GGuest UserEnjoyed our stay. Second time staying at the Burgundy Hotel. If coming to Little Rock, this is definitely the hotel to book and stay. Quaint and Eclectic Hotel. Very clean and nice rooms, spacious king bed rooms, and has an excellent restaurant inside as well as a good breakfast bistro too. Customer Service is very accommodating and professional..They strive to make your stay enjoyable and overall experience pleasing.

GGuest UserThis hotel is excellent. The front desk is always friendly. The rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable. It’s in a great location. I would suggest anybody staying in Fort Smith. Stay at this hotel. The only thing I would change is a refrigerator and Microwave in the rooms for longer stays.

NNuonuoGood environment, the room is quite big, there is free parking, it is very convenient, very satisfied, the best hotel to travel these days, quiet and clean, I like to sleep, and I am comfortable. Friends who drive can come here to live. Free parking is very cost-effective.

You can eat coffee and tea for free in the hotel restaurant in the morning and have a coffee maker and microwave in the hostel.

AAnonymous UserThe front desk service is warm, the arrangement is a suite, although the age is long, but the facilities are well maintained, the mineral water is given, the parking is free, the room is basically quiet... The fly in the ointment is that the hygiene is a little defect, the hotel towel has a hair of someone... Overall satisfaction, can recommend ～

GGuest UserUpdates definitely need to be made to this hotel. I was in town for a conference and I expected more for what I had to pay. My room had no fridge, no microwave, and no phone cable plugs. The elevators were very slow and when I arrived, the middle of May, there was no water in the pool. They eventually filled it up the day before I left. The staff was very nice and helpful though.
