This hostel has an amazing location! There are several highly-rated restaurants from Dazhong Dianping's must-eat list within 1km. If you're coming to Xi'an for noodles, like me, you absolutely have to choose this place, haha! It's also very clean, and they ask you to change into slippers when you enter. This is the first time I've encountered a hostel that's both affordable and has strict rules (like no smoking, they have a dedicated smoking room). There's an elevator inside the hostel, but you still have to climb a small flight of stairs. The four-person room has eight people sharing two bathrooms. The only minor drawback is that both are Western-style toilets; it would be perfect if one was a squat toilet to accommodate different preferences. It's located in Dapi Lane, basically inside the Muslim Quarter, surrounded by delicious food. The downside to this is that shared bikes aren't allowed to park inside the alley; you have to find a parking spot at the alley entrance. So, no matter if you're taking a taxi or a shared bike, you'll have to walk a bit, but it's only a few hundred meters, so not too far.
I truly recommend this hostel. I'm currently staying at a hostel in another city and constantly missing the facilities and strict rules of this one 😢

What an amazing facility. It’s so clean and festive. The common area is spacious and a perfect setting to enjoy/relax. I appreciated the soft and large towels provided unlike other hostels that only provide disposable towels. The bed was comfortable - I only wish the other guests would respect the quiet time after 11pm. I wasn’t expecting to hear Flo Rida playing out loud in my room. But besides this, I truly enjoyed my time here. The location is excellent, with views of the Bell Tower and right next to the Zhonglue metro station (Line 2/6 - exit A). I highly recommend this hostel if you’re looking for a great deal and a CLEAN facility!

The location is very convenient as it's near Xi'an train station. But it's a bit hard to find because it's located in an old apartment building. There is an open space for drying clothes. There is no heater, so will feel cold in the winter. The two rooms share one bathroom. The host was very friendly.

The owner was very kind and had a great attitude. However, the facilities are a bit old, probably because it's been open for a few years. The room was a bit cold, but there was an electric blanket, so it was fine once I was in bed. The price was cheap though, so it wasn't a big deal, and the location was excellent.
We took the high-speed rail from Jingzhou, Hubei to the hotel where we stayed on the first night in Huashan, preparing to climb Huashan the next morning.
The hotel is very close to Yuquanyuan, the starting point of the hiking trip, about a five-minute walk away.
The shop owner was very enthusiastic and took the initiative to introduce the precautions for mountain climbing and told me where to have a cheap breakfast.

Great location in the Muslim Quarter. Lots of food around, short walk to the bell tower, near the buses to the Terracotta Army, and a short subway ride to all the other main attractions. It’s down an alley, but there are a lot of signs t make to it easy to find, and it also means it’s very quiet despite being in the middle of a popular area. The owners were friendly. I visited in winter and they made sure the room was heated in advance of my arrival. It was quite cozy.

I absolutely fell in love with Xi'an! My best friend and I traveled here together for the first time, and we arrived at the hotel quite late. The location is incredibly convenient—very near to the subway station (abt 2km) and literally right next to the ancient city wall. Standing on the hotel balcony, you can look directly onto the city wall, which is super chill and atmospheric.
The staff were wonderful—warm, attentive, and gentle. Also, a helpful tip: if you order delivery, just ask the courier to leave your package at the front desk.
If you're used to staying in luxury hotels, this might not be your style—but it gave me more of a warm, cozy, family-like feeling. It's perfect for young travelers or groups of friends.
Just one small suggestion for the hotel: it would be great if you could restock laundry detergent more regularly.
Anyway, i love this hotel and if I have a chance to get back to Xian, I will back to this hotel!

The photos on Trip.com are misleading (too good compared to reality). The room we were assigned was also much smaller than the one we booked. We asked for a room change, but it was even worse, so we stayed in the original room.
Based on the room photos, in terms of room amenities we expected to find: a bigger room with a desk and a chair (not a stool), a tv, and a coat rack. There is nowhere to hang jackets.
The main issue though is that the hotel is old and poorly maintained. The room floor was dirty with food crumbs scattered around. The Wi-Fi is poor, barely usable. Some outlets next to the bed were not working. At least one bathroom light was not working.
One bright side, excellent location for visiting the city and a very competitive price (now we understand why).

I absolutely loved this hostel! The location is super convenient, just a few minutes' walk to the subway station, and surrounded by snack shops and convenience stores. The rooms were clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and odor-free, the common areas were spacious and comfortable, and the living room and kitchen were fully equipped. It was so much fun chatting with fellow travelers from all over the world! The owner was warm and helpful, giving us tons of local travel tips and even helping us store our luggage. The value for money is incredible; I'll definitely stay here again next time. I've already recommended it to friends, and it's definitely worth coming back again and again!

