"Environment: A fantastic hotel 🏨, just a wall away from the high-speed rail station. The location feels like it's practically attached to the station. Service: I checked in after 11 PM, and the front desk staff were still very welcoming and even offered complimentary breakfast. Facilities: The only downside is that the hotel offers movie screenings. If I have the chance to come to Zigong again, I will definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended."

"The hotel is located in the urban area, with very convenient transportation. It is close to residential buildings, so it is very quiet. It is not noisy at night when sleeping. Parking is also convenient. There is an underground parking lot. The lady at the front desk is funny and has elegant manners. She shows high-end elegance with every glance and smile. . A pair of red phoenix triangular eyes, two curved eyebrows with hanging willow leaves, a powdery face that contains the power of spring but does not reveal it, and a red lip that smells red before it smiles. What a lovely person. Hey, hush, I wish this vast building with thousands of rooms could shelter all the poor people in the world with joy."

"👍Very good, the second stay experience is also very good. Because I like to eat Zigong cuisine, I occasionally stay in Zigong for two days. I have stayed in some hotels and B&Bs. This time I brought my elders here and wanted to be more comfortable. The first stay experience was good, so I booked this hotel again this time. The experience can be said to be better than the last time. The hotel staff has a good service attitude, the bedding is comfortable, the bathroom is very clean, and the layout is reasonable and comfortable. The breakfast is also good👍 (ps: Zigong Lantern Festival is really good, the hotel is not used to taking pictures, so I put a few pictures of the lantern festival)"

"Our stay at the Zigong Huidong Hotel was a warm welcome from the moment we arrived. The service provided by front desk lady Li Jiaxin was particularly commendable. She proactively and enthusiastically coordinated a room upgrade for us, offering an executive room upgrade. She also provided detailed information on nearby attractions, including the popular bridge and the Lantern Festival shuttle bus. The room was clean and bright, with newly renovated modern amenities. The rooftop view offered sweeping city views. Even more surprising was the personalized service: not only were there complimentary late-night snacks, but refreshing drinks were also delivered to the room, instantly relieving the summer heat! When families checked in, the staff proactively inquired about their needs and were truly responsive. The location is impeccable, a 5-minute walk from the popular bridge and conveniently connected to the high-speed rail and the Lantern Festival shuttle bus. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Zigong for the Lantern Festival! A special thank you to Li Jiaxin and the team for their thoughtful and thoughtful service, which made my trip full of surprises and touching moments!"

"Everything about this hotel was fantastic, from check-in to our room and then check-out – the whole experience was a pleasure. First off, the front desk staff at check-in were so welcoming, and their voices were so sweet. Seeing that we had a child with us, they proactively upgraded us to a larger room and even gave our little one a special souvenir: a Zigong lantern, which is quite memorable. There's so much delicious food in Zigong, it's definitely worth a visit! The hotel offers free parking, and a special shout-out to the cleanliness of the rooms – even the laundry room was spotless. We'll definitely choose to stay here again next time we visit Zigong! Truly, we had such a satisfying stay, highly recommend!"

"Good location, as it's a 5-minute walk from the bus terminal, which serves all the city's attractions, as well as the train station (bus G1). I didn't see the hotel's name sign on the facade, but the photos of the reception area shown on the booking website make it easy to identify when you arrive. The staff doesn't speak any English, not even at reception. However, everyone is extremely pleasant and helpful, and Google Translate is a perfect tool. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and very clean. It matched the photos. However, there was no designated luggage area. The bedding was excellent. The bed was very large. There was a sitting area (sofa and coffee table). Outlets were usable without an adapter (for European devices). The Wi-Fi was adequate. The bathroom was large and very clean. A minor drawback was that the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel weren't always refilled. But if you ask, they'll do it without any problem. A hairdryer was available. Daily housekeeping. Bottled water was provided daily. Electric kettle provided. Space intended for a small refrigerator... but unfortunately not available. Quiet environment. Breakfast buffet. A perfectly satisfactory selection, but potentially limited for those who prefer non-Asian options. The staff was very attentive, providing me with cutlery every morning. Bonus: Free self-service washing machine (and detergent). Dryer also available. Super convenient! Good value for money."

"The service isn't worth one point; the system only gives it one point. We checked in around 3 PM, having booked two rooms, but they only gave us one. We had to wait another half hour for the second room to be cleaned. When we asked the front desk what happened, they said it was because their hotel had over 200 rooms to clean. Seriously?! Even if you have 2,000 rooms to clean, what does it have to do with me? I arrived at 3 PM, and you can't provide a room? Are you expecting the guests to pay for your problems? When checking out, I specifically asked the front desk if the license plate number was entered. They said it was fine, but when I drove out, it still wasn't entered, and I had to pay. I had to go back to the front desk to have the license plate number entered again. When I asked why, they said there might have been an error during the entry process. Why didn't they check when I asked? This was the worst stay I've had in recent years; the service was absolutely terrible!"

"The front desk was a little busy because of the lack of manpower, and the order was wrong, which cost me a lot of time. A group of people were playing cards and playing cards loudly in the lobby, which affected the rest rights of other guests, but the front desk did not interfere at all. The hotel room is large but there is no luggage rack, and the snacks provided are just a few. The advantages are that the bath water is great, there are enough parking spaces in the parking lot, and the breakfast is rich. I was soothed by a bowl of freshly cooked rice noodles."

"A huge contrast in my experience over the two nights. I arrived at 9:30pm and went to my room to find chaos on the corridor; other guests with no conscience or respect for others who think it is good to have groups of people in one room with the doors open between their adjoining rooms and televisions blaring and children running and screaming in the corridor with parents shouting after them, which continued until after 11:30pm. The breakfast was also exceptionally busy and noisy. However when I returned to the hotel later in the day the majority of people had gone and the hotel took on a completely different feel. It's rural location and large landscaped grounds helped to give it the serenity of which it was deserving. The staff worked incredibly hard to clean all of the rooms and yet still had time to bring small gifts to my room which I found when I returned. The breakfast buffet had a great selection and the room was large and comfortable with a nice view of greenery. Great location for the dinosaurs and also easy to obtain a Didi to get to the centre of Zigong. . Also walking distance to the Qinglong Reservoir which has a 13 mile circuit for cycling and annual half marathon running race."
