Great hotel with nice renovation, felt warmly welcomed by the free snacks and drinks offered in the room which is equipped with smart tv .

Never expect a hotel within a small town to be so good and it's much better than the other hotel nearby the area. Believe this Crystal Inn Hotel is newly renovated, the interior looks so new and clean. The mattress, carpet floor, bathroom and everything were clean. Walked past a room which was in the midst of cleaning, the staff really lifted up the mattress to vacuum everywhere in the room. Impressive! Will definitely stay in this hotel whenever we travel to Batu Pahat again!

It is pleasant to stay in Crystal Inn. Have been staying there since last November whenever my family or myself need to be in Batu Pahat. The staff are friendly and helpful. It is also a kid-friendly hotel. My kiddos love it so much and always looking forward in staying with Crystal Inn. Highly recommended!

The room was very clean and brand new. Love that they provided many complimentary snacks and drinks as well. Our go-to hotel whenever we visit BP - many eateries nearby and close to most places to visit.

The hotel is new and very clean. I am happy with all the amenities. Location is strategic and convenient. Complimentary snacks provided.
No coffee house in the hotel only a cafe. Will return to this hotel although price is comparatively high.