The experience was poor, despite the excellent location, complete facilities, and low price. The service was subpar, and I won't be returning.
Deposit: The deposit is 50 yuan. Regardless of check-out time, it's refunded around 2-3 PM the same day (assuming no deductions are needed). Not having the deposit settled or confirmed as okay in person is concerning. If a dispute arises after leaving, the customer is in a very passive position. I really disliked this.
Shoe Policy: You have to change shoes upon entry, and your own shoes must be left at the door, not taken to the room. When I asked what happens if shoes get lost, the staff didn't answer. For 200-300 yuan shoes, maybe it's fine, but what about 500, 700, or even 1000+ yuan shoes? Leaving them at the door, with no locked cabinet, not allowing them in the room, and without anyone taking responsibility if they get lost, is very unsettling.
Compensation Notices Everywhere: Notices stated a 200 yuan per square meter compensation fee if water from the shower spills onto the floor due to not closing the curtain. Also, the sink couldn't be pressed forcefully, or compensation would be required if it broke. The shower design is flawed, potentially causing water overflow, yet guests are charged for it. The sink is flimsy, and instead of fixing it, guests are expected to be extra careful or pay for damages. Staying here means being constantly on edge (don't stain the sheets, don't break anything, be afraid of water overflowing from the shower, don't press the sink, change shoes upon entry). It's nerve-wracking, impossible to relax, and the experience was very bad.
Risk of Electric Shock: Halfway through my shower, I saw a notice saying to pull the shower curtain to avoid the risk of electric shock! So, I was literally risking my life while showering! Even with the curtain pulled, there were gaps between the curtain and the wall, so water could still splash onto the switches. This is a problem a simple plastic cover could solve, yet it gambles with guests' lives. I wouldn't dare come back; I've never stayed in such a dangerous place. It might be 30 yuan a night, but it could cost you your life.
Lighting: The entire corridor was very dim, with many energy-saving lights. Instead of bright and welcoming, the pervasive dimness made me uncomfortable. I don't like a dim atmosphere. The owner is very frugal. I turned on a spotlight, and the owner turned it off, replacing it with a dimmer light. The reason, again, was about money. The experience was very poor.
Free Snacks/Massage Chairs/Toilet Paper: Despite the extreme energy saving, there were free snacks in the lobby. There was also a large TV for casual viewing, along with free coffee and tea. Toilet paper was provided in the restrooms. The bedding was clean, and slippers were disinfected after each guest. For me, the biggest highlight was the massage chair, which worked perfectly and was very relaxing after a day of sightseeing.
In my room, there weren't many tourists; mostly regular guests. Perhaps they were studying for postgraduate exams, unemployed, or on long leave. Everyone had their curtains drawn, so there wasn't much interaction. The room was facing the street and very noisy, and people tended to sleep late.
Those who can accept all of the above might consider staying here.

Very Good
We were five grown men and had a very comfortable stay. This is a B&B in the residential complex. It's beautifully decorated, quiet, and well-equipped. The floor heating was very warm, even with the windows open, it wasn't cold, and the air conditioning worked flawlessly. The complex is well-managed, and it's right next to Wanda and two snack streets! There's a wide variety of food options, but eating in the room was so comfortable that we deliberately packed up for two nights and played mahjong and poker afterwards...we didn't want to go out. Transportation is very convenient, and the subway station is just a short walk away. Two of the bedrooms are small suites, one with a private bathroom, and the other two share a bathroom. Three bathrooms are definitely enough. In short, living in this large flat is really comfortable!
Stayed here 4 nights during our vacation in Xi’an. The location was so convenient, near Muslim Quarter, just above the silver shop. The owner was so helpful, friendly & kind. She also can communicate in English, easy for travelers all around the world. Room quite big & comfort for two of us. Will repeat to stay here again if we are in Xi’an!
Have never seen a good hotel in Xi'an like this ,the manager is very friendly, they even have a support staff incase of any issues encountered, it's a great place supermarkets all over 😀 it's a recommendation to you all
This accommodation is really great. If I come back to Xi’an again, I’ll definitely stay here. The staff are very sweet—although they were sick, they still made a sincere effort to explain everything to me in detail. And of course, they can speak English. Getting here is easy; it’s near Tiyuchang Station, Exit D, and also close to many tourist attractions. The common areas are very charming—every corner is beautifully decorated, and everything is thoughtfully arranged. The bathroom might have a slight odor, but someone comes to clean it every morning. Most of the people I met were Chinese; I haven’t seen any foreigners yet, but everyone was very kind and willing to help.
I love this place. Near to all access and most importantly easy to find foods there. We enjoyed staying there. Recommended for all travellers. Keep up the good work
The guesthouse is situated in walking distance to the grand mosque and in the middle of excerpt sites and food market streets. The service is excellent. The rooms are cosy.
The hotel is right walking distance to the Terracotta warriors museum so it’s a very convenient location. The customer service is above and beoyond. Clean rooms, comfortable beds.
