laptops. However, because it was a hostel the cleanliness of the room and shared bathrooms were average, but good enough for a one-night stay. The restaurant had very slow service because everything is cooked to order. I waited around 45 min for breakfast when only one person had placed an order before me. That said, it was delicious. I think this hostel has a great location near the airport and I appreciated the complimentary airport pick-up and daily shuttle to the falls.

The property is cute and has a wonderful and clean pool with lots of seating choices. Breakfast is great. The staff are all very kind and always ask if you need anything. Rooms a good and very clean. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the main street which can be exhausting when it’s 30c+ outside but otherwise in, what looks like, a good neighbourhood. Would recommend.

Great place, very friendly staff, breakfast was just scrumptious. From the downsides is the lack of TV and some amenities, such as toothbrush, hair dryer or a rubbish bin. Besides the minor inconveniences I’d recommend the place!

The service was good, the staff were friendly and the kitchen allowed me to boil ramen. The facilities inside were clean. Free breakfast was also good. It was nice to have a SPAR at a 7 minute walk. If you have a big baggage, there is a street to go to the bus terminal.

The room is ”tired”, but it has everything you need: a refrigerator, a kettle, a safe. Of the toiletries, however, there is only soap. The hotel staff are friendly. We had an unusual situation: we did not have local currency, and the hotel did not have an exchange office, dollars and euros were not accepted. The staff offered to feed us dinner on credit, but this was unacceptable for us, so we dined on the remains of breakfast. Then the next evening, apparently deciding that guests can lose weight from hunger, they gave us dinner. Thank you for the unexpected service! The portions are large, the food is delicious.

Nice spot with good service. They supported us well. Please use a 4x4 during rainy season. Due to close rail tracks.

The environment is good, but unfortunately there is not a lot of water in the lake during the dry season. The diet is mainly western food, and you can also taste fish and shrimp in the lake. The local staple food ”Sima” is also available.
