The lobby is very spacious, complete with a comfortable lounge area. Check-in was exceptionally quick, and the front desk staff provided excellent service. Our room was spotlessly clean and meticulously looked after, and the cleaning staff were incredibly kind and enthusiastic. I was thoroughly satisfied with every aspect of our stay. The location also offers very convenient access to transportation. It's truly outstanding and provides incredible value for money. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Our stay at Qichi Riverside B&B in Luoyang was truly wonderful! The location is great, very close to Luoyi Ancient City, and the surroundings are beautiful and quiet. The B&B host was incredibly kind and thoughtful. They helped us hang our clothes to dry and even lent us their phone number to order takeout 📱. Every day, there was hot coffee and milk tea available, and before we left, they even gave us a small gift. It was full of warm hospitality ❤️.

The owner was really welcoming and provided excellent service. The guesthouse is super close to Luoyi Ancient City, just a few minutes' walk away, and there are tons of food options nearby. We even tried a hotpot place near the ancient city that the owner recommended. I actually suggested this place to a friend who's visiting Luoyang soon, but unfortunately, they were fully booked that day. The service was top-notch, and breakfast was delicious. Parking was a bit tricky, but if you let the owner know beforehand to reserve a spot at the back and then follow their instructions when you arrive, it's fine. Overall, it's a great place and I highly recommend it!

Facilities: Well-equipped, and the room was spacious. Cleanliness: Clean, with no unpleasant odors. I had an overnight layover in Zhengzhou and booked this last minute, and it was unexpectedly good! I'm very satisfied. They offer airport shuttle service; you need to book the departure time in advance as it can get busy. My flight time didn't quite line up with their shuttle, and I wanted to sleep in a bit more, so I took a taxi to the airport myself. It was only about 7 yuan and took just a few minutes – very convenient.

The rooms are very clean and the facilities are well-equipped. There's free parking and a laundry room. It's also very convenient for getting around, with lots of great places to explore nearby. Highly recommend it! Plus, there are various room types to choose from.

This is a good choice when I made my booking to an unknown city. Location wise so near to main attraction such as Louyang Ancient City. It does not sit exactly in the main street so you have to walk a bit roughly 200m inside. With luggage maybe found bit difficulty as uneven stone pathway to the hotel. Though this should not dampen your mood for staying here. I got ground floor. I guess those without balcony were given groud floor. It have high floor to ceiling window/sliding door facing the main pathway. Can't really open the curtain then everyone pass though will see you. Upper floor should not have this issue. There this side upright chair/cusyen where one can just sit and lounge around eating all the snack one just bought outside the street. TV is big I do not have time to watch any. I think tis the subscription version. All necessary amenities is available. 🤷 There's washing machine but only operational 10am to 10pm and I didn't have time to use it. Ground floor may have issue with sound as I can hear upstairs things moving around but I'm so tired from all day walk so this just temporary nuisance. All in all I highly recommend this place if the area you intended to visit is around the hotel.

It is our first time in China - it was a great stay - owner is very helpful - helped us to organise the tickets to Zen Music Festival, and she showed us the attractions in the area, we enjoyed the food - traditional breakfast, we had traditional hot pot for the dinner - great experience, also she made for us in the evening traditional tea (Pu-erh, and green tea) - unforgettable moments. Thank you very much for the hospitality.

I have stayed many times, I feel that the price is particularly high, especially the front desk service is warm, beautiful free trinkets, free parking spaces, clean and tidy lobby, spotless rooms, gigabit broadband speed is particularly fast, I didn't expect to be able to cast a mobile phone screen, thank you for your intimate service staff! Located in the heart of the old city, the Shihe Hotel occupies a vast area with an extravagantly large parking lot. Staying here feels like stepping back into the 1990s municipal government guesthouse; a plaque at the entrance even reads ”Shihe Hotel Militia Company,” though I forgot to take a picture, which gives you an idea of ​​the hotel's former prestige. Although it's a three-star hotel, it lives up to its reputation as a long-established hotel. The location is excellent, and the facilities are still complete, though a bit dated. However, the price-performance ratio is quite high; the room rate is reasonable, and parking is convenient and free. It would be even better if breakfast were included. Next door, there's a large sports field open to the public, where many people run, play ball, and exercise. The nearby Shihe Park is also very lively, making it very convenient for sightseeing in Xinyang.
