Nice hotel with very friendly, helpful staff that were very attentive to our messages on WeChat. They helped us plan our visits to the Terracotta Army site (can get there by metro and bus 613) and Mount Hua (high speed train from Xianbei). Nice room with good facilities. Shower head was a little faulty and some water leaked out of the shower/toilet basin area into the main room, but otherwise no issues. Free self service laundry provided, and free bottled water available at reception. Good heating, comfortable beds. There was a large window but no view. Good location, a short walk from the metro. It is a little hidden down an alleyway when you first arrive but the hotel provides clear instructions on how to find it and there are lots of signs to point you in the right direction.

This hotel is absolutely perfect. This is my fourth time staying here, and every single time it feels like coming back home. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming — from the receptionist to the cleaning lady, everyone is always friendly, helpful, and respectful. The place is spotless, very clean, and has such a chill, peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to relax. Everything is well taken care of, and you can really feel the attention to detail. I always have a great experience here and will definitely keep coming back. The owner was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. I had originally booked a double room, but they kindly upgraded us to a triple room for free. The guesthouse is very conveniently located near the train station, and it offers great value for money!

it was a bit difficult to find but with the help of the pictures you can find the entry and then you have to walk a bit and then you will find the reception, which has 24 hour front desk which is a huge bonus. Staff was really nice and checked me in quickly and you had a lot of amenities that you can use such as towels or slippers for free. This was one of the comfiest beds that I ever experienced during my trip in China. I would recommend this place if you’re planning to stay in Xian for little money.

I don't usually give a low rating. First, I arrived early, around 6:15, due to my flight schedule, and no one was available to check me in. I understand that at this price point, I can't meet the standards of hotels like Home Inn and Hanting. Second, during check-in, an older woman asked me to give a good review, claiming she had a window. My reservation stated that rooms come with or without windows, but not all have windows. But if I were to give a good review based on that, who knows if yours truly doesn't have windows? Third, the cleanliness was terrible. There were price tags (for damages), and there were cigarette burns all over the floor, including on my slippers. Those were intentional burns, not accidental. Fourth, the amenities were just average: a stool, a table, and two bedside tables—simple, average-looking ones. An ashtray would be a plus, but I doubt customers would burn the floor. They even paid for the compensation, but they didn't even replace the wallpaper. The bathroom faucet was broken. Fifth point: Service. It can be said that there is no service. The cleaning was not done on the first day. I don't know why. The tourist next door did the same. The cleaning sign was put up at 9 am, but it was still not cleaned at 2 pm. I also thought that I should just forget it because I was alone. But when I came back the next day at night, I saw that it was indeed cleaned? I almost used up the soap. There was only a little left, but they didn't replace it with a new one. They also didn't put out a new toothbrush. Do you think I have to use it all before it's gone? I can't even think about the sheets and quilt covers. At least they didn't make them up. The most annoying thing is the shampoo and shower gel. They were almost gone when I checked in. They were flat. They didn't refill them during the two nights I stayed. I even had to use that small round bar of soap to take a shower (I used it for two nights). It seems that this hotel either has problems with its internal management system or is extremely short of staff.

This hostel offers fantastic value for money. It's spotlessly clean and comfortable, and the service is incredibly thoughtful. The owner is wonderfully warm and approachable; she's always patient when answering questions and proactively anticipates guests' needs, making everyone feel completely at ease for a truly pleasant and worry-free stay.

Transportation: The hotel is located in the city center, closest to the city wall, followed by the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, and Muslim Quarter. The subway is a ten-minute walk away, and bus stops are even closer, making it very convenient to get anywhere. Environment: The front desk told me it's an ancient building, so the entire hotel is filled with an antique charm. The room decor is also very cozy. Hygiene: The bedding is very comfortable and clean. The room I booked has a very large bed, easily accommodating a family of three. Service: The hotel staff provides excellent service; they are all very enthusiastic when you see them. They also recommend good local restaurants and attractions and generally resolve any issues you might have, which I really appreciated. Xi'an truly lives up to its reputation as a thirteen-dynasty ancient capital, with a rich historical and cultural atmosphere. The hotel is also situated on a pedestrian street with a strong cultural vibe. This trip was fantastic, allowing me to experience the warmth of the Xi'an people and its rich history and culture. I loved it, and if I bring my family here for a trip in the future, I will definitely choose this hotel again!

The rooms are elegantly furnished and the living comfort is extremely high, which is refreshing. The surrounding facilities are complete, there are many restaurants, and there are leisure places. The pick-up and drop-off service is on call.

”The location is amazing! The subway station is just a 5-minute walk away, and there are noodle stalls and hot pot restaurants recommended by locals nearby. After eating, you can just walk back to the hotel to rest. The room is well-insulated, so we played until the early hours without being disturbed. It's a great value for money! The owner was super helpful and drew a map for us. The pitfall avoidance tips were better than a navigation system. Highly recommended!”

The room is clean and sanitary, the facilities are new, the service level is high, the attitude is good, it is not too far from the subway entrance, very close to the bus, and there are many snacks around. The key is that the price is not expensive and the cost performance is high.
