VVinci7788Loved the quite location, comfortable bedding, good breakfast buffet spread, friendly staffs. Free public parking is limited especially peak and holiday season so it’s advised to reserve the hotel parking for 15 a night. The hotel is up hill hence there’s isn’t any walkable parking options nearby. I do deduct some points because the WiFi in my room is not working (it works perfectly in other public areas of the hotel). The spa is also a little small and will be crowded during the peak season.

GGabrielPossibly one of my best stays in Andorra so far. The staff have been stars - reception, shuttle bus driver, bartender - and made you feel welcomed and tried their best to help you, sometimes even go the extra mile without you asking. But this is all very dependent on how to treat them though so always be courteous, greet them in the morning and thank them every time.

GGuest UserThe apartment was clean but it was certainly not valid for 4 people.
The location is excellent, but you must also bear in mind that the reception only opens 2 hours a day so it is also complicated to contact them.

Нам дали номер на первом этаже, мы попросили номер на этаже повыше, сотрудница ответила, что все номера занаяты. Это было не так, т.к. мы была не в сезон, в июне, в понедельник, и в отеле было очень мало гостей. Официально завтрак заканчивается в 10:30, но кофе унесли намного раньше и начали убирать еду, хотя гости приходили и в 10:20.
Ресторан должен был работать до 22:30, но его закрыли намного раньше.

IIana TianA beautiful place! Everything was clean, the view in the window is beautiful.
A little less than in the photo. Very pleasant service. Parking underground is 13 euros per hour.
It is possible to self-settle at night.

GGuest UserLa ubicación es muy buena a solo unos minutos de las pistas, las persianas no funcionaban correctamente pero los chicos de recepción enseguida movieron ficha y lo solucionaron , el apartamento no esta impecable, es bonito y se está cómodo pero un poco dejado , es decir habría que hacerle mantenimiento , paredes sucias , habían arrancado un mueble en recibidor y estaban los tacos en la pared , las ventanas estaban un poco sucias .
