The surrounding environment is good, you can turn left at the hotel and walk along the river, the wind is particularly comfortable. When I checked out, I forgot the charger. Miss Sister contacted me and sent it back to me. I named and praised Miss Zhou Li. The rooms are very new, I forgot to take pictures, it is what the official photos look like. The bath water is very large and comfortable. Highly recommended for self-driving (public transportation is a bit inconvenient)

To be honest, I didn’t expect much from my hometown hotel. Haha, but in the end it was really far beyond my expectations. The receptionist was very good, because with the children, We also upgraded the room, the overall environment is also good, stayed for several days! Its location and room furnishings are lackluster, but the service is extremely unsatisfactory. When checking in, the front desk answered the phone while not thinking about the guests. When asking about some basic situations, I also liked to ignore the irritableness. Compared with the several hotels I stayed in the city a few days ago, the judgment was dwarfed. It can be seen that its service attitude and speech skills are lacking in the training stage.

张张Let's talk about the service first: it may be because we are only one room guest. The hotel basically does not have room service. What is missing is to go to the front desk to find the staff and ask for it later.
Let's talk about the hardware: the room is quite large, the space design and taste are also remarkable, but the details are very poor. First of all, the toilet lid is not slowly lowered, and it is scary to fall when it is used up. Secondly, it is very inconvenient to have no hand sanitizer and hand towels on the sink. Thirdly, there is no bathtub cover provided, so it is more responsive to use. The most important thing is that the bath water temperature is so low that you have to wash the rain and pour a pot of boiling hot water into the bathtub to soak to soothe the discomfort caused by the low bath temperature.
Finally, let me talk about the surrounding environment: a place with beautiful mountains and clear waters, and the feeling of being awakened by a bird in the morning is really great.
In summary, I hope that the hotel will strengthen the sense of service, do a good job of details, and don't lose sight of such a good environment and hardware in vain.

The location is excellent, belonging to the center of the city, surrounding food, tourist attractions are all available, travel is super convenient. The front desk service is warm and intimate, help recommend the dry pot rabbit, the taste is really delicious! The room was warm and elegant, the mattress was very comfortable to sleep, and I slept very well all night. The aunt in the room saw that we brought the children to help send the children's toiletries. I missed the breakfast time late in the morning, and the front desk sent bread and milk to the room very intimately. Many small problems in details are handled very well, the experience is directly full, and I will stay here next time.
