HanTing Hotel (Zhengzhou East Railway Station East Square Station Front Square)

The facilities are complete, and we got a free room upgrade. The room was very spacious and comfortable, the bed was super cozy, and the service quality was excellent. Plus, water and coffee were both complimentary! The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, and there are many delicious braised noodle restaurants around.

The room was clean and spacious, right next to Zhengzhou East Station, and directly opposite the headquarters of Snow King. It was incredibly convenient for visiting Snow King. The service was also excellent, but the main draw is definitely the convenience.

I visited Henan during the Chinese New Year, and since hotels in Luoyang and Kaifeng were a bit pricey, I decided to stay near Zhengzhou East Station and commute daily. The location was super convenient, being close to both the East Station and Mixue Ice Cream & Tea. The only downside was that on the first night, some guests in another room were being really noisy in the hallway, and the front desk didn't resolve it very well.

The hygiene at Hanting Hotel is appalling; their brand image has completely collapsed! As a well-known hotel chain, I expected Hanting to provide basic hygiene, but my recent stay was shockingly bad. The floor in my room was littered with food scraps and hair, and the corners and under the furniture were filthy. They didn't even manage the most basic cleaning. This level of hygiene not only severely impacted my stay but also poses health risks, completely contradicting the 'quality' they advertise. I strongly advise everyone to think twice before booking here! I also hope the brand management takes this seriously and cleans up its act before this kind of mess completely ruins their reputation.

Hanting's hygiene is consistently excellent. It's super close to the high-speed rail station and Mixue's headquarters, making for a fantastic stay! The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, with soft bedding that made for a really comfortable sleep. All the facilities were complete and worked perfectly. The front desk staff were warm and thoughtful, even helping to make coffee, and responded quickly to requests. Overall, it offers incredible value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!
