The location is fantastic, about 200 meters from the subway station, and only two stops from Helsinki Central Station. The self-service check-in was very convenient with an English interface, and there's also customer service on the first floor. Both check-in and check-out were seamless. The room was very clean; we booked a family room, which was a bit small for two families but still adequate. On the first floor, there's an open kitchen, coffee machine, water dispenser, dishwasher, laundry room, shared desks, and a dining area, so you can easily prepare your own food. The price is also very good value for money in Helsinki. About 300 meters downhill from the hotel, there's a large supermarket and a lake, and the surroundings are beautiful. I even went for a run by the lake on the first morning – it was very chill.

Don’t ever book this on Trip! If you want to stay here, book it on its official website instead because there is no front desk as you will receive a code for you to check in instead. I had to make a roaming international call to get my PIN code because Trip didn’t send it to me and it cost me €16 to make that call, not to mention the confusion and hassle. Management should also take blame for this and ensure that if the bookings are made through third party apps, that the customer properly gets the information required.
The room itself was very clean and tidy and the location was great as well. There’s a nice Chinese restaurant called Nanking and some other nice bookstores, cat cafe, *** friendly bar etc in the neighbourhood.

It is a self check-in hotel that provides no front-desk services. It would have been a perfect practice if you preferred contactless and prompt check-in procedures (most of the process can be done days before online). Unfortunately, I actually needed the luggage storage service which is not provided by the hotel. Fortunately, there is a restaurant nearby which offers this service (but need to pay for it and the drop-off/pick up time is restricted to it’s opening hours). I would recommend this hotel if you are a backpacker instead of a traveller who carries many luggages like me :’(
Very good choice for late night arrival at HEL. Free transport from the airport is included in price. Comfortable bed, good breakfast, helpfull staff at the reception, especially when this is your first time in Helsinki. Late check out, at 12:00, so you definetely have plenty of time to rest after your flight.

Our stay at Omena Hotel Helsinki was absolutely fantastic! The hotel’s self-service concept was seamless and convenient, perfect for our family trip. The rooms were clean, modern, and spacious, offering great comfort after a day of exploring the city. The central location made it easy to access Helsinki’s top attractions, shops, and restaurants. We appreciated the 24/7 accessibility and the hassle-free check-in/check-out process. The value for money is exceptional, and the quiet atmosphere ensured a relaxing stay. Highly recommend Omena Hotel for families seeking a stress-free, comfortable, and budget-friendly experience in Helsinki. We’ll definitely return!
The location is decent, very close to the pier, ideal for catching the Tallinn ferry in the morning, and also convenient for getting to Suomenlinna. The surrounding area isn't very lively, and there aren't many restaurants, although the cinnamon rolls at Johan & Nystrom nearby are quite good. The room itself is a studio apartment with a laundry room downstairs and basic kitchenware in the room, so you can even cook your own meals if you want; at least instant noodles are convenient, and it can save you a lot of money if you don't like Western food while traveling. Fine dining in Helsinki is really expensive; a simple five-course meal easily starts at 80 euros excluding drinks.
Good value art deco hotel for a three night stay. Exceptional breakfast. Not very helpful pre advice about location. So…
If you are coming from Helsinki port (eg ferry from Tallinn), get the tram 7T to Kaisaniemenpuisto. Then a short walk to the hotel. Tap and pay at the ticket machine for €3.20 one way, zone AB.
From Helsinki airport, get the train to Helsinki main train station, 33 mins, tap and go, zone ABC. To get there walk down the road for 7 to 10 mins; contemplate some cobbled streets when wheeling luggage, but not an issue.
NB Helsinki Kampii is the main BUS/COACH terminal that you may use to go to Porvoo for a wonderful daytrip; a bit more of a walk from the Arthur Hotel ( use Google maps). Not to be confused with the Art Deco train station. All are walkable.
Finally, a visit to Suomenlinna (zone AB tap & go) is recommended along with Senate Square/the Cathedral & the Russian Cathedral.
Great restaurant for Finnish food and beer under €7 is Ravintola Kolme Kruunua. Lovely shops at the harbour stalls & Craft Corner. Take a walk down the Esplanade.
Noli studios is a best place for tourists to stay with. The location was nice and the room is perfect. It located at Malmi station if you take train.
For this location, it was nice because it takes only 10-15 mins walking distance to reach two supermarkets nearby from Noli studio. Other than that, it took only 5-10 mins walking distance to reach the railway station from Noli studio. So, the location is perfect for those who wanted to stay.
Besides, Noli studio also very good for the people to stay with because there is a direct train can reach the airport, so you no need to worry abt it. It is very convenient for people to stay with Noli studio. Other than that, the railway station can actually reach the Helsinki which is the most popular destination from only 5 stations away from Malmi.
Overall it was nice, the room can cook and it is big enough for us to stay. People here are also quite nice when serving us.

This hotel is a hotel that saved me from distress. I landed at 4 o'clock in the morning. Generally, European hotels are staying at 3 o'clock. I originally went to store my luggage and then went shopping. I arrived at 9 o'clock in the morning. The hotel checked in directly for me.
The hotel environment is comfortable and clean. Microwave dishes are provided for in-room eating. There are many choices for breakfast. In addition to coffee, Lemon Tea also provides a variety of green teas with different flavors to match with other combinations, and there is also English black tea to choose from. The staff are friendly, explain our needs in detail, and suggest different routes to reach the attractions. Help arrange taxi appointments. There are many restaurants, bars, and supermarkets outside the hotel, which are very convenient. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the market square and other sightseeing spots.

BbonniebonniebonnieVery good accommodation, clean and well-equipped rooms, just a few stops from Helsinki, 2.95 euro train tickets, round trip very quickly. There are three large supermarkets not far away. You can cook in the room.

GGuest UserVery beautiful hotel and the staff was friendly with a smile.
The room I entered was not cleaned and I changed the room immediately when I told him.
It was a quick and nice response.
The cleaning was kind to call me if I was in trouble.
The facility itself is very beautiful! The sauna was also the best
Amenities such as toothbrush were not attached. Also, it is high to stay alone, so it is recommended to stay 2 ~ (^^)
MMs EllI love this place! If i ever come back to Finland i will definitely stay here again. It’s right in the city centre and walking distance to the main city’s attractions . You can even walk to Senate Square!!
