The location is pretty good; it's not the closest to the airport, but still acceptable. You can wait for the hotel shuttle at the red sign near the baggage claim on the second floor of the airport. It runs every half hour. Important: You need to wave at the bus for it to stop! The shuttle drivers are very friendly and nice! Thumbs up! 👍 The hotel facilities are just average, and the front desk service is also mediocre, but the housekeeping staff are quite friendly. The water pressure in the shower and at the sink is quite low, which might be due to California's water conservation efforts. The price is among the lower ones compared to other hotels in the area, but they charge extra if you check in before the official time. I recommend confirming this with the hotel in advance.

The room is small but working well for a solo traveler. I was staying at a room with a private bathroom but I checked the shared bathrooms, they were clean so you can save money staying at a shared bathroom room. It is close to many restaurants, attractions, public transports, and conference centres. It is quite a busy neighbourhood with homelessness issue.

This is by far the best hotel I've stayed at during my trip to the US, hands down. It's truly five-star quality, and the breakfast was fantastic. Everything was perfect! A big shoutout to Simon at the front desk – he was incredibly thoughtful, helped me with my luggage, and showed me how to use the elevator. He's absolutely the best staff member at this hotel!

It was originally booked for king size bed me and my friend because there is no availability in the website for twin bed but upon arrival in the lobby of the hotel and checking in they offered us if we would like to have twin bed with no extra fee will be added. So amazing and we really did appreciated that. Looking forward to book it again in next trip. Thank you

Facilities: The room comes with a fridge and microwave, which is great. The only downside is the hairdryer only blows hot air – it gets really uncomfortable. Breakfast: The selection isn't huge, but it's enough to get by. Cleanliness: Very clean. Location: It's very close to the airport, but surprisingly not noisy at all. Service: Nice!

The ground is lovely with garden and pool. The entrance hall is also very nice. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is a bit old but still clean and comfortable. Thanks

Facilities: The facilities are comprehensive, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a mini-fridge, which I really appreciated. On top of that, there's a drip coffee maker for freshly brewed coffee, which is a nice touch for business travelers. Cleanliness: Contrary to some reviews, I didn't find any major issues with cleanliness; I think it was generally quite clean. Environment: The hotel is located next to a highway, so you'll inevitably hear the constant flow of traffic. It's also one of the main routes to downtown Los Angeles. Closing the window helped a lot. There's also a pool and a 24-hour gym, which I didn't get a chance to check out, but I think that's excellent for the price point. The area also felt quite safe. Service: The staff were very friendly. Additionally, I noticed this is a Chinese-owned hotel. Many signs had Chinese translations, and there were Chinese paintings in the room. Although breakfast was quite simple, mostly pre-made dishes, it had all the essentials, which I thought was perfectly fine. There's also a [redacted] next door, but I didn't see what it looked like inside, which was intriguing.

A Cool place to stay and good experience but nothing in my room worked. The outlets and usb did not work and could not plug my phone in. The tv was not clear and fuzzy. The hotel phone in the room did not work. The room did not have a blanket. The bathroom needed a good cleaning. The girl who checked us in was not not helpful and didn’t know about the hotel. She also told us to come back for ice then said she was the only one there and could not get it and told us to walk to the bar. The guy at the bar didn’t seem happy to leave the bar to get the ice. The food was good and the dinning staff was amazing.

Traveling all the way, you must be a holiday hotel, and you will not disappoint me. Whether it is parking or a clean room, the bath water will always sweep away the fatigue of the journey.

The hotel is on a very good location. Building is dated and shows signs of its age. Place is kept clean by the friendly staff. There’s not much by way of amenities but it serves well to sleep in after a full day of walking. Breakfast is free but continental and the selection is very limited. Not bad to start with. It’s free.  I wouldn’t mind staying here again.
