Good location and easy to get around. The room was spacious and comfortable for three people. The only downside is that the road in front of the hotel is not paved. I also hope there’s more variety in the breakfast selection, and it would be great if the towels could be changed regularly.

This hotel was fantastic! It was super clean and the location is close to the city center. The shower also had hot water right away. The breakfast was just right too. I stayed here for a 10-day business trip, and what I appreciated most was the laundry service. For just a few hundred yen per load, they would wash and dry about 4-5 days' worth of clothes and return them neatly folded. At other hotels, they usually charge per item which ends up being ridiculously expensive, so this was a huge help. There are also many restaurants nearby and a 24-hour supermarket. I'd definitely like to stay here again when I come back to Bishkek!

I stayed in this hotel 7 days in total. I spent 3 days and 2 nights just before heading to Almaty. Once my Kazakhstan trip was over, I returned to Bishkek and booked this hostel few more days. The location is in city center and is near to bus station. Staff are friendly and helpful, more importantly they can speak English. The room is clean and it has our own huge locker. Perfect !!

Pros: Friendly staff. Very decent breakfast. Good Wi-Fi. Cons: The air conditioning only heats or cools, depending on the time of year. Even if it's 23°C (73°F) and sunny in February (like this year), the air conditioning still blows hot air, but fortunately, you can open the window. Also, there's a constant stench in the bathroom, as if they forgot to install water traps on the drains. Overall, the bathroom was finished by some incompetent people—you could cut your foot on the crookedly installed tiles in the shower.

My challenging time in Bishkek was completely transformed by the Imperial Hotel. On June 13th, I first checked into a guesthouse run by locals. It was old, small, dark, and I couldn't communicate with anyone, and the breakfast they served was inedible. By the fifth day, I was at my breaking point. I went to a Chinese restaurant for a meal and was told about a Chinese-run guesthouse I could switch to. Seeing fellow Chinese people and being able to speak Mandarin made me happy for two days, but I couldn't stand the strong cigarette smoke from my compatriots. Switching to the Imperial Hotel on June 21st was a great blessing 🙏. Mr. Ma and his wife put their hearts into running their newly renovated hotel, making every guest feel the warmth and comfort of home. The breakfast here is incomparable to the previous two places. They also often invite guests to drink tea in their comfortable living room, and even share lunch and dinner together... As a result, the hotel is fully booked every day, and it's hard to get a room 😁 Thumbs up for the Imperial Hotel! 👍👍👍

I stayed for one night and rented a twin room with a mountain view. The room itself is spacious, clean, and bright, like the rest of the hotel. The room includes a kettle, bottled drinking water, tea, and coffee (instant and 3-in-1). The bathroom has toiletries, as well as shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. The staff is helpful, polite, and friendly 🥰 The buffet breakfast deserves a special mention. It has sushi, pancakes, cottage cheese, and scrambled eggs with sausages. Everything I tried was delicious 😋 And it all looks so beautiful! Yes, the hotel is located a bit far from the center, but if you want peace and quiet, fresh air, and a cozy atmosphere, this place is definitely recommended.

It was very hard to find at night. Took the taxi driver 30 mins circling around the block to find the hotel entrance! Takes about 30 mins to walk downtown. However, the receptionist was very helpful. Gave tips on restaurants and where to shop.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel staff were attentive. There were outdoor seating areas next to the hotel, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes. It was also conveniently located not far from the city center. Overall, I was very satisfied.

NNari.I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lavitor Hotel, and overall, it was a highly satisfying experience that I would gladly recommend to other travelers. From the moment I arrived, the hotel’s welcoming atmosphere and attentive service set a positive tone for my stay. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with friendly staff who were eager to assist with any questions. Their professionalism and warm demeanor made me feel comfortable right away. The lobby itself was clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, creating a great first impression. My room was spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was particularly comfortable, allowing for a restful night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the room, as housekeeping clearly maintained high standards throughout my stay. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring modern fixtures and a good supply of toiletries. One of the highlights of Lavitor Hotel was its convenient location. It provided easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, making it an excellent base for both business and leisure travelers. Whether I wanted to explore the city or simply enjoy a quiet evening nearby, everything was within reach. The hotel’s amenities added extra value to the experience. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was particularly useful for staying connected and planning daily activities. Additionally, the common areas were well-kept and comfortable, offering a relaxing environment to unwind. Breakfast was another positive aspect of my stay. The selection was varied enough to suit different tastes, and the quality of the food was consistently good. It was a pleasant way to start each day before heading out. If I were to mention a minor area for improvement, it would be that the hotel could expand its dining options or provide more variety in certain services. However, this did not significantly impact my overall experience. In conclusion, Lavitor Hotel offers a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay with excellent service and well-maintained facilities. It strikes a good balance between affordability and quality, making it a great choice for travelers seeking a reliable and pleasant accommodation experience. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

GGuest UserWe stayed at Urban Hotel Bishkek a few months ago and had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself was exactly as described, clean, tidy, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything was straightforward and pleasant from the moment we arrived. It really felt like we got more than what we paid for. What truly stood out, however, was the team’s exceptional commitment to customer service. On our departure day, we had to leave about an hour before breakfast service normally began. We asked if it might be possible to have something small packed to take away with us. Instead of simply agreeing to that request, the staff went far beyond our expectations. They kindly offered to ask the cook to start preparing breakfast earlier just for us so that we could come down and enjoy a proper breakfast before leaving. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really made us feel looked after. A huge thank you to the team at Urban Hotel Bishkek for their kindness and hospitality. It left a lasting impression on us and was a wonderful reflection of the warmth we experienced throughout this amazing country.

GGuest UserI booked room for solo. The room is quite spacious, the bed is big enough, and the bathroom is clean. All is perfect! Price to value is fair. But the room is a little dark. Also, we can hear what next door's guests are talking. So maybe needs soundproofing. But as I said, price to value is good.

TThanis T.The hotel is located in between the Alatoo square and the Osh bazaar so it’s not too bad. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. However my experience with the hotel should be noted by travelers and the hotel owner. Upon arrival, I was given a key to a room. When I opened the room, another guest was sleeping inside the room. I was shocked. Then I went back to the reception and was assigned another room. This time the room was not properly prepared. A vacuum cleaner was still inside the room and the bed was not made. My concern with security (as in anyone can easily enter your room with a key while you are sleeping) made the whole stay unpleasant.

The experience staying in this guesthouse was amazing. The staff were so welcoming with cheerful smiles. The place has that homely experience with a touch of kyrgyzstan vibes.
