GGuest UserThe hotel service is very intimate. We decided to change to a twin room in the big bed room. The front desk immediately coordinated. The room was warmly furnished, the hot water was sufficient, the sleeping was very comfortable and very quiet. You can also store your luggage when you check out, praise the surrounding supporting facilities, shopping, dining and entertainment. In short, the hotel's facilities and services are great. Parking is convenient, the only thing is that the intersection of the hotel parking lot is a little narrower, and it is a test of car skills.

酒店位於很偏的森林裏，耍完方特，晚上八點過過去的，感覺開了很久車，而且一路都是鄉間道，總感覺跑錯路，一路黑黢黢的，還是很心有餘悸。跟着導航到門口，保安小哥忙出來詢問，查驗訂房訊息，並讓前台出來接我們（因為進門還有一段路才到酒店）瞬間覺得安全性還是很好，酒店登記，才説我們訂酒店在二期，並且剛裝修了才半月房間，説帶小孩可能異味重，讓我們先去參觀，不然就加錢換一期房間，去看了，房間佈局還是很滿意，但是還是有點異味，房間沒設定除味任何東西，確實人很累，不想折騰，就選擇住下了，但是房門一關，還是覺得異味有些重，不過想着第二天一早就會走，也就沒換，不過因為酒店提醒裝修不久，總是害怕甲醛心有餘悸的住了一晚，為什麼沒滿星評價？覺得酒店處理方式不行，1.如果房間還不太能入住，是不是應該不着急放這種房型出來掙錢，2.明明知道房間異味重，看我們也帶着兩小孩，晚上八點過了，再訂酒店人也少了，是不是可以免費換房，而不是去一段路先參觀，又回來加錢換房（畢竟我定時酒店並未提前提醒）而且房間在一段樓梯下，當天下雨，我們也未帶傘，車停在地面坡上，樓梯上的燈不再打電筒，幾乎沒用，我老公去車上取東西，回來還摔了一跤，3.第二天冒雨揹着孩子去吃早飯，結果一個小哥提醒可以送餐到房間，我們説沒人告訴，小哥問前台沒提醒啊，我們説沒有，不清楚啊，小哥很好的帶路説來了就去餐廳吃吧
