My spouse and I went to Zigong to see the lantern festival and chose to stay at this hotel. The location is great, close to the Huidong Transportation Hub, making it very convenient to take public transportation and taxis. The hotel receptionists and staff were very welcoming, especially attentive to us older folks. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the restaurant staff provided excellent service. My spouse said that next time they come to Zigong, they will definitely stay here again.

A very comfortable hotel and a helpful and friendly staff. The free breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. There are blackout curtains and you can easily turn off all the little lights that hotel rooms always have. Bus G3 goes from the high speed train station to the hotel and bus 65 goes from the same bus stop to Shenhai Well and the Dinosaur museum. The lovely botanic gardens are only a bus ride away and you can walk through a tunnel and across the bridge to the older part of the city and the Salt museum, or you could just get a bus. The hotel is on a busy road but the hotel was surprisingly quiet.

First, the location is excellent, conveniently situated near Huashang (a commercial district), yet peaceful and quiet despite not being in the bustling city center. The hotel is very thoughtful, providing complimentary disposable towels, toilet seat covers, toiletries, laundry detergent, lotion, hand soap, and other amenities, catering to various needs. The bedding was also very comfortable. The hotel boasts a superb view, directly opposite the lakeside park, beautiful both day and night, with an amazing atmosphere. It's perfect for solo travelers or couples. The curtains and sheer blinds are motorized, very convenient. The hotel breakfast offers a wide selection and is delicious. I'll definitely stay here again next time I come to Zigong. The staff are all very nice; I've rarely experienced such a pleasant surprise in so many hotels.

Booked a double bed, but the front desk kindly upgraded us to a superior double for free. The TV in the room couldn't cast to our devices; the front desk said it was due to network restrictions. Isn't Hanting supposed to be standardized? How can a basic feature like casting not work? 🫩🫩 The breakfast tasted pretty good, typical Sichuan flavor. But there were no noodles! 😧

I felt comfortable and secure throughout my stay; both the hardware and software were flawless, and the value for money was outstanding. The hotel's service, environment, and hygiene are impeccable, truly befitting a four-star establishment. Upon check-in, we were offered welcome tea, and in the evening, we found fruit and a Year of the Horse toy in our room. The location is also excellent, not far from Huashang, and close to Zigong's famous Changsheng Noodles. My only minor complaint would be that the hotel is situated at a crossroads with heavy traffic, which can be a bit noisy in the mornings and evenings. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied and would definitely stay at Yingxiang again if I return to Zigong.
