GGuest UserStains exists on freshly washed bed sheets. The hotel's laundry somehow couldn't get rid of such stains leading to perception of unwashed / unchanged bedsheets
Bath towels have fermented smell like they have not been sunned / dried enough after washing

JJastanWe had a pleasant stay at Hotel Santika Palembang. The location is very convenient, with many restaurants nearby, we tried the Pempek Beringin, the taste is good. The receptionists are very friendly.
