Hotel and rooms are clean and good, there is a free parking. From the balcony you can see mountains. No regular cleaning in the room, but on request everything changes. Standard rooms are in Block C - this is a separate building, and a sauna pool is the main building where Reception.

A wonderful hotel in a quiet and cozy location. The hotel is located slightly uphill, which makes the area especially peaceful and comfortable. The atmosphere is very relaxing. The staff are excellent — friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The room fully matched the description and met all expectations. A great place to stay.

A great hotel! It's a little in the separation from the park. But inside - all super! Rooms are good! Spa is great! And bath and pool! A stunning Swedish table. Have dinner and breakfast - very delicious. Staff - polite, smiling. We spent all day and stayed delighted! We're happy to come back !

Great hotel located between Bakuriani Ski Resort and close by to 25 Ski which is a great beginner mountain. Pay a little extra for better equipment rentals. The lower cost is 10 gel per hour, or 40 gel all day premium gear. Hotel is great and has laundry service. Great for families and has a pretty good restaurant.

-It is very clean, and the location is perfect its close from all activities. -No mirror in the room except small one at the bathroom -(No shatafa)

The room was quite clean, there were towels with slippers and detergents (soap, shower gel). There was a safe in the cabinet. There was also a paid minibar and a couple of bottles of clean water with a kettle and tea bags in the room. The balcony overlooked the river, there was outdoor furniture and lighting on the balcony. There is a cafe in front of the entrance to the hotel, visitors to the cafe on the second floor could be heard at night, despite the closed balcony door. There was no shelf for personal detergents in the shower. The bed was quite small (about 140 cm wide). The staff was very friendly, despite the fact that they spoke poor Russian, they always tried to understand. A few words about breakfast: quite varied and tasty, there was even a national dish of Georgia - Megrelian khachapuri. The cafe in front of the entrance prepares excellent pizza with a crispy crust, I would also like to note that there are smiling and pleasant waiters working there.

A really wonderful hotel! The location is super, many great attractions are very close and everything is convenient to reach. The restaurant and the bar are also very recommended. I would like to highlight particularly the friendly and helpful staff. We have felt very well here and would come back at any time. Absolute recommendation!

The hotel was certainly super, but has not been maintained for a few years and is slowly disintegrated. This starts with a bathroom door falling from the doorstep or a stick stick to the wall and continues with uncovered water spots on the wall and many non-functional areas in the SPA. The hotel was cleaned up super, but it needed a housemaster with more budget to make repairs. The gas pipe was exchanged at our stay and there was no heating or hot water. This was not informed us in advance, only on request that the whirlpool would not be heated. This lack of communication is not okay. We have received a refund for staying of trip.com.

A very pleasant and warm place. The main advantages are the impeccable cleanliness, everything brand new, and the wonderful silence. A special plus for the cosmetics: the Turkish Rythm shampoo was of such high quality and cleaned our hair so well that we even looked for a place to buy some for home use. We didn't include breakfast. The only drawback is that the hotel is located on a hill, so even though everything is close, the climb requires some effort. Overall, a wonderful place!
