Very convenience. Walking distance to train station. The breakfast is buffet and variety. The room clean. Very friendly staff and the most important with luggage storage area. Convenience for those arrived early.

I love this place! If i ever come back to Finland i will definitely stay here again. It’s right in the city centre and walking distance to the main city’s attractions . You can even walk to Senate Square!! The place itself is very clean, very complete with kitchen appliances which and also Muslim friendly as it got bidet… it is easy to check in with the code as well!!

Short stays don't include room cleaning service, and you'll be charged extra if you request it. This wasn't mentioned when booking. The service is fully self-check-in, with no front desk, so you do everything yourself. This type of hotel isn't suitable if you rely on translation software. If you need daily room cleaning, you should definitely consider this before booking. The location is good, with tram lines 3 and 9 right outside and close to the metro station. There are many restaurants nearby, and there's a Chinese buffet right on the second floor. The food is good, costing around 15 euros for lunch and 19 euros for dinner, offering great value for money. Breakfast is outsourced to another restaurant; the taste is average, and there aren't many food options, so don't expect too much if you have high standards.

I had a comfortable stay at Omena Hotel Helsinki City Centre. The location is perfect—right in the city center, close to the main station and shops. The room was clean and had all the basics, and check-in was easy with a digital code. No daily housekeeping or luggage storage after check-out, but great for a short stay.

Me and my mom needed an apartment to be able to visit family member who was in hospital. We needed a kitchen and a washing machine. The room had both and no problem with those. I suspected kitchen knife would be dull and it was, but I brought a knife sharpener and got it sharp. Otherwise everything in kitchen was okay but stove wasn't that powerful. The building's main door's lock wasn't functioning and we informed about it and it was fixed but only after about a week. Our apartment's lock worked all the time without problem. Also one lamp was broken. Mom said it was cold there and it wasn't exactly warm there, good enough for me and blankets were really thick. I complained about coldness and a serviceman came there to do something to radiators but it didn't really change anything. We were there in very early spring. It was 0C outside at night and 5-10C at daytime. There was some communication errors but nothing major and I was able to get hold of someone quickly and easily with the online chat. It was quite clean there except if you take bedclothes off you might enjoy the sight on pillow and blanket. All and all I was quite pleased of the room and stay.

The hotel is a bit far from Helsinki Central Station, but I could walk there without a suitcase. The nearby supermarket was very convenient. Although the building is large, having two elevators and several entrances made getting around very efficient, with no need for long detours. The room amenities were excellent, with a fridge, freezer, dishes, and an electric oven (microwave), plus a dishwasher. The free-to-use washing machine and dryer were also a great bonus. The self-service luggage storage before check-in and after check-out was very convenient and hassle-free. The only minor issue was that the self check-in process had many fields to fill out, making it a bit slow; it would have been better if I could have entered the information beforehand. I would definitely like to stay here again.

The room was great, fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, and cutlery. Although there wasn't a hairdryer in the room, you could get one by swiping your card at the drawer next to the elevator. Be aware that if you arrive outside of business hours, you'll need to self-check-in and fill out a lot of paperwork.

Despite being a bit far from my Helsinki business trip destination, the surrounding scenery and facilities were excellent. I had a wonderful two weeks in this well-appointed hotel. My only regret, however, was that the room temperature control instructions and controls were unclear, which made it difficult to sleep due to the cold. I wish there had been more guidance on how to use the temperature control devices. Also, slippers were not provided in the room, and there needs to be a clear designation at the entrance where shoes must be removed. 헬싱키 출장지에서 조금 떨어져 있었음에도 불구하고 주변 경치와 시설은 훌륭했습니다. 시설 좋은 호텔에서 2주 동안 멋진 시간을 보냈습니다. 하지만 유일하게 아쉬웠던 점은 객실 온도 조절 지침과 조절 장치가 명확하지 않아 추워서 잠을 설쳤다는 것입니다. 객실 온도를 조절할 수 있는 장치의 활용법에 대한 충분한 안내가 있었으면 좋겠고 또한 객실에 슬리퍼가 제공되지 않았고, 입구에서 신발을 벗고 들어갈 수 있도록 구분이 필요해 보입니다.

There's nothing else to complain about, just that it's a bit far. It's a 10-15 minute walk from the train station, and it was a bit tough dragging luggage up the slope. This is an older apartment, but all the facilities are complete. There's a fridge, an iron, a microwave, and a kettle. Overall, it's considered clean, even though it's genuinely old.

There is no reception there, and the code will be provided to you for the Hostel entry and room. Nice room and a lot of space. There are Kettel, Refrigerator, and microwave to be provided. However, you cannot leave the luggage there as there is no reception.
