Due to the suspension of the Marine Liner, I was unable to return to Okayama where I had planned to stay, so I quickly found this place and ended up staying here. I had never stayed in a guesthouse before and was unsure of the facilities, but when I stayed there, it was surprisingly comfortable. I was able to relax without any inconveniences. However, when I returned late at night after a concert and tried to enter the building, I panicked because I couldn't get in with the PIN number. I was worried about what to do with another group at the entrance, but after a phone call, they came quickly and we were able to enter. That was the only thing that made me nervous this time. I hope this doesn't happen again.
The newly built hotel is very clean, the Japanese breakfast is quite rich, the surrounding environment is nothing special, it is quite convenient to live here in order to go to the parents' beach, not far from the distance.
I stayed at the B&B hotel on the first day of coming to Takamatsu. The hotel is very close to Wading Station. We took a bus from the airport to Wading Station and walked to the hotel for about 5 minutes. Nearby is the sightseeing corridor commercial street. Convenient, it takes about 15 minutes to walk to Lilin Park. The hotel has just opened this year, so the whole is very new. We booked a Japanese-style room with tatami mats and can sleep 3 people. The room space is relatively large in Japan. The only downside is that the bath and toilet are outside. Separate, it may not be convenient for people who often have to go to the toilet. The hotel does not provide breakfast. Fortunately, you can buy breakfast as soon as you go out. There are quite a few restaurants. Overall it is good and suitable for multiple people.
The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from Takamatsu, through the shopping street. There's a bus stop nearby, and the hotel has a cozy decor. The self-service breakfast is a great way to save some money.
A good hotel in the rural town of Four Countries, very close to the station, mainly to Ziyun Mountain and the convenience of parents. The room is a typical Japanese business hotel, which is relatively large. Breakfast is a simple set meal, but the dinner in this restaurant is a local famous fried **, you can try it.
The hotel is only a few mins away on foot from JR Takamatsu station. The room (a double-bed room for a single traveler) is small and dated but in terms of cleanness and comfort, it still is quite alright. The hotel offers free drink in the lobby in the evening, which seems to be a common practice nowadays in Japan's business hotels. There are a number of restaurants nearby and the main pedestrian shopping street is also just less than 10 mins away. To sum up, if you need to be near the JR Takamatsu station or Takamastu port for a short stay, this is a very affordable choice. Reminder: if you need to catch airport bus to Takamatsu Airport in the morning, go to the starting stop which is located at the main road outside of the ferry terminals. The bus, in my experience, was fairly empty when I boarded at the starting stop, but quickly filled up after the 3rd stop and you might need to wait for the next one.
A resort-style hotel, perfect for a leisurely trip.
Facilities: Traditional Japanese architecture. The entire building uses shared restrooms and showers, so cleanliness is not a concern. The hotel is also very quiet.
Service: Located in Ritsurin, likely halfway up a mountain, there is food available at check-in. It's recommended to book a room with breakfast included.
Location: A taxi from Takamatsu Port costs approximately 2000 yen. It's about 1.8km from the nearest JR station. Shared bicycles are available at the entrance, making it convenient for getting around and sightseeing.
Reservations are essential for those planning to visit during the art festival (⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎)
The hotel does not have parking facilities, but there are many cheap parking lots nearby, about 400 to 500 yen per night. The hotel room is not very spacious and can only open a large suitcase. Most of the rooms are smoking rooms, so be careful when placing orders. The only advantage is that it is close to the pier and you can reach the pier just around the corner, which is convenient for starting early. There is also a 7-11 within a 2-minute walk, making it easy to replenish supplies at any time.
The room is simple and stylish. And most importantly, it's clean.
It's small, but we were very satisfied as we were just staying overnight. For dinner, we walked through the shopping street and found a bar, including Ichizuru, about a 10-minute walk away.
We stayed as a family of four, and the children seemed to enjoy the bunk beds and said they would like to stay again.
There was a sofa in the center, so we could relax together.
Just be careful as it's easy for voices to leak out.

AAnonymous UserWe booked a twin room for two people. There were only two beds in the room and the toilet and shower were shared, but it was relatively clean.
The sounds of trains passing by and sounds from the next room could be heard quite easily.
DDavid MacadamsBeautiful room, let in early due to rain with no extra charge. Friendly staff, the best accommodation I’ve had on the 88Temple tour of Shikoku. I used it to rest after completing the 88th temple. Can’t recommend this place highly enough

GGuest UserThe house is cozy and located in a quiet area. Futons are comfortable to sleep. Good cooking utensils and supermarket nearby. The host is very responsive. The car parking is spacious but better to come with a smaller car (we came with a toyota sienta which is just fit) as the drive way is relatively narrow. Overall, the house fit our trip perfectly.
JJaessieGood location, easy access to the Takamatsu station.
Breakfast was basically Japanese style not many selections but really great.
The facilities are new so pretty clean. No complemental water, but there are vending machines ice machine and water server at the 1st floor.
Enough space for stay one person, recommend here.
GGuest UserLove the location that is perfect for catching the train or plane. No lack of food choices around. There are weekend markets at the train station, perfect for a leisure browse away from the typical mall shopping.
Close to the sea for a morning jog.
The lady operating the hotel is also very kind and accommodating
GGuest UserThe hotel is within a minute's walk from my activity area. It is very quiet and very clean. I slept well and had a very comfortable night.
There are two convenience stores near the hotel, a stationery store, a cosmeceutical, a AEON, and several restaurants near AEON, which is very convenient.
TTrissyThe room is clean and breakfast is included, value for money. A lot of car parks nearby, it’s easily to get a parking. We went to Shodo Island with car the next day, the hotel is very close to the port, only takes 10-15 mins by driving.
