The amenities are all new, and the smart toilet and shower system are particularly useful. 👏Attentive Service: The front desk lady was warm and polite, and check-in was quick. The staff were friendly and responsive, making you feel right at home. 🍽️Extensive Breakfast: The breakfast offers a wide variety, combining Chinese and Western cuisine, and the taste is excellent, providing plenty of energy for the day. The value for money is excellent, absolutely worth it. I'll definitely stay here again!"

"It is about 20 minutes away from Zigong Lantern Festival and Fangte Paradise, not too far. It is about 3 kilometers away from the busiest Chinese commercial center. There are a lot of food and all kinds of rabbits. Parking is free. The hotel room is relatively large and the facilities are quite new. The air conditioner is central air conditioner, but it can adjust the temperature and the heating temperature is suitable. When I checked in, I was greeted by Ms. Xiao Liao. The service was very enthusiastic. If there were any problems, the feedback was very timely. There was no room during breakfast time, so the staff guided us to the large dining room inside. It feels better to choose this place to see the lanterns than near the park, and it is convenient to eat."

"This time I came from Gong to play and chose the Chinese merchants Atour. The overall experience exceeded expectations. The room was clean and refreshing, the bedding was very comfortable to sleep, the soundproofing was good, and I slept well at night. The facilities are relatively new, the laundry room and reading area are very practical. The hotel is right next to the Huashang International City, convenient for eating and shopping. The front desk lady was very good. When I left the store, I mailed the courier. The courier brother kept asking me if I had packaging. The young lady took the initiative to help me find a way to remind me to ask if the original packaging was OK. She also helped me find another cardboard box for their own supplies. The ability to solve the problem is superb. I learned that I booked other Atours and also specially helped me call other stores to help keep the order. This brand is too attractive."

"I highly recommend this business hotel; I've stayed here multiple times and the service experience is consistently excellent. It's located in the Zigong city center, with convenient transportation—you can easily catch a bus or taxi right outside. The front desk staff are efficient, promptly providing what guests need and answering questions. They are polite, kind, and friendly. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. You can even sit on the sofa, soak up the sun, and enjoy a cup of tea, which is very relaxing and comfortable."

"This stay was extremely poor, completely unacceptable for a hotel of the Ji Hotel brand, and the most disappointing hotel choice I've made recently. 1. Sales pitches upon check-in: The front desk staff were not welcoming at check-in. Instead, they implied that my room was "small" and actively tried to sell me an upgrade and membership for an extra fee. Being forced to spend extra money for a more comfortable stay created a terrible first impression. 2. Noise overload, sleepless nights: My room was right next to a main road, a night market, and a KTV. The constant noise of vehicles, chatter, and music made it impossible to sleep. The hotel seemed to have no soundproofing measures or warnings about this. 3. Air conditioning practically useless, forced to use cooling in winter: The room was extremely hot and dry, and the air conditioning system failed to provide a comfortable environment. To sleep, I had to turn on the cooling mode in the dead of winter, and the air vents couldn't be adjusted, blowing cold air directly on my head – a terrible sleep experience. 4. Lack of facility maintenance, questionable quality control: The showerhead in the bathroom was severely leaking; half the water was coming out of the nozzle, and the other half was leaking directly from the hose connection. For a branded hotel at this price point, it's unbelievable that they can't even manage basic maintenance. In summary: From service and environment to facilities, it's a complete disaster. You pay the full price of a season hotel but get a guesthouse-level experience. If you value sleep quality and basic comfort, definitely avoid this hotel."

"Without City Celebrity and Jinling Management, this place is a complete mess. The lady at the front desk who checked me in had a sullen look on her face. I told her Ctrip upgraded me to an executive level, and she said the 7th floor was better. It wasn't my first time staying here, so didn't she know which floor was better? I asked which direction the 8th floor was, and her system clearly knew and told me it couldn't be seen?! Then, after I saw through her, she even asked me which floor I wanted to stay on. Don't you train your staff, especially the front desk, in basic courtesy? She was just a petty bourgeois. I'm giving her this bad review."

"When I went to Zigong, I saw Jianguo Hotel as a five-star hotel on Ctrip, but the experience was too poor. The breakfast was too poor, with few varieties and low quality. Check-in was quick and easy, and they proactively answered all our travel-related questions, making a very positive impression. The lobby was simple yet elegant, clean and uncluttered, and the complimentary freshly ground coffee was delicious and satisfying – perfect for a short rest during our travels. The rooms were impeccably clean, with every detail meticulously handled, free of dust and odors. The comfortable and bouncy mattresses effectively relieved aches and pains from walking and playing, ensuring a restful night's sleep for both the elderly and children. The hotel's excellent soundproofing and sealing effectively blocked out external noise, making the rooms quiet and comfortable, so we didn't have to worry about noise disturbing our rest. The air conditioning cooled quickly and maintained a consistent temperature throughout the room, preventing stuffiness even during extended stays. The bathroom featured a scientifically designed wet and dry separation, keeping the floor dry and non-slip. Hot water was instantly available, maintaining a constant temperature within three seconds, allowing multiple families to take turns showering without waiting in line. The floral and fruity scented shampoo and conditioner have a gentle, soothing fragrance with low irritation, making them safe for even children's skin. All smart home devices are voice-controlled, simple and easy to use, even for seniors, enhancing the convenience of check-in. With attentive service, a tranquil environment, and comprehensive amenities, this place is perfect for families and groups traveling together. I've already added this shop to my favorites; it will be my first choice for my next group trip."

The hotel's location is also very convenient, just a 15-minute walk from the Lantern Festival, and dining options are readily available. "This trip included my child and family members, so a comfortable stay was crucial. During the off-season, parking was conveniently available right outside the hotel. The front desk staff were professional and welcoming, even remembering my child's nickname and interacting with them in a friendly manner. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. They even provided a small gift of salt – a thoughtful touch! We also received a quick response to requests for a crib playpen; the staff were incredibly attentive. The hotel breakfast the next day wasn't particularly extensive, perhaps due to the off-season, but we did discover some local Zigong-style cold dishes – very authentic! It's within a 10-minute drive of Fantawild Adventure Park, with smooth traffic – a very convenient location. Overall, the hotel was a professional and welcoming place with excellent service, very child-friendly, and great value for money. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time!"

It's located next to the Huashang Commercial City, making it very convenient for shopping, visiting parks, and finding places to eat. The Lantern World is only a 20-minute drive away without traffic. Highly recommended!"

"It says 24 hours reception. No one was there when I checked out. The beds were uncomfortable to sleep with. I can hear the beds creaking also for the others. It is ok for the price if you are looking for something nearby and cheap. There was only one toilet shared for both genders and it was a little messy."
