Facilities: There's a restaurant on the first floor that offers breakfast. The selection isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate. The room was spacious and had a large window. There were no strange odors, and the bathroom was a good size with a separate wet and dry area. Ambiance: Clean and tidy, with lively decor. The signature Ibis red makes it feel warm and inviting. Service: The young lady at the front desk had a smile that could melt anyone (and I'm a woman!). She was a major highlight of the hotel – so enthusiastic and empathetic. When she saw my mom and I were sharing a bed, she proactively upgraded us to a twin room, which was also very spacious, and even gave us complimentary egg tarts upon check-in. Her proactive spirit and warm service made our stay truly enjoyable! 😀 Hygiene: The hotel maintained the usual Ibis standard of cleanliness. There was no hair on the room floor, and both the toilet and shower areas were excellent and very spacious.

I've transited through Harbin multiple times, and this time I chose a new hotel to stay at, which offered a much better experience. They provide free shuttle service every half hour, allowing for flexible arrival times. The room was also more spacious, clean, and hygienic. The best part is that since the area near the airport is quite desolate and ordering food can be inconvenient, the front desk offers meal service until 9 PM, and the prices are very reasonable. Compared to other options, this place definitely has an advantage; it offers great value for money!

Extremely satisfied with our stay! The location is super convenient, just a short walk to Central Street and Metro Line 3, making it easy to get to the high-speed rail station and other places. The front desk staff were warm and attentive. They also offer afternoon tea, coffee, and lemon water – it was so refreshing to have a drink after coming back to the hotel. They even provide special slippers and toothbrushes for children. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. We will definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit!

Facilities: Everything, from the inside out, feels brand new. The layout is well-designed and controls are easy to use. The bathroom is spacious with a great wet/dry separation. Environment: It's very close to Harbin Station, less than a 10-minute walk away, and bus route 118 runs over the bridge nearby. There's also a small convenience store right next to the hotel, which is super handy. The soundproofing is excellent too, it's very quiet! Parking isn't very convenient though, so drivers should take note. Service: The front desk staff are all very professional, polite, warm, and attentive, without being overbearing – absolutely lovely! Cleanliness: It's genuinely, genuinely clean; a very comfortable stay.

The hotel is located right on Central Street, within walking distance to Saint Sophia Cathedral Square and the Songhua River Cableway. The front desk staff were very friendly. There were quite a few Russians staying at the hotel, making it feel like Moscow... Harbin is a beautiful city, not only boasting more European-style buildings than Shanghai, but also having Siberian tigers and giant pandas. The only downside is the terrible condition of the roads, full of potholes and uneven surfaces, it's hard to describe. Also, drivers here drive like they're charging into battle.

The hotel has a great location, very close to the city, making it easy to get around. The staff were friendly and polite, and they helped us carry our luggage during check-in, which was a nice touch. The room itself was acceptable, and most facilities were fine. However, the floor cleanliness needs improvement, as it was dirty when we arrived. Other than this issue, everything else was okay. With better cleaning, this hotel could offer a much better experience.

Check-in and check-out are always super fast! All the front desk staff and the cleaning service on the fourth floor are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the rooms are consistently clean and fresh. The hotel is located right on Central Street, with excellent bus connections to everywhere. Compared to other hotels nearby, the value for money and service attitude here are simply perfect! The lovely front desk lady even gave us a small gift when we checked out, which was a very thoughtful touch. We'll definitely be staying here again for the October holiday.

The hotel is really close to the airport, just about one or two kilometers away, and their shuttle service to and from the airport is excellent. For an airport hotel, the breakfast is quite good, with several freshly cooked dishes, meat, milk, soy milk, and some fruit. The staff are also very enthusiastic and proactive, offering bottled water and disposable toiletries, which is a nice touch.

A mixed experience but handled well by the front desk team. On our first night, the room and facilities fell short of expectations and definitely need some upgrading and improvement. However, the front counter staff was exceptionally helpful, friendly and went out of their way to sort things out. Thankfully, we were moved to a much better room on the second night. Big thanks to the front desk team for their great service and turning our stay around. 这是一次喜忧参半的体验但前台小姐姐处理得很妥当。第一晚的房间和设施未达预期，确实需要进行升级和改善。不过，前台员工非常热情友善并竭尽全力帮我们解决了问题。好在第二晚我们换到了一间好得多的房间。非常感谢前台团队出色的服务😄 谢谢！

This was an excellent stay! The guesthouse is located right in the heart of the scenic area, very close to Polaris Square, making it convenient for visiting various attractions and watching the bonfire party at night. The room's decor, furnishings, facilities, and cleanliness were all top-notch – we were very comfortable. The owner was incredibly kind. It was raining on the day we arrived, and we called him for directions from the park entrance to his place. He enthusiastically guided us on how to drive our car right into the courtyard, saving us from getting wet and having to take the park shuttle. When we arrived, our room was still being cleaned, so the owner kindly gave us a rundown of the scenic area's attractions and suggested we drop off our luggage and start exploring, which saved us a lot of time. After a tiring day of sightseeing, we asked for a restaurant recommendation, and he pointed us to a fantastic eatery where we had a very satisfying meal. On our departure day, the owner warmly invited us to visit again and even gave us some local specialty drinks as a gift. It was truly a wonderful accommodation experience, and we will definitely stay here again if we have the chance!
