The hotel is new, but not everything is quite right! The size of the bed linen and duvet cover is incorrect, so the duvet can only be folded to fit inside the duvet cover. The duvet cover has no buttons, zipper, or pocket at the end, meaning that every guest's feet are constantly in contact with the duvet inside (hygiene!). The duvets themselves are high quality (but not the bed linen). The bed frames are very basic and of poor quality. They are a primitive, thin wooden construction, with the slats having to be supported in the middle by a wooden slat; otherwise, they would break under pressure. This causes rattling noises when people over 90 kg move in bed. How could they install such a bed frame in a new hotel?! The staff is very friendly, but having the shower in the bedroom instead of a bathroom isn't to everyone's liking.

This is a lovely hotel with excellent staff. Everyone is very friendly, helpful and professional (except that we saw one or two members of staff eating behind the reception on more than one occasion, which is not professional). The hotel itself is very modern and very clean, but the claim on the hotel website that each room has air condition is not true. The rooms have a heating and cooling system, but the cooling system is not air conditioning and does not let out cool air in the winter and spring. The problem is that, due to climate change, March is much warmer than it used to be. If you are staying in one of the lovely 4th floor suites and the sun is shining, the temperature can easily reach the mid-20s and the room retains that warmth at night. This morning, it was 25 Celsius in our room, and over the coming days it will be much warmer. In a few more weeks, it will be uncomfortably warm without air conditioning or a functioning cooling system. Regardless of where you are in the world, air conditioning is air conditioning. It has no other name. The words air conditioning should not appear on the hotel website. It is misleading. Despite this issue, we had an enjoyable stay and we can recommend the hotel and the staff.

I chose a place with a good location. It was right next to the central station, so the location was very good. The desk staff was also friendly. The bathroom smelled so bad that I couldn't shower. I think the ventilation system needs to be improved.

This hotel is located in the west of the city with excellent transport links right outside. There's a large REWE supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient. The room was clean and tidy, with an independent air conditioning unit and a compact layout. There are parking spaces available at the hotel entrance for 12 euros a night.

I stayed here for a whole week on a business trip, and the room was incredibly comfortable. The overall environment was fantastic. Getting around was super convenient, with a subway and bus station right nearby, making it easy to go anywhere. The breakfast had a great variety and tasted delicious, and the coffee at the hotel was rich and flavorful. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.

We loved our stay here at Miano! My husband and I were given the last room at the corner which was the largest room. The room was so spacious and comfortable! The bathroom was also well designed and showering there felt like a spa. Although the hotel provided limited breakfast (5.50€ for 1 pastry such as croissant or pretzel and a beverage of choice), we felt that it was reasonably priced and there were other external breakfast options that were provided too. The hotel is also located very close to the main train station, just about a 5min walk. There were also 2 large supermarkets next to the hotel. The only feedback we had was the cleanliness. Upon check in, we found some hair in the shower that was left by previous person and not washed away. That’s ok, we were not bothered. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves at Miano and We will definitely stay here again!

Close to HBF 3 minutes very conveniences, room is clean, tidy and equip with Air Conditions. Staff reception is so nice. Even train rail next to the hotel not so loud when it pass by the hotel.

A really nice hotel with good price! I have remarkable 2 days in Nuernberg. Location is really nice 8min to the train stop 8min to the bus stop, reception answers fast and 24h’s service if you meet problems you can tell them anytime. Free coffee,water ,beer and tea and you can get some snacks and candy! It’s amazing when you coming you can find a pocket of candy on your bed.The institution always good,room is big and with 3 towels,1 heated,1TV.Next time I will reserve it again.thanks for every staff give a remarkable holiday Merry Christmas!
