The sanitation work is good and it is very clean, but the house is made of iron sheets, the thermal insulation performance is not good, and there is no air conditioning in the public areas. When the cold air arrived, it was very freezing.

The Japanese-style rooms aren't ideal for older people; you have to change shoes before entering the hotel and there's a seating arrangement in the room. The view is absolutely stunning; you can enjoy views of Karatsu Castle from the room, especially the beautiful night view. The service is also very good; they can communicate in English.

A beautiful guesthouse at a convenient location. Located off a smaller street behind the river (follow the yellow signs to find the guesthouse) and within walking distance to the public bathhouse and other attractions. Paid parking was off-site at the public bathhouse just a couple minutes away. The room was clean and the futons were very comfortable -- perfect for winding down for a restful night of sleep after a long day of travelling.The hosts were very friendly and helpful! Wish we could stay here longer! Would definitely stay here again when we return!

I loved our stay! Ladies that run the ryokan are the most beautiful souls! They will look after you and make sure you feel well. You need to take into consideration it’s an older kind of ryokan, has nothing to do with modern places but it’s spacious, it’s in the nature, it’s perfectly clean and has great onsen after which you’ll feel super rested. The dinner is quite expensive but totally worth it! We had amazing experience! Breakfast is a feast! Everything was so lovely. I hope I will be able to go back.

Need a car to reach the place, but it's easy to find via GPS. The hosts have been very friendly and guided us well. The kids had fun walking the goats, feeding the chickens, and helping with the cooking. It's a good place to destress and feel nature once again.

The hotel staff were friendly and courteous, the facilities were clean, the rooms were comfortable, the hot spring facilities were excellent and very relaxing, and the breakfast and dinner were delicious. Highly recommended.

This unique, unmanned hotel is located in front of Saga Station. The rooms are equipped with Aladdin and microwave ovens. You can even see Saga Station from the rooms!

It was already more than ten o'clock in the evening to the hotel, and the big bath did not experience it. When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk. I called an old uncle for a long time and finally completed the formalities. The room was average, the mattress was uncomfortable to sleep, and the price was cheap. I left for one night.
