Hotel near downtown, room quite spacious and clean, comfortable and hotel staff very helpful. the variety of breakfast is pretty good.

The room is very comfortable, clean. I booked a superior double room, it is very spacious, suitable for families.

The location is quite strategic; there's a mini-mart and a restaurant right next to the hotel. However, the room and the breakfast area are small and cramped, which isn't ideal if you're traveling with small children.

One of the hotels in Prabumulih city which is strategically located in the mall area, this hotel is the best among other hotels around it...so far the service is good, the rooms are clean and the atmosphere is calm...

This hotel is very comfortable, clean, and the service is satisfying. The facilities are also well-maintained, making for a pleasant stay. As a suggestion, for connecting rooms, the soundproofing could be improved as noise from the next room is still quite audible and can affect comfort, especially if guests are not acquainted. I hope it continues to improve in the future and remains a great choice for a stay.

The location is excellent, right inside the mall and very secure. Breakfast was average, with a focus on local dishes. The room was quite large but not very well-maintained. Overall, it was good value for money. I'd come back again.

The accommodation conditions were just so-so. It's located not far from a market, which makes getting around a bit inconvenient if you're staying there, and the streets are quite narrow.
