The room was a suite, which was fine, and the staff were very helpful in recommending nearby restaurants. However, the only thing that bothered me was that the staff said I was entitled to breakfast as a Huazhu Club member, but since I booked through a third-party platform, I wasn't entitled to it. This is perfectly reasonable, but when I checked the reviews on Ctrip, many hotels were offering breakfast, and this preferential treatment was very unpleasant.

We had an amazing stay here during our visit to the lantern park. The staff are very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast buffet was also very good with many options. I recommend the noodles. We would certainly stay here again.

Location is good, amenities are okay. Staff is kind and friendly and smiling. The room was not clean at all - there were bits of trash from previous guests, floor was wet, bathroom floor was wet and the room smelled very bad all throughout. The toiletries were wet too. The cleaning needs to be thoroughly checked before the next guest arrives.

My friends, you've all been blown away! This newly opened City Comfort Inn 4.0 in Zigong has completely captured my heart! I originally came for the Dinosaur Museum, but I was absolutely blown away by the rooftop breakfast buffet on the eighth floor! The view of Zigong from the top was breathtaking, perfect for taking amazing photos! The breakfast selection was incredibly abundant, and most importantly, the hotel facilities are so new and top-notch! The smart fragrance system in the room smelled wonderful – fruity top notes, woody middle notes, and herbal base notes – it was so relaxing! The one-button master lighting, blackout curtains, and individually pocketed spring mattress made me never want to get up! The smart toilet is perfect for winter, and the high-flow rain shower is incredibly relaxing! The Xin·Gravity New Energy Vehicle Lifestyle Plaza is right downstairs, and it's adjacent to the Fourth People's Hospital. Shopping at Huashang International City is super convenient, and the nearby Lantern Park and Fantawild Dinosaur Kingdom are easily accessible! The wake-up service was also incredibly thoughtful! I didn't get enough of this stay, so I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I come to Zigong. I'll make sure to give it my best! ✨

Stayed here on a business trip, I have lived many, many times, the room is clean and tidy, there is breakfast, can wash clothes, the front desk service is also good, it is still worth recommending. There is a small suggestion, if the price is a little lower, the business may be better.

The best time to live, the first time I came here, it was a bit late, the big bag and the small bag together the staff saw it and helped me carry the luggage. The inconspicuous little corner and the real roses are really beautiful. It can be seen that it is attentive. There are robots that can send things. The children like it very much. There is also a glowing fireplace in the lobby. The children thought it was really hahaha. It looked very advanced, and the laundry room also had night security guards who helped to take the clothes to wash. The flattered service attitude was really not said. It is very convenient to get a parking ticket the next day.

This hotel is the best choice for visiting the Lantern Festival during Chinese New Year. It's a 15-minute walk to the venue, and there's a home-style restaurant and a bubble tea shop downstairs. Getting to the high-speed rail station by ride-sharing app takes less than 15 minutes. While prices are generally high during Chinese New Year, the service here was exceptionally warm and friendly. They offered complimentary snacks in the room, and the breakfast was delicious, especially the flavorful noodles with chili. The only downside is that the platform in the room is a bit easy to trip on. Oh, and they even gave us a souvenir when we checked out – Zigong salt, a lantern, and a small horse pendant!

The hotel is located in the commercial street, together with Atour and Four Seasons. Compared with those two, it has the best value for money. However, there are two problems with the service. First, the parking lot is in the commercial street parking lot. There is no hotel sign at all after the vehicle enters. There are more than 30 elevators in the entire parking lot, and I don’t know where to park the car to get to the hotel elevator. Secondly, I booked a room with breakfast, but the front desk did not take the initiative to give me a breakfast coupon when I checked in. I had to ask before I got it. The service experience was very bad!

The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were complete and new, the bedding was comfortable and sleepy, and the environment was quiet and elegant. The overall price is super high, the details are full, whether it is travel accommodation or relaxation is very suitable, highly recommended, will choose this next time!

The front desk was a little busy because of the lack of manpower, and the order was wrong, which cost me a lot of time. A group of people were playing cards and playing cards loudly in the lobby, which affected the rest rights of other guests, but the front desk did not interfere at all. The hotel room is large but there is no luggage rack, and the snacks provided are just a few. The advantages are that the bath water is great, there are enough parking spaces in the parking lot, and the breakfast is rich. I was soothed by a bowl of freshly cooked rice noodles.
