The butler will contact guests a day in advance. The hotel is located inside the Tonghu Scenic Area, and the room rate includes admission tickets. This is the only hotel in the scenic area, so there are no outsiders. The hotel's front desk is at the main entrance of the Tonghu Grassland Scenic Area, with free parking. There's a 4x4 shuttle service within the area. The Starlight Restaurant is right next to the tent area, making dining convenient. It usually includes a buffet breakfast and a buffet hot pot dinner with good quality ingredients and a wide selection. There's a shuttle service to the bonfire party, which features a high-quality equestrian show, not just simple amateur entertainment. The rooms are tents. Our room type only had a password lock on the tent zipper, but since there are no outsiders in the park, it felt safe. Soundproofing isn't great because it's a warm tent. Each room type has a private bathroom and toilet, also in an attached tent form. Amenities are complete, including Crocs-style slippers and body lotion. The stand-up air conditioner heats and cools quickly, and there's also an oil-filled radiator for heating. It's hot during the day and cold at night, so you need to use both heating and cooling throughout the day. It's dry, so you can hang a wet towel. There are sand toys and sand sleds everywhere outside the room, and sand dunes right outside your tent, so you can play freely. Everything you could need is provided. If you stay for multiple nights, you'll need to drive quite a distance to visit other places during the day. Actually, one night and the next morning are sufficient. There are plenty of daytime activities, making it suitable for families with children. However, adults can use the daytime for excursions.

Traveling solo to Yinchuan for a business trip, I was pleasantly surprised by how great the value for money was at this hotel. For around 200 yuan, I got a room that was about 30 square meters, complete with a separate desk, an en-suite bathroom, and even a smart toilet. The hotel's location is also good, though there isn't much in terms of nightlife nearby. After 11 PM, most shops around here close down, so you'd have to take a taxi to find entertainment elsewhere. Overall, the value for money is excellent, and I had a fantastic experience.

Room was very clean, breakfast was delicious. Front desk and cleaning staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again next time I’m in Yinchuan.

1. Fantastic location: The surrounding area is incredibly vibrant, with an abundance of large shopping malls and unique restaurants. In the evenings, you're spoiled for choice whether you want to grab a bite or take a stroll. 2. Superb soundproofing: Despite facing a busy street, once the windows were closed, I heard virtually no noise. This was an absolute godsend for a light sleeper like me, ensuring I had a truly restful night's sleep. 3. Thoughtful and attentive service: The front desk staff were not only efficient but also greeted me warmly, which made me feel very welcome. When they saw me return with a package, they even thoughtfully offered me scissors without me asking – such incredible attention to detail! 4. Breakfast with local specialties: Besides the standard Chinese and Western options, they surprisingly offered freshly prepared local specialty noodles, which tasted incredibly authentic and provided plenty of energy for a day of exploring.

A shout-out to the front desk staff! They were patient, attentive, and had a great attitude. 👍 We arrived early, and they quickly prepared our room. Our child had a wonderful experience; the room was incredibly warm, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a wide view. The hotel breakfast featured local specialties and had a great variety of options. 👍 Fantastic! 🌟🌟🌟

The room was very clean, and the facilities were great. I could control the TV, curtains, and lights with the smart assistant, which was very convenient. The wood-grain tiles had underfloor heating, so it wasn't too cold even without air conditioning. The room lighting was a bit dim, and breakfast wasn't very good.

An newly opened hotel with Great location. The hotel is super nice, clean, the room is spacious service is excellent, highly recommended. The breakfast is also nice, wide selection of local and international food. You cannot make a wrong choice to stay there. Only small suggestions: No hanger in the bathroom for the towels The lights next to the bed are too bright cannot turn them off during night time. The sensors are way to sensitive if you want wake up at night. Still 5* review

Very practical location opposite the railway station. Nice room on the 12th floor with fantastic views towards the mountains and the railway station just below. There are lots of restaurants in the area and a big supermarket backside of the block. The bus for the Unesco site leaves from the other side of the station.

The room was quite spacious, and the mattress was comfortable. The staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming, even helping us with our luggage. They also offered complimentary wellness porridge and a special local tea. Breakfast vouchers were delivered to our room daily, and housekeeping was excellent, keeping everything spotless. A BRT bus station right outside the entrance made getting around incredibly easy. A taxi ride to the airport or train station took only about half an hour, highlighting the hotel's excellent transport links. The breakfast spread was very generous, and it was also very convenient to order lunch and dinner directly from the hotel.
