However, dining options are limited, with only two or three restaurants and no snack bars. I booked a room with breakfast included, but when I went for breakfast, I was told it was only a set meal. In that case, it definitely wasn't worth almost 250 yuan!"

"This time, I brought my parents to stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Zigong Hwashang, and the experience far exceeded our expectations. As soon as we arrived, two lovely guest relations staff members warmly greeted us. They not only thoughtfully introduced us to local specialty foods but also patiently recommended souvenirs we could take home, which made my parents feel incredibly welcome. The hotel environment is comfortable, and the service is meticulous and attentive. My parents had a wonderful stay and kept praising my choice of hotel. The only minor regret is that the Dinosaur Museum was temporarily closed, but I've already promised my parents that we'll definitely come back to stay at this hotel once it reopens. A big thank you to all the staff for their dedicated service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zigong!"

"I initially chose this hotel because I was taking the high-speed train early the next morning, but I was surprised by how close it was. It's only a 3-minute walk from the hotel entrance to the station entrance, which is very convenient. The service and environment were both excellent. It's also very close to the Lantern World and Xian City Ancient Town. If you're on a two-day trip, you can book your last night's accommodation here."

The hotel is newly opened and quite nice; the facilities are all very new, and the kids love it. I especially like the lobby's decor—it's colorful and has lots of toys for children. Highly recommended!"

"Very good hotel, also upgraded the terrace room for free, the room is clean and tidy, dry and wet separation washing supplies are OK, shampoo shower gel conditioner is good, toothbrush is a bit hard. The hotel is in Zigong Lugang Economic Development Zone, quiet near the lake, many varieties of breakfast, carb-water food is the main, vegetables have some vegetarian fried, protein food has eggs, soy milk, milk, peanuts, yogurt, cold rabbits, and a few fruits, traditional Chinese food. The only regret is that a TV is a display, and you can't play cable TV programs. If you click it, you will be prompted to pay. Other facilities are so perfect, why can't you watch cable TV?"

It's located next to the Huashang Commercial City, making it very convenient for shopping, visiting parks, and finding places to eat. The Lantern World is only a 20-minute drive away without traffic. Highly recommended!"

Yingxiang International Hotel
"I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to non-smokers, anyone with asthma, or anyone travelling with children. The hotel looks fine in photos and the staff are mostly polite, but the entire place — including the rooms — has a strong smell of cigarettes. We chose a non-smoking floor, yet the smell still came from all directions: through the window, the air-conditioning, the bathroom fan, and even the gaps around the door. Although the hotel advertises non-smoking floors and we specifically requested non-smoking rooms, they still allow guests to smoke indoors — even on the non-smoking floors. When I reported the strong cigarette smell to the staff, they told me they couldn’t control whether guests smoked inside the hotel or in their rooms, which I found absolutely shocking. They also have ashtrays on each floor and sell cigarettes in the hotel lobby, which only encourages guests to smoke. We felt unwell after staying in a room with such a strong smell of smoke. Unless you enjoy second-hand smoke, I’d recommend staying elsewhere. There are definitely better options in the area."

"The hygiene was quite poor. In February, I was bitten by something in the room. The bathroom and the living room were not separated, and the smell was very strong. The so-called family room was just a wall painted with dinosaurs and the bed sheets had dinosaurs on them."

"This hotel is visible right after you exit the highway in Zigong, and it's super close to Fantawild Adventure and Zigong Lantern Park, which is incredibly convenient if you're traveling with kids. The staff are really friendly and enthusiastic. The hotel's cleanliness is also excellent, and the thoughtful notepads left for guests are a nice touch, showing they care about their visitors – definitely a thumbs up for that! The breakfast spread is quite good too; I highly recommend trying the noodles and rice noodles."
